My Personal comments: This is the second American Western full-movie I've seen. The previous one was with Warner Baxtor as the star of the movie. This movie was different because it turned out more political. At first this guy Yancey Cravat was fighting for honesty and against the rebells of the Osage town. Yancey went to some other town when he had the chance and left his wife alone. He came back and got involved ina trial when he heard that his wife had a case against some woman called Dixie Lee. Mrs. Cravat was racist and did not like Indians, but Yancey wanted to give them vote. Finally Mrs Cravat became a governor, and some lady said to her husband - look, women are actually good in politics. I understand that the story of this movie is to give rights to everyone. Yancey is the guy who everyone likes except the crooked and the rebels. Yancey portrays honesty.

Personal comments: It's like drama with a little hint of comedy. Marie Dressler plays Min, an old granny who can kick anyone's butt. It was interesting to watch how Min became more defensive of the girl as the movie progressed.
