Бесконечно плохой и отталкивающий продукт раннего Спилберга, в котором он попытался снять комедию о Второй Мировой. Обычно неглупые Дэн Эйкройд и Джон Белуши играют хуже Петросяна, дуболомный "юмор" использует доведенные до приторности стереотипы везде и во всем, персонажи за гранью добра и зла. Разве что L.A. 40х выглядит эффектно, а воздушный бой над городом очень и очень впечатляет — все эти наработки потом попадут в Индиану Джонса.

Феерически крутая комедия про актерскую труппу в оккупированной Польше, которая устраивает отменнейшую буффонаду с переодеваниями и лицедейством для поимки предателя. По духу очень похоже на оперетту и, несмотря на возраст, фильм смотрится очень достойно. Кстати, "Бесславные Ублюдки" ссылаются в том числе и на это кино. Одна из лучших комедий ever.
