I’m tempted to pull out that old “our long national nightmare is over” joke with the news that Fox reality TV executive Mike Darnell has quit at Fox, as initially reported by Deadline. Darnell has been at Fox for 19 years, which pre-dates the rise of reality TV and his early days include specials like When Animals Attack! and Who Wants to Marry a Millionaire?.
