Grey’s Anatomy Lands Kristen Stewart’s Bandmate Stella Maeve
Stella Maeve is on her way to the ABC network set of Grey’s Anatomy. You may recognize this young actress. Not so long ago the California-born actress co-starred alongside Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn ladies Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning in that rock n’ roll biopic, The Runaways. You remember that one, don’t you?
Maeve is gearing up to portray Lily, a young woman who visits Seattle Grace Hospital because a few of her family members have endured a very serious car crash. Lily was in the vehicle also, but survives with little damage, though her family’s welfare is far more critical. Lily will appear in a two-episode arc. In fact, you’ll find her starring in Episodes 9 and 10 of this current season. THR had the scoop.
Maeve was Sandy West, the band’s drummer in The Runaways film.

After spending untold amounts of cash on hundreds of dramas and comedies — most of which will never make it to your living rooms — the five broadcast networks will begin announcing in New York next week which projects are good enough to earn a coveted fall pickup. (NBC and Fox will present their fall schedule to advertisers on Monday, followed by ABC on Tuesday, CBS on Wednesday and the CW on Thursday).
Buzz is already strong for several projects (for more on the hot ones, click here). But every year, we always wonder what diamond-in-the-rough was left on the cutting room...

Sean Bean is set to co-star opposite Ashley Judd in ABC's action series Missing. It centers on Becca Winstone (Judd), a devoted single mom who, after her 18-year-old son disappears in Italy, takes it upon herself to travel to Europe and track him down. It soon becomes clear that Winstone is a former CIA agent who will stop at nothing to bring her son home alive. Bean will play the regular character of Becca's husband Paul, who was blown up in front of his son but will appear throughout the series in flashbacks. Bean segues to Missing, which will begin filming soon in Prague, from HBO's Game of Thrones. He starred on the first season of the fantasy series, playing Eddard Stark. James Pumphrey (Players) has been added to the cast of NBC's untitled Emily Spivey comedy pilot, an irreverent look at parenthood through the Pov of Reagan (Christina Applegate), an acerbic working mother,...
