It captures the hope that everything will turn out as it should be and that true love conquers all. The story is very dear to my heart, possibly perhaps I sometimes tend to lose faith. The Slipper and the Rose and EverAfter are two of my all-time favourite movies.
I'm not very fond of the teen adaptations, hence I did not include them in this list.

One of my favourite movies of all time, and definitely the grandest Cinderella version out there. This is a musical with delicious songs, amazing decors and the most beautiful costumes. You have to see this!
