Ryan Reynolds talks about his Irish roots (IrishCentral)

Ryan Reynolds, the sexy star of The Green Lantern and a former People magazine Sexiest Man Alive, talked a bit about his Irish roots to The Irish Times while on the promo trail for his film. Reynolds, a Canadian cutie for sure, told the paper that he’s Irish and has visited parts the country with his brother.  “Yes. I’ve been to Dublin and Galway. My brother and I just toured around there for a while. We have relatives there, whom we completely avoided,” he says, joking about the last part. It’s not the first time Reynolds, who’s in the process of divorcing another star, Scarlett Johansson, has spoken about his Irish background. While promoting his hit film The Proposal with Sandra Bullock a couple of years back, he told that with “brothers named Terry and Patrick, I’m pretty damn Irish!” The luck of the Irish »
