Come on in. The water's so fine that the Siren TV show has been renewed for a second season on Freeform, with a start date Tbd. There's more good news. Although the first season was of the "limited" variety with only 10 installments, Freeform has ordered 16 episodes for Siren season two. On top of that, there are still two episodes left in the freshman season. Episode 1.09, "Street Fight," airs on Thursday, May 17th, and the season one finale, "Aftermath," aires on May 24th. Genre sales specialist Jinga has sold sci-fi thriller The Rift to Kaleidoscope Home Entertainment for the UK and Ireland as part of a three picture deal with the company.
The thriller stars Ken Foree (Dawn Of The Dead), Monte Markham (The Six Million Dollar Man) and Katerina Kas (The Wolf Of Wall Street) as CIA agents sent to investigate the wreckage of a Us spacecraft which has crashed in Serbia, whose only surviving astronaut has been infected with a virus that threatens the existence of mankind.
The distributor has also acquired UK rights for Canadian sci-fi thriller Lost Solace and Brasilian supernatural thriller Through The Shadow as part of the deal.
In sci-fi feature Lost Solace [pictured], Andrew Jenkins plays a psychopath who experiences empathy for the first time after experimenting with a new drug.

The first title is Chris Scheuerman’s Sci-Fi thriller Lost Solace, which it will represent international rights on, with Raven Banner handling Us and Canada.

Hot off last night’s midnight premiere at SXSW, Lionsgate has acquired the North American distribution rights to the Bigfoot found footage movie Exists.
Exists follows a group of five friends as they struggle to fight off the Bigfoot during a camping trip in the remote Texas woods.

The 20-year-old made the comments on Twitter following his release from the Barclays Premier League club earlier this year.
Noble, a Newcastle United fan who graduated from Ged NcNamee’s academy and became a regular reserve player three years ago, was unable to break into the first team under Martin O’Neill or previous manager Steve Bruce, despite a recent shortage of striking options.
