Actor Jake Gyllenhaal has been part of many appreciated films in the thirty years he has been part of the film industry. The actor has worked with acclaimed directors such as Ang Lee, David Fincher, Denis Villeneuve, and Dan Gilroy. The Zodiac star has been nominated for the Oscars once and the Golden Globes twice.
While the actor has starred with many prominent actors in his films, he seemed to have forgotten that he co-starred with actor Dennis Quaid. After working together on the 2021 version of Wrong Turn, director Mike P. Nelson and screenwriter Alan B. McElroy are re-teaming for the Brazil-set creature feature Titan – and Deadline reports that Kiana Madeira of the Fear Street trilogy and Jessica Rothe of the Happy Death Day movies are set to star in the film!
The story Titan is set against the backdrop of Brazil’s Curuçá River in the present day. When a team of young doctors embark on a local humanitarian mission through the Amazon rainforest, it soon becomes clear that not everyone – or everything – is happy to see them. Their arrival draws the attention of an ancient predator, the “Boiúna”. This ancient killer, dominant on land and water, clashes to reclaim the jungle. The ensuing fight for survival blurs the roles of hunter, prey, and hero.
The film is coming our way from the Resident Evil franchise makers at Constantin Film and Jb Pictures.

Cinderella (1950) Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment Blu-ray and DVD Available Now
The Walt Disney classic finally makes it high definition debut. Though it was made over half a century ago, Cinderella remains a timeless work of animation. Part of its lasting appeal can be attributed to the amazing concept art of Mary Blair, whose gorgeous backgrounds and unique color palettes help to define its iconic visual style. Though she was only credited with color and styling, her influence in the look and feel of the finished product cannot be denied. Another aspect that is often overlooked is the lovely vocal contribution by actress Ilene Woods. She brings a measured confidence to the beloved heroine and her singing voice is as gorgeous as the animation.

Amazon released its Android shopping app with a little dose of that augmented reality goodness we've been talking about: Real-world barcode and CD/DVD cover recognition. It's a question of clicking the shutter, then clicking "buy."
According to Amazon Mobile's Sam Hall, "Customers have been requesting an Amazon shopping application on their Android devices and we are thrilled to bring them the Amazon App for Android." But what really sets Amazon's app apart, is the Amazon Remembers feature with barcode recognition. This is not some 1984-esque vault where Amazon tracks all of your purchases and search habits for its own nefarious purposes (that feature's called something else). No, this is the sweet capability to snap a CD or DVD cover and now even a barcode with your Android phone's camera, and have the app automatically identify a match for you in the Amazon store.
