The Legend of Suriyothai (2001)

Masterpiece

Of course, this story happened in my country. I'm so proud of it.

Everything in this movie is great, beautiful and elegant. Some scenes are very spectacular. GREAT ! This movie took several years to film.

The result, masterpiece!

I give it 10 from 10. Two thumbs up !

Swordfish (2001)

First, I really like this film because of the actors who in this movie and the plot and action scene.

At the beginning of the film, the explosion scene, the camera angle is fantastic, focussing on everyone around the explosion area. Amazing! And with a little of The Matrix style.

Hugh Jackman's character is good as a no.1 hacker. Travolta is a good villain; smart,deep and stylish. Halle Berry is ok for D.E.A. agent.

At the climax scene, near the end of the movie, is hard to believe... really! In reality, that bus would fall down and crash.

See this film if you want a good action movie.

Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare (2001 Video Game)

If you like Resident Evil, play this one.

This game really scares me. Every details in this game look so real. The shadow of the character, lightning, thunder.

The character's movements are good. This game is like a horror movie.

Greatest horror game since Resident Evil.

I like this game because I like playing the driving game like this one.

Picture is good but not the best. Controlling is easy. You can learn it in about 10 minutes. The Pursuit Mode is good, very good. I like the Free Patrol mode. You can chose your vehicle and drive it anyway you can. And you can shoot at the runaway car. Great !

In conclusion, if you like driving game like Driver, you should play this one. You might like it.

Titan A.E. (2000)

Man, I love this cartoon. It has a good story, you know, mankind's last hope is in a young man's hand which lead to the ultimate spacecraft called The Titan. I love it! The animation is great, realistic. Soundtracks are excellent, I even bought the cassette tape. I really

like the song "Over my head" by Lit.

If you like good sci-fi cartoon, check this out.

The 6th Day (2000)

A real SCI-FI plot. *SPOILERS WARNING*

This movie contains the plot about HUMAN CLONING in the near future. This is the most realistic movie about human cloning. Special effects in this movie is fantastic. The scene in the cloning laboratory is really creative. I like every aspects about future. But I wouldn't go to REPET. (just kidding) Arnold did one of his finest performance. Tony Goldwyn did a great job as a villain of this movie.

First half of the movie is interesting, but the other half of the movie is confusing me. I don't know who is the real or the clone, but still, interesting. Vehicles in this movie is great. You don't have to drive your car, it will drive by itself. Thing I like most is the futuristic helicopter that can transform into jetplane. Awesome.

If you like a decent sci-fi movie, watch this movie.

Biker Mice from Mars (1993–1996)

Cool bike.

The plot of this cartoon is 3 biker mice come to Earth to protect it from the Plutarkian, the evil that ruined Mars. Nice plot,huh ? This cartoon has nice characters design, also the vehicles. I like Vinnie's bike. It's look good when he rides it. If you like a good cartoon, watch this one if you have a chance.

Blade (1998)

Good comic adaptation.

I love this film. Blade is totally cool! His costume and gadget is awesome. The plot is predictable. Of course, when there is a superhero, there comes a super vilain. Stephen Dorff did a great job is Deacon Frost. Real cold. Wesley Snipes did a great job as Blade too. Smart and stylish.

If you are Blade the comic book fan or like a good action movie,

watch this movie. You will like it.

Armageddon (1998)

Space, action, sci-fi. What more could you ask for ?

This is one of my favorite movie of all time. The scene I like is that the drill team try to survive the test. Funny. Bruce did a touching performance as a father. Every father loves their child and Harry Stamper is one of them. I almost cried when Grace talked to Harry for the last time and she reached her hand to touch the screen. Very touching. Drill-in-space scene is absolutely fantastic.

A flashback after Harry push the button, means the touching friendship of father and daughter. I mean that.

If you like good sci-fi film, rent or buy this movie.

One of my favorite quote : "Russia, America. All made in Taiwan." and "We win, Grace."

The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest (1996–1997)

Joy the adventure with team Quest.

I like this cartoon very much. It has both sci-fi, action, adventure, but mostly adventure. It is very entertaining, some episode is boring but mostly is exciting, especially the one in QUESTWORLD, amazing.

If you like a story about action/adventure. Watch this cartoon, if you can find it.

The Firm (1993)

This film is very thrilling. Cruise did his good performance in this movie, Gene Hackman too. I really like this kind of movie. What would you do if you want to quit your job but they won't let you out ?

If you like a good thriller, watch this one.

A Few Good Men (1992)

A movie that full of superstars.

First reason that I watched this film because there are superstars in it

such as Tom Cruise and Jack Nicholson. The story is predictable. There is a POWERFUL scene. The scene that Cruise put Nicholson in court. Thrilling ... the word "CRYSTAL", give a new meaning to me.

If you like a story about military and courtroom drama, watch it.

Dirty Harry (1971)

This is one of my favorite movie. I really want to see it because it is hard to find in Thailand.

This movie is violence. I can say that. Mr. Eastwood with his .44 Magnum. Mr. Eastwood's character is a cop with a serious attitude with crime. I like that, a REAL COP. He can make criminal pay his crime. Watch the scene where Dirty Harry follow the criminal into the stadium.

One of my favorite quote : "Go ahead, Make my day."

Evil Dead: Hail to the King (2000 Video Game)

To be honest, I don't like it.

There are 2 things I like about this game. 1) The Introduction sequence is fantastic ! 2) Ash and the Deadites are great, just like the movies.

Now the bad thing, first thing is that the control system is complex. too much, really much. The other is that everywhere you go, there are deadites appear every step you made, I mean it.

If you are Evil Dead fan, maybe you should rent this game and give it a try. But if you just a game player, don't play this one.

The Patriot (2000)

This movie will make you proud of your country.

Mel Gibson did a GREAT performance in this movie.

Frequency (2000)

I really like the screenplay of this movie. A man can talk to his late dad pass an old radio transmitter system. And that can change history. Love it !

At the ending, when Quaid and Caviezel played baseball together, it made me think that the friendship between dad and son is powerful.

Watch this movie and you will love your father much much more.

The Art of War (2000)

More than I expected.

I want to say that this movie is better than I thought. For me, I think it's like half Mission : Impossible and half Lethal Weapon.

If you like action movie, see this film. And you will know what I mean.

The World Is Not Enough (1999)

I really like this Bond film. This is the first time I saw Bond's arm broken. This Bond film has some twisting point, you have to see it for yourself. Judi Dench did a great role in this film, as M.

Last but not least, Bond's car (BMW) is awesome.

Rush Hour (1998)

ACTION + COMEDY = ONE GREAT MOVIE.

Nothing much to say. This movie KICK ASS. Jackie Chan at his best. Action scene is great. Chris Tucker does his normal job, fast mouth of the west. I really like the scene that Jackie Chan first arrived at the U.S. airport and Chris Tucker picked him up. Watch this scene and you know what I mean.

See it, you'll like it.

Face/Off (1997)

Man, I like this film very much. Nicolas Cage did a GREAT performance. Every scenes in this movie are FANTASTIC ! Especially when John Travolta tried to catch Nicolas Cage at the beginning of the movie (at the airport) one exciting scene. And the scene at the church (near the end of the movie) is great, really great. Last but not least, the boat chasing scene is EXCELLENT.

For me I think this is the best of JOHN WOO.

WATCH THIS MOVIE !!! YOU'LL LIKE IT.

Space Cowboys (2000)

Clint Eastwood is brilliant ! *SPOILERS WARNING*

The first reason that I wanted to watch this movie because it has all my favorite actors : Clint, Tommy, Donald and James.

The bad thing is that this movie is slow moving, the climax is in the last 15 minutes.

This movie also has comedy in it which I can really laugh.

The ending sequence is fantastic. It really beats Armageddon. And the last scene that they put the song "Fly me to the moon". It can fit the scene that Tommy Lee Jones lying on the moon.

Even though the ending is sad, but it is perfect.

If you like space movies with drama, watch this film.

Hollow Man (2000)

This is both sci-fi and horror movie. *SPOILERS WARNING*

This really did scare me. I think that first half of the movie is sci-fi movie about group of scientists trying to make people be invisible or something. And the other half of the movie is horror thriller. That Kevin tried to kill every people in this science project because they are gonna tell the truth to everyone. Then he started to kill everybody one by one.

The good thing about the movie is that the special effects that make Kevin Bacon really DISAPPEARED. Good sci-fi, thriller. I will have it in my movie collection when it came out on video.

Entertaining, good sci-fi movie. I like it.

Phantom 2040 (1994–1996)

Good vision for THE GHOST WHO WALKS.

I like this version of The Phantom because it has lots of futuristic details, including vehicles, character designs.

It has the way to attract their fans to see this one. The reason I watch it because I like The Phantom and I really want to know what really happen at the train station, where all the incidents happen at first.

Well, I like this one. Especially The Phantom's designs, vehicles and weapons.

The Cell (2000)

After I saw this film, I thought to myself that "this is stranger than I thought".

The production design is very unique and strange especially the mind of The Killer. I think that sometime it just missed something such as when Jennifer Lopez saw the killer as a boy and saw him running up the stairs and enter the room, and the next scene Jennifer Lopez was AT THE ROOM. How ?

I think that Vince Vaughn didn't have much script when he enter the mind of Jennifer Lopez. Just screaming and screaming and press the button to get back to the reality.

Well, this is a thriller. There are lots of blood in this movie.

If you like good psychological/thriller, just watch this film and don't take it seriously.

What Lies Beneath (2000)

I saw this today and it scared me. The music is creepy too.

*SPOILERS WARNING*

The scene that Harrison Ford lifts Michelle Pfifer up from the bathtub and tries to grab her necklace and then her body became a DEAD body and then Harrison Ford was extremely shocked (so as me) and his head hit the sink. This scene shocked me a lot.

If you like horror film (I prefer this as a horror movie), you

should see this film.
