Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall definitely looked like they were having fun on Thursday night as they hosted a special reception ahead of the star-studded Elephant Family Animal Ball. The event raises funds for the wildlife foundation Elephant Family, which was founded by Camilla's brother, Mark Shand, so it is a cause that's particularly close to the duchess's heart, and she and her animal-loving husband were at the heart of the fun as they posed alongside the life-sized elephant statues that had been placed in the grounds of Clarence House.

Bob Carlos Clarke was a famous fashion photographer who killed himself six years ago leaving behind his wife Lindsey and their daughter Scarlett, now 20. But, they tell Britt Collins, they have been determined not to let it 'take them to hell'
Sometimes Lindsey Carlos Clarke was so angry with her late husband that she wanted to burn all his work, change her name and disappear. Instead, she opened a gallery and is consumed by keeping the legacy of his "dark genius" burning. "Bob was the most exciting man I ever met. He was wild, dangerous, sexy and out of control," she says, sitting in her immaculate white living room, with its one violet-painted wall, a perfect backdrop for his striking black-and-white photographs. "When we were young in the 70s, before Bob was famous, we made a romantic pact that we'd kill ourselves when we looked too old in the mirror.

London, Mar 5: Stella McCartney has revealed that she is uncomfortable with the word "nanny" and prefers to address her as "a friend".
The fashion designer, whose children are all under the age of seven, had earlier spoken about feeling overwhelmed as a working mother and also about her guilt for not "being a mother 100 per cent".
The 40-year-old revealed she had both a house-keeper and a nanny to allow her to run her multi-million pound fashion empire preferred by the likes of Kate Moss, Yasmin Le Bon and Kate Winslet.

In music, film, art and fashion, the 1990s are now making a comeback. But is this driven by nostalgia or does it reflect a shift in the national mood?
Between the whitewashed walls of Visions Video Bar, a London club, a crush of brothel creepers and flannel shirts throws spry shapes in the air as Nas's NY State of Mind segues deftly into Camp Lo's Luchini. "Tune!" howls a boy in a peaked cap to his girlfriend with an undercut.
London in the 90s? Wrong. This is Dalston in east London last weekend.
For many of us, the 90s was a decade imbued with anti-fashion, grunge and naff hair, seemingly mercifully resistant to a revival. But with the return of "Madchester" stalwarts the Stone Roses, a proliferation of grunge on the catwalk and yet another sequel to American Pie, it seems that the 90s are making a return.

Duran Duran's latest music video 'Girl Panic' has been banned from television networks. The video - which stars supermodels Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford, Eva Herzigova, Helena Christensen and Yasmin Le Bon posing as the band - will not be aired on MTV and VH1 as it has been branded too sexual. According to reports, a source said: "MTV are simply overreacting to this video, it's not like this is anything new in pop videos, which have always been controversial. Compared to some pop videos this is all rather tame. "The video was also banned for its blatant product placement, yet this is how videos are made today. Four million viewers on YouTube have already seen the video anyway, it's a bit of light-hearted fun, titillation and escapism." The ban comes 30 years after the group's 'Girls On Film' (more)...

Supermodels Naomi Campbell, Helena Christensen and Cindy Crawford have dressed up as 1980s icons Duran Duran for the band's new video.
The group of catwalk stars also includes Eva Herzigova and Yasmin Le Bon, wife of Duran Duran frontman Simon, and they are seen wearing the band's trademark suits and playing instruments in the promo for Girl Panic!
The shoot was conducted in conjunction with Harper's Bazaar magazine and directed by Jonas Ackerlund, who worked on Lady Gaga's Paparazzi and Telephone videos.
Duran Duran keyboardist Nick Rhodes explains, "Harpers had approached us about collaborating with the magazine on something really special... I'd had had this crazy idea for a video for the song Girl Panic! that looked fantastic on paper but that I thought in reality would be impossible to pull off.
"The idea was to recreate a day-in-the-life of the band, with five of the world's greatest supermodels playing all of us. (They) loved the idea of doing a cover shoot within the video itself - and so it all began."
Singer Simon Le Bon adds, "We have made some pretty ambitious videos over the years, but this one was certainly the most challenging to date.
"Co-ordinating the schedules of five of the world's biggest supermodels, Jonas, and the band was no easy task - but we couldn't be happier with the finished film. It has all of the ingredients that we feel are important - it's humorous, glamorous, sexy and very Duran Duran."...

Actresses Rosario Dawson and Jane Fonda helped Naomi Campbell raise thousands for the Japan relief effort by taking part in a fashion show at France's Cannes Film Festival on Monday.
The supermodel took over the historic Forville Market for her Fashion For Relief spectacular, which saw Dawson, Yasmin Le Bon, Karolina Kurkova and Robert De Niro's wife Grace Hightower strut their stuff on the catwalk.
Campbell, who celebrates her 41st birthday on Sunday, was the first on the runway but it was Fonda, in a Marchesa evening gown, who received the loudest applause as she closed the show.
Campbell says, "The destruction caused by the earthquake is completely heartbreaking. It's so hard to even begin to comprehend the tragic loss the people of Japan are coping with.
"I felt very passionate to try and help in whatever way possible, to do our part and to support Japan at this time. I hope that the money raised from Fashion For Relief in Cannes will support those who need it most."
Artwork by Dennis Hopper and Jeff Koons, as well as photographer David La Chapelle's famous photograph of a nude Campbell, were auctioned off to benefit the victims of the Japanese earthquake and tsunami, which devastated the country's east coast in March.

Supermodel Kate Moss' fiance Jamie Hince was involved in a street scuffle with a photographer after a party on Monday night.
The British beauty had spent the afternoon at U.K. Prime Minister David Cameron's residence in London for a party, marking the city's Fashion Week, alongside Helena Bonham Carter, Yasmin Le Bon and Claudia Schiffer. She then met up with her rocker beau at The Box nightclub for AnOther magazine's 10th birthday bash.
Photographers crowded Moss and Hince as they left the event, and the singer lost his cool and lashed out as his wife-to-be was rushed to a waiting car.
In photos that have been published in Britain, Hince can be seen tugging a paparazzo's top, before falling.
Police intervened and, after briefly speaking with the musician, let him go home with Moss.

Earlier this year, LookToTheStars.org reported on a story featuring a group of British celebrities whose portraits will go under the hammer for Oxfam. We can now reveal that the artworks will be auctioned on May 18.
The portraits were created by fashion designer Alice Temperley and photographer Adam Whitehead, and feature stars such as Annie Lennox, Lily Cole, Liberty Ross, Rosamund Pike, Sophie Dahl, Yasmin Le Bon, Laura Bailey and Jacquetta Wheeler. The life-size, hand-embroidered portraits will be auctioned in London to benefit The Circle – a group of high-profile women, such as Vanessa Branson, Beverley Knight and Zoe Ball, who come together to support the world’s poorest women. Portraits of a group of British celebrities will go under the hammer for Oxfam in London to benefit woman in West Africa.
Sixteen modern British icons – including Annie Lennox, Sophie Dahl, Yasmin Le Bon, Rosamund Pike, Liberty Ross, Laura Bailey and more – have been captured on canvas by fashion designer Alice Temperley and photographer Adam Whitehead. The pair have reinterpreted Norman Parkinson’s photographs, and the images have been printed on life-size canvas.
“We are very excited about this project and the quest we embarked on in general to produce something entirely different every season to showcase our clothes,” Temperley told Vogue.Com. “This particular project is very important to me as it also aims to give back to a cause that is close to my heart. Working with all the great talent on this was inspiring and a lot of fun. To me that is what fashion and creativity should ideally be about.
