Autumn isn't a season we generally embrace as enthusiastically as spring or summer (even winter whose beginning announces Christmas and New Year's Eve parties).
And for all its melancholic aspect, there's something emotionally riveting in that unique palette of gold, beige and sepia tones, in the fragile, beautiful foliage and the unpredictable, capricious weather. Indeed, autumn can be a time for reflection and introspection, a time of lucidity and nostalgia, perhaps the most appropriate time for life-changing experiences.
