The latest round of Deadpool & Wolverine concept art shifts the spotlight to the movie's most surprising Variant: The Cavillrine!
Thanks to Wes Burt, we get to see some of the alternate ideas considered for Henry Cavill's Wolverine, though there's nothing too drastically different. We'd say just the vest was the right movie; it allowed the actor to show off his impressive biceps and a shirt like that would have inevitably led to Clark Kent comparisons.
Take a closer look at The Cavillrine below along with Burt's take on the Merc with the Mouth's meeting with a very dead Wolverine from 2017's Logan.
this was a quite a fun one when it landed in my hands to do some concept-ing, more in the upcoming artbook for Deadpool & Wolverine pic.twitter.com/G0zHXJjiTi

The incontrovertible and immediate effect of muscular tax credits, entering in force in 2023, have powered to a new level the shoot scene in Bilbao and Bizkaia – the Basque city and surrounding province in Northern Spain.
Introduced on Jan. 1, 2023, the new incentives offer an up-to-60% tax deduction for national and international co-productions of film and TV projects.
Enticing studios such as Toboggan and production houses Buendía Estudios and Tornasol to set up in Bizkaia and streaming giant Netflix to invest in original productions, the territory is fast capitalizing on its breaks.
Over 2023, 151 shoots filmed in Bilbao-Bizkaia, 76 from the Basque Country, 47 from Spain and 28 from abroad, according to the Bilbao-Bizkaia 2023 Year Book.
Total shoot spend in 2023 came in at €58.5 million ($63.7 million), 324% up on 2019’s figure of €13.8 million, six times up on €23.5 million ($25.6 million) in 2021. In all, productions shot 1,026 days in Bilbao or in the rest of Bizkaia, 74% more than 2022. The fact that...

Universal Pictures will release an all new “Jurassic World” event film on July 2, 2025, the studio announced on Monday.
David Koepp will write the screenplay, which is said to launch a new storyline. “The Fall Guy” director David Leitch is in very early talks to direct the next installment of the franchise.
While plot details are scarce, insiders say that the film will start a new storyline separate from the trilogy of “Jurassic World” films that starred Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard and saw the eventual inclusion of “Jurassic Park” stars Sam Neill, Jeff Goldblum, Laura Dern and B.D. Wong.
The Jurassic film franchise has proven remarkably resilient at the box office, so it is unsurprising that Universal wants to continue the series. Though box office returns have declined with each new “Jurassic World” installment, all three movies – 2015’s “Jurassic World,” 2018’s “Fallen Kingdom,” and 2022’s “Dominion” – managed to surpass $1 billion globally.

Harmony Korine has said he embraced AI technology for the making of his new experimental film Aggro Dr1ft which world premieres Out of Competition at the Venice Film Festival on Saturday.
“I think it’s a tool… I don’t necessarily think it’s an existential crisis. I think if you’re looking at it as a creative tool, it’s very exciting,” he told the press conference.
“We really saw it almost like the frosting on the cake. It’s just another layer. It’s another paintbrush. It’s another colour. It’s another way to integrate imagery and sounds and to kind of play with the form.”
Set against the backdrop of Miami’s criminal underbelly and revolving around a veteran hitman, the multi-layered film has been shot entirely through a thermal lens and has been likened to a video game by Korine rather than a traditional movie.

Anyone who has seen "Elf" with Will Ferrell can tell you that when it comes to sustenance, elves stick to four main food groups: candy, candy canes, candy corn, and syrup. However, one of Buddy the Elf's most famous feasts in the movie only features a couple of those delights. In one of the silliest and most amusing scenes in the modern holiday favorite, Buddy, having observed that his newfound family enjoys spaghetti, decides to add a little elf flair to the meal by covering it in chocolate sauce, marshmallows, candy, maple syrup, and even chunks of chocolate Pop-Tarts. It's not exactly the most appetizing dish, but that's not stopping the meal kit subscription service Hello Fresh from bringing this "Elf" meal to your doorstep.

Kolkata, Oct 24 (Ians) Former North Bengal development minister Rabindra Nath Ghosh, who is currently the chairman of Trinamool Congress-run Cooch Behar municipality, has directed closure of two unlicensed outlets selling biryani allegedly using spices that were reducing male sex drive.
Ghosh clarified that although there were complaints by several locals on this count, that is not the main reason for closing down the two outlets, purportedly owned by one Pappu Khan, an original resident of Bihar. “The municipality has its own way of checking the food quality. But when I went to the shop, I asked for their trade license which they failed to produce. So, on those grounds these two outlets were closed,” he said.
It is learnt these two shops were adjacent to a Shani Dev temple in the Bhawaniganj market area in Cooch Behar town. Ghosh has claimed that he had been receiving complaints from the locals...
