Shooter Jennings wants to tour with robots. Which, if you’ve been following the songwriter’s eclectic career, makes complete and perfect sense. While he may be the son of leather-and-lace country couple Waylon Jennings and Jessi Colter, the 39-year-old is less inspired by the outlaw Seventies than he is the outsized Eighties. He’s obsessed with vintage video games, plays guitar with custom-made picks featuring the likeness of He-Man villain Skeletor, and in 2016 released a superb tribute to electronic music pioneer Giorgio Moroder.

Street Outlaws is one of the Discovery channel's most successful shows. Now eleven seasons strong, the series shows no time of slowing down any time soon.
The show has even broken off into two spin offs-- Street Outlaws: New Orleans and Street Outlaws: Memphis. Street Outlaws is unique to other reality shows, as it displays real illegal activities.
In fact, the stars of the shows do not get paid by sponsors due to the nature of their activities. The show is filled with real danger and consequences, which make it one of the more compelling reality TV shows on Discovery.
Since it’s start, there have been many cast members who have come and gone. Some are no longer with us, while others are serving time behind bars.
A criticism of the show is that it displays a very dangerous and illegal activity as fun and enticing. Street Outlaw...

Sydney-born Australian actor Rod Taylor, best known as the star of George Pal's original film adaptation of "The Time Machine" and Alfred Hitchcock's "The Birds," died Wednesday of a heart attack in Los Angeles. He was 84.
Taylor made his feature debut in 'Time,' the 1960 screen version of H.G. Wells' classic. He followed that up voicing the lead dog in Disney's "101 Dalmatians" and delivered a strong performance in "The Birds".
Yet his career never really soared as high after those early successes, even though he kept working in various films such as "Sunday in New York ," "36 Hours," "Young Cassidy," "The Liquidator," "The Glass Bottom Boat," "Hotel," "Dark of the Sun," "Nobody Runs Forever," "Darker Than Amber," "The Train Robbers," "Bearcats!," "The Oregon Trail," "Masquerade," "Outlaws," "Falcon Crest," and "Welcome to Woop Woop".
His last role was that of Winston Churchill in Quentin Tarantino's "Inglourious Basterds".

If the year 2014 proved to be an exceptionally cruel one in terms of the number of legendary celebrities who passed away, the new year is off to an equally depressing start with the news that Rod Taylor has passed away at age 84. Taylor, who was two days away from his 85th birthday, died suddenly from a heart attack following a dinner party at his home. He was surrounded by friends and family when the end came. Taylor was a solid leading man who came to prominence in the late 1950s. Although Australian by birth, the ruggedly handsome Taylor could effectively play Brits, Irishmen and Americans with convincing ease. He first gained attention with supporting roles in high profile, big Hollywood studio productions in the late 1950s such as "Raintree County" and "Separate Tables". His breakthrough role came in...

Actor Rod Taylor, who starred in “The Time Machine” and opposite Tippi Hedren in “The Birds,” died in Los Angeles on Wednesday of natural causes. He was 84.
The Australian-born actor’s career spanned over six decades, but his first big break came in 1960 when he starred in the George Pal-directed adaptation of “The Time Machine.” In 1961, he voiced Pongo in the animated Disney’s classic “101 Dalmatians.”
But his most iconic role was as Mitch Brenner in Alfred Hitchcock‘s 1963 horror classic “The Birds.” Taylor and Hedren spent much of the film running from menacing flocks of birds, which went...

First off, I have to tell you that this page may load slow. We're making an awful lot of calls to the Amazon Api here, and that's bound to monkey with things. If you have no idea what that means... it's shiny. Please note also that, for the same reason, you may find, depending on traffic, that not all of the Amazon details will load properly. I apologize for that, it's just the nature of the beast, and the fact that the Api wasn't really meant for such things. If you refresh, it will probably fix.
You may have heard me mention this giveaway quite a while ago, and it's taken me a long time to figure out what sort of format to put things in, and I kept added things. Eventually it became too much to really give any kind of run down on the items, so I decided...
