General Hospital threw in a surprise in the middle of Thursday’s (February 16) episode when it was revealed that Olivia Jerome had been attacked and killed while in prison. For those unfamiliar, Olivia Jerome was an iconic General Hospital villain portrayed by Tonja Walker, most significantly between 1988 and 1990. The character made a reappearance in 2017 and caused chaos around Port Charles before eventually being locked up at Pentonville. According to MichaelFairmanTV, on Thursday’s episode, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), a detective at the Pcpd, received a phone call about a prisoner. Later in the episode, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper), Deputy Mayor of Port Charles, told Police Commissioner Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) that Olivia Jerome was dead. Viewers last saw Olivia in 2017 when she ordered the car explosion that killed Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) son, Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig). She also kidnapped Anna’s daughter, Robin (Kimberly McCullough), and Anna’s friend,...

New Delhi, June 18 (Ians) Information security company, CyberArk, on Sunday said that more than 91 per cent of the Indian organisations experienced ransomware attacks in 2022 while 55 per cent of the affected organisations reported paying up twice or more to allow recovery, signalling that they were likely victims of double extortion campaigns.
CyberArk, in its report said that Indian organisations experienced growing cyber debt in 2022 where security spending over the pandemic period lagged investment in broader digital business initiatives.
In 2023, levels of cyber debt are expected to rise as a result of an economic downturn, increased staff turnover, a drop in consumer spending, and an uncertain global environment.
“New environments create new identities and, consequently, compromising identities will remain the most preferred method for attackers to evade cyber defences and gain access to critical data and assets,” said Rohan Vaidya, regional director, India & Saarc, CyberArk.

This weekend, Rob Savage (Host) brings his adaptation of Stephen King’s The Boogeyman to theaters. But for those of us who were of horror-watching age eighteen years ago (that hurts to say out loud), there was 2005’s Boogeyman… a horror film that launched an entire trilogy.
That first movie was successful enough to spawn both Boogeyman 2 and Boogeyman 3, though both sequels went straight to video here in the States. So, in honor of the upcoming The Boogeyman, let us take a look back at the Boogeymen of old. Even if they are completely and utterly unrelated in every way possible… and we cannot stress that enough.
Boogeyman (2005)
Directed by Stephen Kay, Boogeyman came to us at an interesting time for the horror genre. “Torture porn” was in full swing with Wolf Creek, Saw and Hostel all releasing. PG-13 horror competition included The Grudge, The Skeleton Key and The Exorcism of Emily Rose.

Vin Diesel loves when the “Fast & Furious” family comes together.
Diesel spoke with Et’s Matt Cohen on Saturday at the block party for Charlize Theron’s Africa Outreach project in Los Angeles, where he reacted to the shocking “Fast X” credits scene, which features Dwayne Johnson’s return to the franchise as Agent Luke Hobbs.
Following a social media spat between Diesel and Johnson, Johnson vowed in 2021 that there was “no chance” of him returning to star in a “Fast & Furious” movie — with plans instead to spin off his and Jason Statham’s characters in a series of “Hobbs & Shaw” films.
However, the “Fast X” post-credits scene features Jason Momoa’s villain calling Hobbs to tell him he’s coming for him next — all but confirming Johnson’s return for the 11th “Fast” film.
“We have such a great cast,” Diesel shared when asked about the surprise return.

Vin Diesel isn’t ready to call it quits officially just yet!
Diesel spoke with Et’s Matt Cohen on Saturday at the block party for Charlize Theron’s Africa Outreach project in Los Angeles, and he played coy when asked exactly how much more fuel the Fast and Furious franchise has in the tank.
While fans already know that the new Fast X isn’t the end of the road — as Diesel announced at this year’s CinemaCon that an 11th film is slated for release in 2025 — many are wondering just how many more installments could be expected.
For Diesel, this is a delicate subject — specifically because of how much love there is for the franchise as a whole.
“The last time I told my daughter [it] was the last one, all I saw was tears,” Diesel said with a small laugh. “So I gotta be really careful [about] who and what I say.

Rob Lowe and his 28-year-old son, John Owen Lowe, got downright serious — and a bit emotional — during their latest appearance on “The Drew Barrymore Show”.
The father-son comedic duo had a lot banter during Thursday’s show, trading barbs and zinging each other. But the conversation turned serious, after Barrymore opened up about her sobriety journey and sharing that her family supports “me through my pitfalls.”
She then commended Rob and John Owen for supporting “each other through every high and low.”
Rob chimed in and talked about being in recovery for 33 years now. After the crowd clapped, Rob then shared Johnny’s “got five years.”
At that point, Rob reached into his pocket and surprised John Owen with his five-year sobriety chip.
“In fact, Johnny’s five-year birthday was on Saturday,” Rob said. “And Johnny, I want to give you your five-year chip. I love you. I’m proud of you.

Could Marshall Eriksen return to McLaren’s Pub sometime soon? After Neil Patrick Harris made a surprise cameo on the season 2 premiere of the “How I Met Your Mother” spinoff series, “How I Met Your Father”, Et asked Jason Segel about the potential of Marshall making a cameo.

Martha Stewart is like the rest of us. She scrolls through Instagram, admires from afar, and she even crushes hard.
While sipping one some of her delicious 19 Crimes lighter chardonnay with Et’s Matt Cohen at her Las Vegas restaurant, the 81-year-old lifestyle expert took part in a little “Sip and Spill” game, and when it came to divulge her current celebrity crush, Stewart didn’t hold back.
“I was asked this question last week, it was Brad Pitt because I was looking at pictures of him on Instagram and he looks so great,” she gushed. “I think he’s aging beautifully. Sorry, Brad, you’re still young but you are getting older.”
For the record, Pitt’s 59. Whatever the case, if Stewart can’t land Pitt as a date, she’ll settle to have him on her popular podcast, a suggestion Stewart liked very much so.
“Ok, that would be good.

The Supernatural journey finally continues!
The series premiere of The Winchesters is here, and it was nothing short of the supernatural.
On The Winchesters Season 1 Episode 1, John Winchester and Mary Campbell meet for the first time, and their lives are changed forever.
As a Supernatural fan, I can say with my whole heart that The Winchesters is such a great series.
Like a lot of fans, I was weary with how they would tell John and Mary's story since what was shown on Supernatural is different from the prequel series.

Drake Rodger and Meg Donnelly portray John and Mary, taking up the mantles from Matthew Cohen and Jeffrey Dean Morgan, and Amy Gumenick and Samantha Smith.

While Supernatural is over, the show's mythology will continue in the form of the prequel series, The Winchesters.
The upcoming spin-off on The CW will focus on two very familiar characters, John and Mary Winchester, and take fans on a journey of their origin story and adventurous love life.
With a new cast and a storyline different from what Supernatural fans know, let's take a quick look at everything there is to know about the upcoming The Winchesters prequel series before its premiere!
The Storyline
As noted above, The Winchesters will follow the origin story of Sam and Dean's parents, John and Mary.

When Erin Johnson was named executive producer of “Entertainment Tonight” in June 2019, one of her first objectives was to give the syndicated show’s 7-year-old set at CBS Studio Center a major makeover. She had hoped to unveil the new stage in time for “Et’s” 40th anniversary in 2020, but just a few months into Johnson’s new job, the plans were put on hold due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Fast forward to today. “Entertainment Tonight” will launch its 41st season this evening with co-hosts Kevin Frazier and Nischelle Turner and correspondents Lauren Zima, Matt Cohen and Rachel Smith from a new set that was built over the summer.
“There are so many things that I love about this set,” Johnson tells me. “I think number one is just how much we’re able to do with it. It’s a lot of monitors. It’s a lot of LED lights.

Nischelle Turner has been promoted to co-host of “Entertainment Tonight.” She’ll now anchor the entertainment newsmagazine program alongside existing host Kevin Frazier on a full-time basis.
“Nischelle can do it all. She can go from a heartfelt conversation with Oscar winner Viola Davis about the impact of Cicely Tyson to singing karaoke on a balcony with Jimmy Fallon. She is warm, thoughtful, and full of energy,” Erin Johnson, “Entertainment Tonight’s” executive producer, said in a statement on Thursday. “Celebrities respect her skills as a seasoned journalist, and our audience has taken notice of her fun chemistry with Kevin (Frazier). There is no one more deserving to lead ‘Et’ in our history making 40th season and beyond.”
Frazier, who earlier this week helped make headlines with his Sharon Osbourne interview, could use the help: Former longtime “Entertainment Tonight” host Nancy O’Dell left the show in 2019. Turner, who is a regular CNN contributor,...
