If you spend a lot of time watching YouTube, you may be familiar with World of Warships, the naval combat franchise that has sponsored some of the platform’s biggest creators. On February 19, the Wargaming-owned title debuted its newest and most expansive creator partnership: On that day, the World of Warships brand debuted the first of five new commanders inspired by popular streamers.
Moist Cr1TiKaL, Sapnap, Ludwig, Nadeshot, and CouRage are the five creators who worked alongside the World of Warships team to develop custom camouflage, flags, and commander avatars. Those cosmetic items are available as part of an initiative called the Creatorverse, which is going live on the PC version of the game as well as its console title World of Warships: Legends.

In just two nights in New York City, a new band called FreeSol has made quite a name for themselves. The five-some, who are signed to Justin Timberlake's upstart label, Tennman Records performed in a surprise concert this week at Manhattan's Southern Hospitality, and again at Irving Plaza to celebrate 901 Silver Tequila. The group, which first formed their band in 2003 in Memphis, consists of lyricist Free, keyboardist and bassist Premo D'Anger, guitarist and lyricist Elliot Ives, drummer Kickman Teddy, and DJ Charlie White. A friend of Free's later hooked them up with Timberlake, who joined them for a few jam sessions.

"Supernatural's" highly anticipated Old West time-travel episode will bring Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) face to face with Samuel Colt.
Thanks to TVLine, we can now put a face to the legendary name. Sam Hennings, most recently known as Charlie White of "Memphis Beat," will play Colt. "He's an iconic character for the show, and has been since season one," Sera Gamble tells TVLine. "We'll be meeting him later in his life, after many years of fighting demons and tinkering with magical weapons and Devil's Gates and such. Time hasn't been too kind to the guy -- which is pretty par for the course, for a hunter."
Much about Colt remains a mystery. We do know that he built the gun that killed Azazel - a gun that can kill almost anything. He also built a giant railroad Devil's Trap to protect the cowboy cemetery devil's gate.

Back when Mallrats was released, I swore I knew Jason Lee from somewhere. I think it was several months before I was alerted to the fact that he was a professional skateboarder, and in case that wasn’t it, I might have seen him in a music video. I didn’t have my finger on the pulse back then.
I didn’t get much out of Mallrats, but I had oddly high hopes for Lee. It took a bit for him to get going, but then nice turns in Kissing a Fool, Mumford, and Almost Famous gave me a certain sense of satisfaction. Then, for several years, I started to get rather irritated by him. All I could think was that he has better work in him, but all I kept getting was Dreamcatcher, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, and Jersey Girl.

Kevin McHale as Glee's Artie
A: “I think it was [creator] Ryan [Murphy’s idea],” Kevin McHale tells us of that striking scene that has him moving around the school in his wheelchair and singing, sometimes in normal motion while everyone else is in slow motion. “[Ryan] was the one who walked by me a few episodes before and he was, like, ‘Learn “Dancing With Myself.’ It was cool.”
As for the unique, wheel-popping choreography, “It was very unconventional,” Kevin admits. “Me and the choreographer, Zach [Woodlee], kind of knew what I could do in the chair. He’s amazing. It was us figuring certain types...
