Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen will be serving up two additional seasons, with Fox renewing the popular culinary competition series for seasons 23 and 24. The series debuted back in 2005, and the most recent season earned the top fall 2023 spot among cooking shows. Season 22’s first episode also set a new record for the series’ most streamed premiere.
“As my very first show on Fox, Hell’s Kitchen holds a very special place in my heart and it’s incredibly gratifying to have it renewed for its 23rd and 24th seasons,” said Ramsay. “This show just keeps getting better and better, and with Fox, ITV, and A. Smith & Co. as my partners, you can expect even bigger challenges, stronger talent and more intense competition in Hell’s Kitchen in the years to come.

The first teaser and key art for the “American Dream” season of “Hell’s Kitchen” has arrived, TheWrap can exclusively reveal. Season 22 of the series is set to premiere Sept. 28 on Fox.
“Winning ‘Hell’s Kitchen’ is the American dream,” a contestant confidently says into the camera during this first teaser.
The 30-second clip then cuts between several wild scenes, from cheerleaders performing a routine in the studio to food fights and someone pouring what appears to be milk onto one of the contestants. Baked into the mix are several Gordon Ramsay staples such as the celebrity chef yelling repeatedly about raw meat and labelling a dish “disgusting.” Watch the promo above.
In the “American Dream” season of the series, contestants will be divided into red and blue teams and will compete in various themed challenges, including a BBQ competition, creating their own signature dish and performing dinner service at the Hell’s Kitchen restaurant.

Horror-comedy film The Menu may be a little brutal to watch for some, but for those who work in the industry like recent Hell’s Kitchen winner Alex Belew, the film had plenty of moments that had him laughing, not to mention nodding in agreement.
Films like The Menu and the FX series The Bear both center on restaurants and the head chef, but each takes an entirely different turn. While The Bear and The Menu reflect on the grueling and intense aspects of cheffing, The Menu is a film about how famed Chef Slowik (Ralph Fiennes) murders his patrons.
Murder aside, Belew said even the absurdity of The Menu had some pretty realistic moments that had him rolling, while the theater was hauntingly quiet. “With The Menu, outside of the absurdity of it, I found myself laughing so much throughout that because every chef has thought about that with customers,...

Fox‘s Hell’s Kitchen: Battle of the Ages winner Alex Belew may have been favored to win by the fanbase, but Belew had his doubts during the grueling competition.
“The first couple of weeks I really was just trying to survive day to day,” Belew told Showbiz Cheat Sheet. “The first plan was just don’t go home first because that would suck.” But then he felt a shift as he dominated challenge after challenge, taking on the wing competition and making the perfect lobster.
“Watching it kind of unfold on T.V., I’m like, Who is that guy?” he wondered, describing how watching himself on TV didn’t match what he was feeling during the Hell’s Kitchen experience.

On an explosive Hell’s Kitchen: Battle of the Ages two-hour season finale on Fox, the final three chefs create their own menus for Hell’s Kitchen, with each round of dishes judged by five incredible world-renowned chefs where one will be eliminated.

Peacock is preparing a slew of spinoffs of hit non-scripted NBCU series.
The streamer has ordered spinoffs of Top Chef and Below Deck as well as Baking It, from Amy Poehler and the team behind Making It, and is becoming the home of American Ninja Warrior Junior, which was previously at Universal Kids.
This comes after Jenny Groom, EVP, Unscripted at NBCUniversal, told Deadline that it was looking to order a number of spinoffs of NBC unscripted series for Peacock in our recent State of the Non-Scripted Business feature.
As revealed by Deadline last month, Below Deck Down Under is one of these spinoffs. The series, a spinoff of the hit Bravo reality series, will showcase the upstairs/downstairs of a real working super-yacht in Australia.
The series is produced by 51 Minds with Nadine Rajabi, Mark Cronin, Courtland Cox, Cristina Lopez, Tania Hamidi, Christian Sarabia and Zachary Klein as exec producers.

The angriest chef on television will be back for two more seasons of flaying and roasting amateurs.
Fox has decided to renew Gordon Ramsay’s “Hell’s Kitchen” for its 19th and 20th seasons, Variety has learned.
The cooking show, which first premiered in 2005 and consists of Ramsay viciously putting a group of amateur chefs through their paces, aired the finale of its 18th season earlier this month. In the grand final, Ariel Contreras-Fox was named as the winner and won a job as the executive chef of Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen restaurant in Las Vegas.
The infamously mean chef’s other Fox shows include “24 Hrs to Hell and Back,” which is currently airing in its second season, and “MasterChef Junior,” in which Ramsay shows a little more of his sweeter side in judging the efforts of home cooks between the ages of eight and 13 from across the country.

With his new show “Death by Magic,” executive producer Arthur Smith pulls off an impressive feat — expanding a television empire that is already home to some of the most enduring franchises in television.
Through his A. Smith & Co., Smith is the force behind “American Ninja Warrior” and “Hells Kitchen.” “Death By Magic,” which premiered last week on Netflix, is the most recent addition to that portfolio. Part of Netflix’s aggressive shift into the unscripted space long dominated by cable and broadcast channels, the show stars U.K. magician Drummond Money-Coutts recreating tricks that other performers dies attempting. Smith touts the “premium” feel of the final product. “There are some unbelievable illusions in the show, but the show is shot on location in South Africa and England and Detroit and London, India, Miami,” he says. “We started talking about the history of magic and we started talking about how...
