On March 25, federal agents raided two of Diddy’s luxury properties as part of an investigation into sex trafficking. After completing interviews with three women and one man in Manhattan, authorities seized firearms and personal phones. We know the allegations are connected to sexual assault and the solicitation and distribution of illegal narcotics and firearms. But many are still curious about Diddy’s home and details of the raid. Here’s what we know:

The late global sensation Michael Jackson is getting his own musical drama biopic (currently in the works) almost a decade and a half after his death, but even his fans don’t seem to be all too optimistic about it. If anything, fans are more or less expecting the film titled Michael to be doomed just like the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s The Marvels.

All of this comes after recent reports about the film from insiders, who have stated the reported budget and box office projections of the film. And as much as fans would hate to admit it, the biopic Michael is making the very same mistake that doomed Brie Larson’s 2023 superhero sequel to Captain Marvel: Absurdly overinflated budget and box office projections.

In 2015, producer Kevin J. Walsh was clearing out a last-minute parking lot location for Manchester by the Sea’s most memorable scene, and just seven years later, he found himself on one of several battlefields that would define Ridley Scott’s latest historical epic, Napoleon.
Financed by Apple Original Films and distributed by Sony, the Joaquin Phoenix-led film just outperformed expectations with $32.7 million over the five-day Thanksgiving window, and Walsh believes that Napoleon’s production and distribution arrangement is the ideal way forward for streamers who want to make big-budget plays. With the possible exception of Netflix, the remaining streamers haven’t been able to justify the expense of streaming-exclusive blockbusters, but Napoleon has now established that streaming services and traditional studios can work together in mutually beneficial ways.

It’s raining in New York and Mariah Carey is in the bathtub.
“Today was stormy weather,” says the elusive chanteuse in kicking off a telephone interview about a new collaboration with luxury jeweler Chopard. Lex Borrero, the co-founder of Interscope’s Neon16 label, has made his own seat at the table — and brought a full plate. As a teen, Borrero understood the importance of networking. After hundreds of unanswered cold calls, he eventually caught the attention of Universal Music and signed his first artist under his shingle Lex Prods. when he was 17. For Tommy Mottola and his producing partner, Lex Borrero, the word “no” doesn’t exist. The pair are on a tenacious mission to bring Latin stories to mainstream entertainment. “We tell our team all the time that the word no doesn’t exist,” Borrero told TheWrap for this week’s Office With a View. “It’s really [a mindset of] create first, think without limits, then you figure out the money to make that happen. That gives you a certain freedom. That is very different than when you approach things just as a business, because then you’re always looking at dollar signs.” Through his talent incubator Neon16, Borrero is responsible for brokering influential deals in the Latin entertainment space, including the eight-figure sale of Puerto Rican producer Tainy’s music catalog. Mottola, the former CEO of Sony Music Entertainment, has decades under his belt developing artists from ex-wife Mariah Carey to Jennifer Lopez.
