All film is propaganda on some level. And it is understandable that a filmmaker, consciously or subconsciously, will inevitably bring some of his/her own ideological/political sensibilities to his/her work. However, some movies and filmmakers cross the line of art and legitimate social/political commentary and venture into the realm of full-blown, agenda-driven propaganda. The following are some of the most shameless and blatant examples of propaganda in movie history.
