Here's What Harrison Ford Had to Say about Playing Red Hulk for the Right Price - Main Image
In the upcoming Marvel film Captain America: Brave New World, Harrison Ford, who has starred in both Star Wars and Indiana Jones movies, will make his first appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross, a role previously portrayed by the late actor William Hurt.
What did Harrison Ford say about Red Hulk?
Speaking to Variety, Ford, who is now starting a new journey, said that he was mostly reliant on motion-capture technology to transform Ross, the US President Thaddeus, into Red Hulk.
What was his opinion on this? He said, "What did it take? It took not caring. It took being an idiot for money, which I've done before."
Further, he added, "I don't mean to disparage it," "I'm just saying you have to do certain things that normally...

As the latest round of reshoots on Marvel Studios' Captain America: Brave New World (formerly known as New World Order) continue, this latest photo from the set is sure to raise a few questions!
Shared by Atlanta Filming, the image features strange creatures hanging by their tails. Though there's been some speculation that these might be the Soul Eaters from Chang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, they look a lot more like Orloni to us.
These small, rodent-like animals were introduced in the Guardians of the Galaxy movies, and seem to be a very popular snack in certain cosmic corners of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
We have no clue why these little critters would be a part of this particular movie, so there's always a chance they simply resemble Orloni. Another theory is that these are some sort of Gamma-mutants created by Doctor Samuel Sterns, aka The Leader.

Following yesterday's first glimpse of Giancarlo Esposito in-costume on the set of Captain America: Brave New World, we have a new photo giving us a look at Rosa Salazar (Alita: Battle Angel) as Rachel Leighton, aka Diamondback.
A previous rumor claimed that the supervillain group known as the Serpent Society had actually been completely cut from the movie during reshoots. This may have been accurate at the time, but this latest round of additional photography has revealed that at least one member of the team will still feature.
As you can see, Salazar is now sporting the character's signature hot pink hair after previously appearing with blonde locks in a photo shared online last year.

What do you think of the hair? Are you excited to see this character in Cap 4? pic.

Now, a first look at the actor's stand-in has been shared online, and we also have some details on his "antagonist agent of chaos" character.
Spoilers follow.
We now have confirmation that Esposito will indeed make his MCU debut in Captain America: Brave New World, which recently started another round of reshoots. Thanks to Atlanta Filming, we have a set photo featuring his stand-in wearing tactical gear.
Not much to go on, but Af did also share a crudely drawn sketch of Esposito's character in his full costume, along with some very interesting new details.
It seems this fella is going to be very well-equipped for battle, with three guns, three knives, and an axe. He is also said to sport a black cape with brown lining,...

Marvel Studios' hunt for Star-Lord didn't result in quite as much attention as some other MCU roles. However, the decision to enlist Chris Pratt as the Guardians of the Galaxy franchise's lead generated a lot of discussion among fans.
It didn't take him long to prove James Gunn had made a perfect choice by choosing him to play Star-Lord. However, in an interview with The Playlist, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Dark Matter star Joel Edgerton has left us wondering "What If...?" by revealing he also auditioned to play Peter Quill.
"Star-Lord’s a good one, actually, because I, unlike Chris [Pratt], didn’t quite sort of understand the tone of it the way he did and the way that those guys did," the actor explained. "And I wasn’t really sure how I could be a part of that tone. And I truly think that the world is a much better...

Jennifer Connelly is an iconic actress who is known for voicing the character of Karen in the 2017 MCU film Spider-Man: Homecoming. Alongside the role, Connelly also portrayed the role of Betty Ross in Edward Norton’s 2003 film Hulk.

Marvel Studios, led by Kevin Feige, has been relatively quiet lately. But at CinemaCon 2024, they made a big splash by revealing several minutes of brand-new footage from one of their upcoming big-budget films. Not content to just tease the audience with Deadpool & Wolverine clips, Feige introduced Anthony Mackie to CinemaCon attendees to offer a sneak peek at Captain America: Brave New World.
Subsequently, Mackie, 45, took the stage to unveil the first look at the forthcoming movie directed by Julius Onah. Feige claimed the movie would be more “grounded” than the miniseries The Falcon and the Winter Soldier (2021).

In addition to teasing the audience with footage from Deadpool and Wolverine, an F-bomb-dropping Kevin Feige introduced Anthony Mackie to give CinemaCon a taste of Captain America: Brave New World.
Before covering the CinemaCon stage with stars and stripes (metaphorically), Feige added that production on Fantastic Four will start in a few months and confirms that the title of Thunderbolts* does include an asterisk. The mantle of Captain America has been passed to Anthony Mackie’s Falcon, marking a new chapter in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). After inheriting the shield from Chris Evans’ Steve Rogers, Wilson’s journey as Captain America began in the 2021 series “Falcon and the Winter Soldier.”

There, he worked alongside some talented stars like Sebastian Stan (Bucky Barnes) and Daniel Brühl (Baron Zemo). As Marvel has forayed from the TV to the movies and will focus more on Captain America, there are fewer chances of these two actors making a bigger impact in the future. Thus, their absence will be felt, not only by fans but by Mackie as well.

Captain America: Brave New World is going to be released on February 14, 2025, as things stand now as one of the first movies of the MCU’s Phase Five. The movie will star Anthony Mackie as the new Captain America, taking over from Steve Rogers, who was played by Chris Evans in the earlier movies. Now, while Mackie will be joined by some old and some new faces, it seems that MCU veterans Sebastian Stan and Daniel Brühl won’t be returning as Bucky Barnes and Baron Zemo, respectively. The news comes from a recent interview Mackie gave to RadioTimes.
And while Bucky Barnes had a very rough, but greatly executed character development in the series, Zemo was depicted as a villain in the series. Both of them returned for The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, an MCU series, and both of them received a big redemption arc in the series,...

There have been rumors about a solo Hulk project being in the works in the MCU, specifically World War Hulk, which makes sense given the number of Hulk allies and antagonists that have begun populating the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Liv Tyler will be returning to the MCU as Betty Ross. Thaddeus Thunderbolt Ross will now be played by Harrison Ford. The Leader, one of the Hulk’s most notorious villains, is set to make his debut in the MCU as well. The Abomination still roams free (albeit reformed).

Tim Blake Nelson is excited about his return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe for the first time since 2008 when he played Samuel Sterns / The Leader in The Incredible Hulk. Louis Leterrier has revealed plans for the scrapped sequel to his 2008 film The Incredible Hulk, which starred Edward Norton in the title role.
In an interview with ComicBook.com, Leterrier shared that he had “a whole sequel” planned for the Marvel character that would have introduced other versions of the Hulk.
“There was like Grey Hulk, Red Hulks — there was a lot of good stuff that we were planning,” he told the website.
In subsequent films, Mark Ruffalo took on the role of Bruce Banner/Hulk starting with 2012’s The Avengers, and the storyline from the 2008 movie was not a part of the character’s arc. (Eric Bana also played the character in a 2003 film directed by Ang Lee, while Lou Ferrigno portrayed the Hulk and Bill Bixby was Bruce Banner in the CBS series, which aired from 1977 to 1982, and in several TV movies.)
The rights to the character are complicated.

Current fans of the MCU have come to know Dr. Bruce Banner a.k.a The Hulk as a friendly, wise cracking, selfie taking, and athleisure wearing supporting muscle for the other avengers. But before he was making cocktails and…babies- the Hulk was once an extremely complicated and emotionally unpredictable character who you could not trust with a hard taco.
And while we all really hope to see Mark Ruffalo’s take on the character to eventually get his own headlining outing, we must also remember that the MCU does indeed have a solo Hulk film. A film about a man who’s terrified of his own powers and is forced to live in isolation in order to protect Everyone. Los Angeles, March 28 (Ians) Hollywood actress Liv Tyler is returning to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, 16 years after her last appearance.
She will appear in 2024’s ‘Captain America: New World Order’ reprising her role from 2008’s ‘The Incredible Hulk’ as scientist Betty Ross, the daughter of General Thaddeus ‘Thunderbolt’ Ross, reports ‘Variety’.
That role was originated by the late William Hurt, who reappeared several times for Marvel Studios, starting with 2016’s ‘Captain America: Civil War’, in which Ross had become Secretary of State. Harrison Ford is stepping into the role of Thaddeus Ross for ‘New World Order’, in which the character has become President of the United States.

Liv Tyler is set to rejoin the Marvel Cinematic Universe 15 years after starring in Louis Leterrier's "The Incredible Hulk," according to The Hollywood Reporter. The "Lord of the Rings" star isn't pulling double duty with a new character, but will actually be reprising her role as scientist Betty Ross in the upcoming film "Captain America: New World Order," per the outlet.
