Junior is all grown up! Michael Oliver memorably played John Ritter's adopted son in the two "Problem Child" films, the first of which came out 25 years ago today. The film was a surprise success, quickly spawning a sequel -- but Oliver all but vanished from showbiz shortly after, thanks to a lawsuit filed against his family from Universal Pictures. To mark the film's 25th anniversary, costar Gilbert Gottfried tracked Oliver down for his podcast, where the former child star opened up about working with the late John Ritter, his swift exit from Hollywood and revealed what he's up to now. "He was a sweetheart. I remember he got me a radio controlled car right after we met," Oliver, now 33, says of Ritter. "He was really nice to me on the set and I think he kind of knew that I was very new to all of it. It’s...

To celebrate the release of This Must Be The Place, I have listed ten films which share their name with songs. For those who don’t know, This Must Be The Place shares its name with the Talking Heads tune. And even though film and song have little in common, both song and Talking Heads front man David Byrne, appear in the film.
There is a proverbial bottomless pit of films and song which share a title. Some overtly, in reference to each other, whilst many are just tenuous links. My list has been dictated purely by a love of rock music. Bar one disco tune and a classic piece of soul; everything you are about to see is, like the film which inspired this list, connected to the warrior poets of melody. The likes of music based films such as The Wall or Yellow Submarine have been omitted for the sake of originality,...

1990's Problem Child, which featured the theoretical spawn of Satan wreaking havoc on suburbia, was a global smash -- but what happened to Michael Oliver, the child star who brought "Junior" to life?
Remember Andrew Keegan?
Professionally, not much -- following the sequel in 1991, Michael only made one more film (1995's Dillinger and Capone) but still has an unexpectedly large fan following online that charts his moves.

Prior to the above photo, the last time Michael was seen was in this video circa April 2011, talking about spirituality.

With Santa Claus right around the corner, what better time is there to point out those good little boys and girls who have taken a turn for the worse? These are the baddest of the bad, the meanest of the mean, naughtiest in Santa’s list. They didn’t start out that way… Some say it’s genetics. Others say it’s how they were raised. Some are just being controlled by the devil himself! No matter how you view it, these kids are going to see a lot of coal in their stockings if they keep it up… Top Ten: Santa’S Naughty List

The Exorcist (1973) starred a young Linda Blair as Regan, an innocent little girl possessed by the devil. Sure, most parents out there surely feel their children are possessed by the devil at one point or another, but Linda Blair and the special effects...

We’ve all been there. The hotly-anticipated action/comedy/fantasy film debuts, a movie that you’ve waited for months to see, and you head to the cinema with friends or family in the hopes that it will be an experience that you will thoroughly enjoy. The action will be actiony. The comedy will be, well, comedy-y. And you hope for the opportunity to be able to pore over the subtle nuances of brilliance/explosions long after the film is over. You settle in, the lights go down, the curtains draw open…and you spend the next 90 minutes flabbergasted at the uncanny awfulness of a certain cast player; awfulness so unyielding that it overwhelms the film itself and ruins the entire experience for any and all attentive viewers. I speak, of course, of the “kid”.
The “kid” can take many forms – annoying sidekick, awkward character actor, blubbering deadweight, and so on.
