Ever wonder what it's really like to live like royalty? Well, according to this new video posted to the Prince's Palace of Monaco's Facebook page on Thursday, it's pretty amazing. In the video, which is in celebration of Monaco's 75th Grand Prix, Princess Charlene and her husband, Prince Albert II, open up about the prestigious and glamorous event. While Charlene arrives by boat (and stuns in a gorgeous halter top, sunglasses, and red lipstick), Albert flies in on a helicopter. The couple then join past Grand Prix winners David Coulthard and Mark Webber at the Monaco Yacht Club to talk about their favorite memories from the auto race's past. The video, which could easily double as a Hollywood film, also features appearances by Irish racing legend Eddie Jordan and sports journalist Steve Jones. Watch the rare glimpse into royal life above!

My first night, I went with my new favorite delegation, whom I already wrote about in my Tiff It’s a Wrap blog, the group of Jamaican filmmakers to see their five shorts showing here at ttff as part of the Jafta Propella initiative to put money into the production and distribution of shorts (rather than in yet-another film festival). The range of stories and storytelling styles was a tasting menu of hors d’oevres for the festival.

Jamie Laing has well and truly revealed his posh credentials, announcing a rather fancy nickname for his, well, you know.
Steve Jones introduced the racy topic on E4 show Young Free & Single last night (September 14) and was quick to ask the Made in Chelsea star if he has a chosen name for his "tinkle":
Young, Free & Single: How to make the show even more cringeworthy
"Maybe Mercutio?" Laing wondered in his plummy tones, as seen in the video above.
Ever quick off the mark, Jones quips: "Dare I say it, Mercutio sounds like a bit of a mouthful..."
Hosted by Jones, Young, Free & Single is a dating show following six young single people's lives as they live in an apartment in London's East End searching for love.
Throughout the week, each person goes on a date - which is then watched back and analysed by the friends who give their advice.

Despite what some might call the worst TV ever, we quickly fell in love with E4's new dating show Young, Free & Single. It's impossible to watch it without feeling better about yourself. Terrible kisses, nightmare dates - it's all in there, and the cringe factor is all too real.
But if we didn't think it could get any more cringeworthy. We were wrong.
How do you make Young, Free & Single even more awkward? You go and sit in the flat with the stars of the show, as they rewatch their dates. And that's precisely what we did on Monday night.
The embarrassment in the room was excruciating. In our taxi on the way home, our legs were aching - and we realised it was because we'd been so tense watching the hideousness of it all.
We even experienced some of the awkwardness ourselves, when host Steve Jones told Tom...

We didn't really know what to expect from Young, Free & Single: Live. The new E4 show sees a group of singles living in a flat together, going on dates... and then watching those dates live as we all judge them and send in their advice.
And you know what? There's nothing better than viewing other people having horrible, awful, terribly awkward dates. If anything's going to make you feel better about your own love life - or lack of - it's something like Young, Free & Single: Live.
So below we've gathered just 16 moments that made us gasp, giggle or groan from episode one - this is why we're already hooked on the show...

Young, Free & Single: Live kicked off on E4 last night and turned out to be our new TV obsession.
The show, hosted by Steve Jones, sees a group of singles going on dates - and then watching them back live, as we tweet in with our advice. But while we got instantly hooked on the show, we cannot begin to express our horror at the kiss that has haunted us ever since we saw it.
The smooch of doom came on a date between single Tom and lucky lady Holly. Given that Tom had already expressed a foot fetish and the fact that he had previously let a girl "wee on him", we thought we knew what to expect.
But nothing could prepare us for this.
Little hint, Tom: when your date is squealing in pain, you might want to lay off the lip-biting.
So what do you think? Worst...

This year marks the 40th anniversary of the formation of seminal New York punk rockers The Ramones, and in another two years it'll be the 40th anniversary of their first album. There is, as you might expect, considerable activity beginning to bubble in the form of planned Ramones celebrations, not least of which, according to Billboard, is a biopic that Martin Scorsese may be attached to direct.Billboard drop the information almost casually into a larger piece about last weekend's Johnny Ramone tribute at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery, attended by Guns N'Roses' Duff McKagen and The Clash's Steve Jones, and hosted by Rob Zombie. There are no further details, but The Wrap have since chimed in with their own unnamed source confirming Scorsese's interest in the film. There's no writer involved yet, and development is only at its earliest stages, but if the Scorsese intel isn't exactly solid, it's certainly plausible.

With nearly 3,000 fans in attendance, Dread Central hit this past Sunday’s 10th Annual Johnny Ramone Tribute at Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles, CA, and we got an eye and earful. Read on for our report, photo gallery, and a video clip from the event.
The show was hosted by musician/filmmaker Rob Zombie and his band, who played a blistering five-song set of Ramones tunes set inside the facility’s Masonic Temple, which included "Blitzkrieg Bop," "Rock 'n' Roll High School," "Beat on the Brat," "Lobotomy," and Motörhead's tribute song to the same, "R.A.M.O.N.E.S."
With the show simulcast on the cemetery’s mausoleum wall to the throng of music fans who picnicked on the grass outside, Zombie’s set was followed by a jam session made up of guitarist Steve Jones of the Sex Pistols, Duff McKagan of Guns N’ Roses, singer Billy Idol,...

The artist behind the State vs. Radric Davis II: The Caged Bird Sings remains caged. Gucci Mane, whose real name is Radric Davis, was sentenced to three years and three months in prison today—having already been in custody for 11 months, that he means he has 28 months left to serve—on a federal gun possession charge. Facing a possible 10-year prison term if he had taken his chance at trial, Davis pleaded guilty in May to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, U.S. District Judge Steve Jones also said that the rapper may face travel limits for three years after his release as well. He would not be allowed to leave the Northern...

Pip, pip, hooray—Pippa Middleton got a haircut! Kate Middleton's kid sister debuted her significantly shorter, shoulder-length new 'do at at annual Waitrose Summer Party Thursday in London. The 30-year-old party planner and socialite looked particularly pretty in an emerald green Tabitha Webb dress, which she paired with pointy-toe nude heels and understated gold accessories. She rubbed elbows with several British stars at the event, including baking guru Mary Berry and TV personalities Ben Fogle, Steve Jones and Lisa Snowdon. The duchess's younger sister definitely looked darling for the fête, but this dress didn't direct attention to her derrière like the...

Ooh, there's nothing quite like Saturday morning television to ease you into the weekend, is there? Well, Steve Jones and Lisa Snowdon are hoping that they'll be the ones helping you out of your hangovers and accompanying your eggs and soldiers with their new show Weekend Kitchen with Waitrose. We got them on the phone to have a good old natter about what makes Saturday morning telly...
Do... make sure your show is about more than just cooking
Steve: "Although it's called Weekend Kitchen, it's not a show about cooking. I think the idea behind the title is that the kitchen is the heart of the home - it's where most of the fun things happen in a household, and that's kind of what we're going for. It's not all in the kitchen - it's basically a living room with a kitchen attached. We're interviewing celebrities on set, we're in the kitchen,...

My goodness, Mary Berry, you have a lot to answer for. I suppose it's not your fault; neither is it Paul Hollywood who is to blame. Not even Mel & Sue could have known when it started in 2010 that The Great British Bake Off would become a genuine cultural phenomenon, spawning cookbooks, merchandise and an upcoming fifth series. But it did - and now we're all paying the price.
There was a story doing the rounds on Twitter this morning about how women are attracted to beards when they're rare, with the attraction level decreasing as more men adopt the hirsute lifestyle. Scientists were babbling about how we're reaching "peak beard". And honestly, aside from realising that science actually is fun, all we could think about was how we've also reached "peak competitive-crafting-show".

Marvin Francis has been named the winner of BBC Three's competition Hair.
The 25-year-old burst into tears when he beat out Katie Crompton and Dominika Kasperowicz to take the trophy after three final challenges.
"All I've ever done is just hair," he said. "I haven't done anything else. I never went to college, I never finished school. I know it's only an amateur competition, but it means so much to me that I won and I'm so thankful that I won."
The trio began by showing off their best victory rolls, with judges Denise McAdam and Alain Pichon praising all three of them for their skills.
However, the competition really began in earnest in the precision cutting round as the finalists were tasked with creating a graduated bob on their blockheads.
The round was won by Crompton, but the judges were less impressed with Kasperowicz and Francis's attempts, as they...

Mary Berry has a lot to answer for. Ever since the surprise success of The Great British Bake Off, TV bosses have been desperately trying to find the next crafty past time that will capture the public's attention - from sewing to gardening. And so enters BBC Three's Hair, which takes the idea to the salon (or, at least, a specially converted warehouse in London.)
Luckily, Hair never feels like a cynical cash-in. Instead, it's a gently entertaining show in its own right. Sure, the Great British Bake Off's influence is there - three distinct rounds, including a freestyle challenge at the end - and Denise McAdam and Alain Pichon are presumably intended to be the Berry and Hollywood of the styling world. There's even a jovial, warm but slightly mocking host in the form of Steve Jones.
But while Hair's structure is recognisable, it's enjoyable enough that we can ignore that.

Let's face it - we've all had bad hair days. Luckily, most of us confine our mane-based disasters to our own heads, but on BBC Three's new reality competition Hair, eight amateur stylists will be unleashed on a raft of models to prove their scissor skills. This can either lead to some pretty impressive results... or the aforementioned 'bad hair days'.
It's definitely an entertaining show, but why should you watch? Well, we collared host Steve Jones to ask him exactly that - read on for his ten reasons!
1. All the contestants have a talent.
"I spend a lot of time with them... It's this weird accelerated friendship thing, where you go from never meeting somebody before in your life to spending every waking hour with them for a week, two weeks. You get to know them so quickly, and I love that. I love people - I always have.

Cry-Baby, a '50s satire, set Depp free by satirizing his then-imprisoning image as a TV heartthrob. Photos:

Despite winning 17 Grammys, Jay-z has never contended for the top prize of Album of the Year. Could his new disc "Magna Carta Holy Grail" finally win him that coveted award? The first reviews for this album, which was released via an app on July 4, are respectful, if not raves. For Steve Jones (USA Today), "the breadth of his subject matter, which also touches on family, loyalty, spirituality and fame, is matched by his lyrical acuity. His perspective is that of someone who has achieved much but hasn't lost sight of what brought him to this point. With platinum status guaranteed even before his album goes on sale July 9, he could have just mailed it in. But he stays on top, because he refuses to do anything less than epic." Rob Markman (MTV) said, "it all sounds great, but subsequent listens uncover thoughtful commentary and societal observation, lending to the album's replay value.

Last year, Kristen Wiig’s emotional SNL sendoff set a high water mark for cast member farewells. (Compare it to, say, the way Chris Kattan said goodbye with a “terrible re-enactment” of his SNL career during his last show 10 years ago.)
I’d say that mark was met — and possibly exceeded — by the closing sketch of tonight’s show, in which Fred Armisen (as punk rocker Ian Rubbish, first introduced when Vince Vaughn hosted a few weeks ago) sang a sweet original tune filled with simple, evocative lyrics like, “It’s been all right, I’ve had a lovely night.

History has shown us that not every musical hit is unique to the artist. Take Dolly Parton's "I Will Always Love You." When that catchy tune fell into the hands of the late Whitney Houston, the powerful ballad became an instant success, but many of the people caught humming the melody had no idea a blonde bombshell was the mastermind behind the hit.
Houston's rendition is just one a number of cover songs that eventually became more famous than the originals. We've compiled a list of some of these beloved gems below; let us know which ones surprised you in the comments.
1. "Nothing Compares 2 U" by Sinead O'Connor (original by Prince/The Family)
O'Connor's breathy song was actually written by "Purple Rain" genius Prince for one of his side projects, The Family. But the Irish songstress was the one whose tears actually brought it to the general public.

For the first time since 1998 (remember when he was still that fresh-faced, breakout star of Swingers and The Lost Word: Jurassic Park?), Vince Vaughn returned this week to host Saturday Night Live. That’s a lifetime between hosting gigs, and it struck me as curious that he’d gone so long between trips to Studio 8H.
Alas, unlike what we saw from Melissa McCarthy last week, a strong monologue ultimately didn’t translate into a laugh-laden show. Because after a strong, confident start, Vaughn lost the plot (was it the cue cards?) in a big, big way. Choosing only two...

London, Apr 13: Adam and Eve never met each other so their original sin could not have transpired, a new book has claimed.
