Living Co-Stars from every Joan Crawford Movie, UPDATED as of August 2021

by BWRocks | created - 31 Oct 2016 | updated - 22 Sep 2021 | Public

Note: (This goes for all of my lists of surviving people.) - If you see someone on my list and they have passed away that is because their passing was not reported until well after August 2021 (even if the date is before then, it is because it was retro dated with the date they passed away, not with the date that it was reported – which sometimes could be months or even years after they have passed away). Many deaths of retired actors go unreported and I try my best to be up-to-date because it is important that this information remain accurate. I respectfully ask the families of these celebrated people to help by reporting the passing of their loved ones online if it has not been done yet or if there is not a public obituary.

Over the years I have been in touch with nearly everyone on this list. They are all wonderful people and very talented actors.

Sadly, none of Joan's co-stars from any of her movies from the '20s and '30s are living. Although it was not a starring role, the last known living actor that appeared on film with Joan prior to the '40s was Mary Carlisle who was in "Grand Hotel". Miss Carlisle passed away in 2018 at the age of 104.
