If I decided to go the movie route, I could show a flashback of Kate's tragic story and show a montage of the skills & abilities she will need in the future (but still have more flashbacks of what happened in Kate Kane's life). I could also use the relationship between Kate Bishop and her mother as inspiration for Kate Kane, her Dad (Jacob) and her stepmother (Catherine Hamilton) in the first part in the first story, but eventually come to accept Kate becoming a vigilante and even help her with her journey.

This episode shows how I could make this world inspiration for my own Gotham and how I can try to make it my own world. This is also inspiration for how I can show what Kate and Beth were like when they were young with how Vi and Powder are like. Kate will be strong & independent (which is what Vi was like) and have Beth be smart & a bit shy (which is EXACTLY what Powder was like). I can also use Vandor a small elements for how I want Jacob to like as a father in the flashback scenes.

It also showed I could so much in one flashback scene and then have a shocking revelation by the end of the episode. For instances, Cassandra represents the innocent side of Beth and if she gets badly injured with a life-threatening situation for Kate.

Inspiration for ideas I already had about how unstable Alice is - which is similar to what happens to Percy in this episode. Even had an idea with Jacob standing in front of Alice as she hesitates to kill someone (most likely Kate in her torn Batwoman suit or Catherine believing she covered up her "death"). Only for her to struggle with her weapons and tries to kill herself while her dark persona tell Beth to kill them. Thankfully, like with what happens to Percy, she manages to overcome her dark self and lets go of the temptation.

Inspiration for how I could represent how I might represents Kate's inner struggles - which are similar to Aretha's. In the film (specifcally the Third Act), Aretha is still struggling with her deep depression and copes with constant alcohol drinking. However, by the end she gets better by letting go of her demons and finally accepting herself into a better person. This is definitely something I can use elements for in Kate's arc for both the first and second parts in my story. To her struggles with her losing her mother and not protecting her sister. Then by the third part she fully overcomes her demons in order to become a better person to her family and her friends.

Inspiration for how I make the story flow together with specific points from each scene to make it very natural. Also Theo could be another source of inspiration for Kate by having identical traits that I wanted to use for Kate goes out partying at nightclubs with a rebellious side, while still acting like a responsible adult with a job and how she handles her anger & depression as a grown up. Also helps me understand how younger self acts very sarcastic, calculating and especially caring around her siblings. Also, it can even show me how both Kate and her Mum have deep connection with something similar about each other - just like Theo and Olivia do when she discovers her psychic powers.

(Batwoman 3X12) Alice's subplot of her mental state and hallucinating people she cared that had died. It also shows her not trying to be a psychopath anymore and leaving her upset and depressed for most of the episode. This is something I can use for Beth's arc in the third project (movie or season) where she is constantly seeing people she has killed and how she constantly feels for what she did as Alice. I will also make it unique too by adding my own element of her actual seeing Alice torment Beth and make her feel overwhelmed with all the harm she caused (intentionally or unintentionally).
