Though it's not a club many musicians are rushing to join, Lil Wayne will make his mark alongside the late Tupac Shakur next week when the physical copy of Weezy's latest album, I Am Not a Human Being, debuts at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart. The digital copy of the album — which, like Shakur's 1995 Me Against the World, will hit the top spot while Wayne is incarcerated — debuted at #2 two weeks ago with sales of 110,000, while the in-store copy bested those numbers, moving 125,000 in its first week, according to figures provided by Nielsen SoundScan.
Wayne leads a quartet of new albums crashing the top of the chart, including former Hootie and the Blowfish singer Darius Rucker, whose second country album, Charleston, Sc 1966, comes in at #2 with 101,000 in sales. It's...

Listen up you muppets. Bonded By Blood is a film where women are slags, and the men are slags too. They’re also called s**t-c**ts and just plain old c**ts. It’s the kind of movie where Big Time Charlies are hooked on Charlie and like to display their maleness by stoving some c**t’s head in because he looked at ‘em funny or he mugged him off or somethink like that.
Yes, my friends. Bonded By Blood exists in the netherworld of the British gangster flick; a genre that exploded with mediocrity in the wake of Guy Ritchie’s Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and hasn’t really been killed off.
Sasha Bennett’s movie, to be fair, isn’t filled with mockneys and focuses on the real life killings of three drug dealers in 1990s Essex. The rise of the mythological ‘Essex Man...

We just chatted up the new "stars" of Dancing With the Stars after last night's big cast announcement and have some things you must know. Like, for starters, not only is Sarah Palin herself expected in the audience (unless she can see the stage from Alaska?) to cheer on her daughter Bristol, but David Hasselhoff's partner should be afraid—very afraid... Unless she's totally crushing on The Hoff! 'Cause apparently he is crushing on her. Big time. We can't yet reveal who David's partner is, but he does tell us the first thing he did when he was cast on the show: He asked his daughters whether she's single. "My daughters are the ones who talked me into...

I'm all comfy in my sweats, pint of ice cream in hand, ready to settle down to the only television show I watch: The Good Wife. Things are getting good. Peter Florrick (Chris Noth) is out of prison and back home with his wife Alicia (Julianna Margulies) and their two kids. Some melted ice cream drips down on my chin. I wipe it off with my T-shirt, and look up suddenly to see Peter going down on Alicia. My eyes! My Eyes! Chris Noth just simulated giving oral sex to Julianna Margulies on primetime television. In my living room. My biggest problem with this? Chris Noth skeeves me out. Big time. I wouldn't give the guy a chance if I had the chance. And actually I did. He hit on me once -- like he has just about every woman in New...

Craig here with another Take Three.
Today: James Franco
Well hell, if I didn’t feature James Franco on Take Three now I never will. His largely supporting career is likely to spill over into full-time leading man status any day now. I’d bet my Spider-Man box-set that in seven months he’ll have either a Best Actor Oscar sat on his desk or at least a well-deserved nomination as consolation; his lead role in Danny Boyle’s freshly-completed true-life tale 127 Hours will surely see him shunted up a few rungs on both the awards and career ladder.
<-- Franco in the true story 127 Hours
Either way, this time next year Franco may very well be beating off his peers for bigger, meatier roles in even more substantial fare (The Rise of Franco may coincide with The Rise of the Apes), or he may continue alternating occasional leads with...

momlogic's Julie: Last night, I took my two kids to the Teen Choice Awards and lived to tell the tale!
Next time (if there is a next time), I will remember to bring earplugs, because the high-pitched screams from the audience were positively piercing! But what do you expect when Robert Pattinson And Taylor Lautner were Both in attendance?! The Twihards just couldn't hold back!
The cool thing about the Teen Choice Awards is that anyone can buy tickets and attend. The "cheap seats" were $65 but gave a perfect view of the stage. My kids loved seeing Miranda Cosgrove and Selena Gomez in person.
One big disappointment of the night was that Justin Bieber (who was scheduled to perform) was not there. They just showed footage of him from his concert in Phoenix. Those infected with "Bieber Fever" (my daughter included) were bummed Big Time.

I wouldn't put Penelope Cruz, who is as pure and authentic a beauty as one could imagine, on the list because she was once involved romantically with Tom Cruise. This is a deal breaker for me, the sort of thing that poisons everything else, like rumors of a venereal disease or racism.
I'm on the fence regarding Zooey Deschanel. Putting her on the list seems lazy, like I'm merely indulging a hipster cliché. Sure she's pretty and kind of weird, maybe even a diamond in the rough, but isn't her inclusion on the list really...

Update: After reaching out to EA regarding the page, it appears it's not official in any way shouldn't be considered as a viable news source. So yeah, Respawn is likely to be relatively hush-hush this E3.
Original Story: Jason West and Vince Zampella didn't waste any time in their search for a new home after departing Infinity Ward. Their new studio Respawn Entertainment has yet to divulge what their first big project will be with publisher EA, but judging from a tease yesterday, we could find out about it at E3.

Spiral
Stars: Joel David Moore, Amber Tamblyn, Zachary Levi | Written by Joel David Moore & Jeremy Danial Boreing | Directed by Joel David Moore & Adam Green
Director Adam Green is probably best known for his retro slasher Hatchet, but Spiral is no slasher, it has more in common with his more recent movie Frozen than Hatchet. Actually, Spiral in fact has more in common with classic Hitchcock and Rod Serling’s classic Twilight Zone than anything Green has directed before or since.
The film is the story of Mason, a reclusive, neurotic, asthmatic, troubled, telemarketer who is haunted by visions of a former girlfriend. His only joy in life comes from his art and listening to old jazz records. Working at a dead-end job in an insurance company with his friend Berkeley, he embarks on a relationship with new employee Amber, who soon becomes Mason’s muse, posing for portraits and eventually sleeping with him.

The Lost Boys is a huge favorite amongst the horror fanbase. Lost Boys 2? Not so much. Okay, so it sucked. Big time. With a third one coming at us soon, all we can do is hope for the best, and the trailer for it has just debuted. Let us know what you think below.

Synopsis

Did Rufus cheat on Lily?
We don't think so.
Sure, it's possible, but our gut's going with no.
Serena will confront Rufus this Monday (May 10) and the man doesn't exhibit even the slightest signs of guilt.
So something off. We're guessing it's all part of a William van der Woodsen plot.
Meanwhile, Chuck has a plot of his own to win Blair back. One that includes a very "Sleepless in Seattle" sort of scene on The Empire State building. But judging by this promo, courtesy of our UK friends across the pond, it's looking like the former couple may mess it up and miss each other by a minute or two.
Whatever the case, Jenny Humphrey is in the mix.
Big time.
And what she does will drive her out of town.
Take a look...
Yikes.

Last night I shot over to a midnight screening of Iron Man 2 so I could catch the trailer for the super secret J.J. Abrams project Super 8. I had to know what the fuss was about... right?
Well, the trailer was included as the last one in a series of trailers prior to the start of the film, but before I get to Super 8, let me set the mood a bit.
The crowd was quite rowdy. They were obviously excited for Iron Man 2, which is good considering Iron Man 2 is more of a blockbuster crowd pleaser with a saggy midsection rather than the nuanced feature more seasoned filmgoers may be looking for. The excitement could also be felt with each trailer, each one getting their own specific reaction.

Russell and the Villains alliance or Amanda and the Heroes alliance? That was the question Sandra and Candice found themselves debating on last night's episode of Survivor.
Our Survivor Round Table writers couldn't wait to answer that question as well as talk about Parvati's phenomenal eye roll at tribal council and Courtney's hilarious jury antics. As always, reader feedback is encouraged.
Did Sandra and Candice pick the right side?
Kakdaddy: No. I was surprised Candice was willing to sell-out so easily when Sandra was so willing to be there fifth. She was in a much better spot there than she is with the Villains where all hell is about to break loose. Bold moves. This 20th all-star season of 'Survivor' has been chock full of them and last night's episode of 'Heroes vs. Villains' was no exception. Fans witnessed one of the gutsiest plays of all time.

Last week, humble Hero John "J.T." Thomas handed off of his immunity idol to consummate Villain Russell Hantz, and the move backfired. Big time. And it led to the 'Survivor: Tocantins' winner being sent to join Courtney Yates and Benjamin "Coach" Wade on the jury.

***Warning*** This recap discusses spoilers from Monday night's episode of United States of Tara.
So last week we had Justin Suarez coming out on Ugly Betty and now this week we've got Marshall Gregson ... doing a a whole lot of things I'll get to in a moment. But first, I've got something I want to say: This show has gone off the rails.
I hate saying that because I love Toni Collette, I love the premise of the show and I liked the first season. But after watching these first four episodes, and having seen five more, I'm sorry to say I think the show is a mess.
Either the characters are doing pretty much unbelievable things (Kate, Tara, Charmaine), saying unbelievable things (pretty much everyone at some point), or are obnoxiously horrible (Charmaine) or the storylines simply aren't plausible. Honestly, the only character I care about at this point is Marshall,...

You know that whole conversation about how women don't go to the movies and are not a film market? You know that conversation that we hear over and over as the big reason why we are inundated with crappy boy films week in and week out. Well thanks to the statistics that we released by the MPAA with barely a blip yesterday, (thanks David Poland for the heads up) the news is that not only do women go to movies, we go more than men. Yes, folks -- women go to the movies more than men do. This news should rock each and every executive in Hollywood more than the Bigelow Oscar win. Cause this is something they understand. This is money and women are delivering the money. Big time. So I am officially holding a funeral for...

Watch! Andy Says: Bad Move, America! How Could You Vote Tyler Grady & Joe Muñoz Off ‘American Idol?’
America, this was your first chance to shape this season’s American Idol outcome — and you screwed up Big Time!
Last night’s American Idol results show was total garbage. Not only did voters decide to keep Tim Urban (you know, the guy who totally screwed up OneRepublic’s “Apologize”) but they also got rid of two of the only original performers, Tyler Grady and Joe Muñoz! HollywoodLife.com’s Weekend Editor Andy Swift takes America to task in his first-ever video rant. Remember, America: “Next time, think before you text!”

Kelly Osbourne, why do I love you so? Is it your infectious smile? Your potty mouth? The fun energy that you and Louis Amstel brought to Dancing With the Stars? Is it because you have traveled the rocky road to Sveltesville and survived to tell the tale? I just finished reading this week's Us Weekly magazine (due to hit the stands on Friday, February 26), featuring You, Kelly, in all your adorableness. Yay, Kelly! You did it! You've dropped how many dress sizes? From a size 14 to a size 2! And you've lost how many pounds? From 160 to 118! Big time congratulations. As your unofficial, self-appointed, Weight Loss Coach and as a person who has traveled the rocky road herself (I permanently lost over 50 pounds 8 years ago), I do have a few questions for you, if you don't mind,...

Perhaps Jack Bauer does enjoy some downtime at the flickers between kicking terrorist ass, but this isn’t about that! There’s been rumours for absolutely ages about 24 blasting on to our screens for a thoroughly cinematic adventurethon. Some characters are just too big for television. Entertainment Weekly have, like pigs searching for truffles, sniffed out a great piece of news!
Billy Ray, the director of the little-seen-but-brilliant Shattered Glass and co-writer on State of Play, has pitched a script to 20th Century Fox – and they like it! It’s still very early days, so don’t be counting any chickens.
24, since it’s appearance in the quagmire of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, has given worldwide audiences a fantasy revenge on those evil-doers who don’t like our freedom very much. And like the song goes, “freedom isn’t free”, and Jack Bauer came to collect. Big time!

Tambay’s post today about Hurricane Season reminded me about another missing film, to wit Eddie Murphy’s comedy A Thousand Words. Co-starring Kerry Washington playing his wife, the Paramount film deals with a glib, fast talking Hollywood agent who somehow, some way gets cursed by a guru of some sort. He wakes up the next morning to find a magical tree in his backyard and quickly discovers that every time he says a word a leaf falls from the tree. Since there are a thousand leaves on the tree Murphy realizes he has a thousand words left to say before he kicks the bucket. Therefore he has to find other ways to communicate with people to extend his life.
Now the film’s premise could lead to a funny film with some brilliant sight gags, but when was the last time we saw anything Murphy do that could be called brilliant?...

Jeff Bridges gets nervous before starting on each new film. The 'Crazy Heart' actor - who is tipped to win an Oscar for his portrayal of country music singer Bad Blake in the movie - admits he finds new film sets a real challenge. He said: ''Oh, I can really work myself up. I'm an actor. I can take those little seeds of paranoia and blow those f***ers up. Big time. ''Freeze myself so I won't be able to come out of this room, for fear of what someone might say.'' The 60-year-old star also suggested that he can be like his ..

I always wondered what it would take to completely break my spirit and send me packing from Hollywood. Constant rejection I can deal with. The propensity for marketability over quality? Easy enough, just go indie. Hell, the whorish nature of the business? I'm pretty shameless.
But holy fuck me with a Tonka truck. Look at the video below. Do you know what the scariest part of the entire thing is about the trailer for Big Time Rustlas, the Insane Klown Posse western?
Not the fact that it's a western with face-painted clowns rolling around skrilla-in' with their faux ghetto-squalling. Not the fact that the script was obviously modelled on "Deadwood" -- what with every other "cocksucker" replaced with the phrase: "Mothafuckin' Mon-ay!" Not the wrestling moves, not the fact that both the villain and the hero apparently both have painted faces. Not even the fact that entire thing looks like...

Four guys living in Los Angeles, making catchy pop songs and clowning around? Hey, hey, they’re . . . Big Time Rush! That’s the name of the boy band that Nickelodeon put together to star in its latest teen series. After a nationwide audition, they get a chance to move to La and,...

Well before a rebooted "Spider-Man" hits theaters in 2012, we'll get a chance to meet a brand-new Peter Parker — some lucky actor plucked to replace Tobey Maguire now that the 34-year-old and director Sam Raimi have been jettisoned from the franchise. As MTV News plays its own game of Cast That Arachnid — Joseph Gordon-Levitt? Jesse Eisenberg? — we took a look back at the time when we first met Maguire in his Spidey world.
It was January 2001, and production on Sam Raimi's film was about to begin in Culver City, California. MTV was there to chat with the cast and the director at a moment when comic book movies were beginning to return to their fanboy roots after years of schlocky "Batman" and "Superman" flicks.

Adam Lambert in his "Whataya Want From Me" music video
Photo: RCA
On Tuesday, we got our first glimpse of Adam Lambert's "Whataya Want From Me" video, a somber, solitary clip that saw everyone's favorite "American Idol" extrovert dialing it back a few notches — no makeup, no outlandish getups, just a guy with a really killer voice, completely alone in an apartment, singing from the heart.
On Wednesday (January 13), we got another peek at the video, and this time, the mood seems to have shifted. Big time.
It's not like things have become overly jovial. This is still a pretty morose video. But, unlike the first sneak peek, Lambert seems to have invited a few friends to his pity party. We see him backed by a roaring live band, dressed in a trench coat,...

You can always count on the studio horror titles (the ones worth seeing, like Drag Me to Hell and Paranormal Activity) to show up on DVD, like clockwork, only a few short months after their theatrical release. That's a reliable and comforting schedule for the horror geek who constantly needs something new to watch, savor, and then listen to a commentary on. And that's probably why the old-school no-nonsense horror film fans love the "catalog" releases so much. They're like buried treasure sprinkled across the DVD shops. "Hey, they're putting out Face Chompers 2 from '87! And they put back the crotch-bite scene! And there's a cast commentary!" Yeah, stuff like that. Big time fun. So with...

DJ Perry is a prolific actor who has starred in over fourty movies. He is also the producer of several other films including the upcoming Renovation, Timberwolf and State of Hate. Here, DJ talks not only of the horror film Renovation, but of Karma, Sherwood Horror, Blood Ties and others in this exclusive interview with 28Dla.com.
(Michael Allen) Hi Perry, thanks for being here and taking part in this interview. The first time I saw you in film was in the picture Blood Ties directed by Nathaniel Nose. In the film you were the central hero in the film. What were some of the highlights in working with Nathaniel on the set of this fairly bloody horror film?
(DJ Perry) Really? Blood Ties was your first? Maybe you will get a chance to explore some other titles. I am sailing here and there in the great sea of films.

Imagine for a moment that you're a lowly cab driver who happens to share a name with a wealthy businessman. And imagine that, in a case of mistaken identity, someone kidnaps your child aiming to deep into the deep pockets of your wealthy namesake. And then imagine that this particular kidnapper is on particularly vicious Sob who sends you bottles of your son's blood to extort more and more money out of you rather than releasing the child after you've already buried yourself in staggering debt to pay the initial demand. What do you do?
This is the premise to Kelvin Tong's upcoming Kidnapper, the latest from the Singapore director who had major hits with ghost story The Maid, action thriller Rule #1 and slapstick horror comedy Men In White. Big time Singapore TV star, now making the move to features, Christopher Lee stars. Check the trailer below.

I can only imagine Sam and Dan's happy, happy faces the moment they realize that Flight Time and Big Easy were eliminated on the last leg of The Amazing Race. They've always wanted them out, yes, and it took one pang of (necessary) selfishness from Dan at the Roadblock in Prague to seal their fate. Then again, Big Time was eaten up by frustration: he really could've solved the puzzle, but he didn't. Oh well. Talk about the ultimate example of buckling under pressure.
It sucks seeing it that way, but I'll still say, the Globetrotters dealt with all that pressure throughout the race quite well, and that's why I feel extra bad that they've been eliminated. They're still joking at the side of the Ekotechnicke Museum while serving out their four-hour penalty! Sam and Dan, on the other hand, are still fighting during the Detour. It's obvious from...

Apparently when “Stargate: Universe” producer Joseph Mallozzi told complaining fans to get over the sex on his show because it’s gonna keep happening, he wasn’t blowing smoke. Check out some new promo images from this week’s new “Stargate: Universe” episode, 1.09, “Life”, which features former “24″ CTU badass Reiko Aylesworth as Ming Na’s lesbian lover character. The whole sex and lesbian thing? I could care less. But the whole “jumping into someone else’s body and then going to have sex with someone else” angle? That just gives me the creeps. Big time. Surely, this is going to become an issue in future episodes, right? Say, a “No more having sex with other people while you’re in someone else’s body” rule? Or not, because it sure seems to keep happening. What happens if, er, they impregnate someone? Or catches an Std? I’m just saying. For...
