Last night, the Lincoln Center Fall Gala honoredJohn E. Waldron for his continued support of the arts. The evening raised over 4 million in support of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, and featured star-studded appearances and performances on the Adrienne Arsht Stage at Alice Tully Hall Kelli O'Hara, Jane Lynch, Lynn Ahrens, Harolyn Blackwell, Sierra Boggess, Elli Choi, Amber Iman, Julie Kent, Storm Large, Marilyn Maye, Dianne Reeves, Bria Skonberg, Essential Voices USA, The Diva Jazz Orchestra, and New York City Ballet principal dancers Sterling Hyltin and Tyler Angle.

American Ballet Theatre (Abt) hosts its annual Holiday Benefit dinner and performance on Monday, December 17, 2018 at The Beverly Hilton Hotel, Beverly Hills.
The evening will feature a one-night-only special performance by the world-renowned artists of the American Ballet Theatre, including Principal Dancers Stella Abrera, Isabella Boylston, Misty Copeland, Sarah Lane, Hee Seo, Christine Shevchenko and Cory Stearns performing scenes from the Company’s unrivaled repertoire, followed by a post-performance dinner and dessert with the dancers. Four-time Emmy nominated, Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild Award winning actress, Jennifer Garner will serve as master of ceremonies.
The 2018 Annual Holiday Benefit performance will include excerpts from the holiday classic The Nutcracker, created by celebrated choreographer and Abt Artist in Residence Alexei Ratmansky, as well as scenes from Ratmansky’s Harlequinade, which will have its West Coast premiere at the Segerstrom Center in January. On Wednesday, September 5 at 730pm at NYUs Skirball Center for the Performing Arts 566 Laguardia Place, dance icon Mikhail Baryshnikov will be honored at the NYC Dance Alliance Foundations Bright Lights Shining Stars Gala where he will receive their prestigious Ambassador for the Arts Award which will be presented to him by longtime friend and colleague Liza Minnelli. Last years Ambassador for the Arts Award recipient, celebrated American singer, songwriter, musician and four-time Grammy-winner Roberta Flack, will also be present on 95. Also set to appear that evening will be Abt star Julie Kent, Oscar-nominee and celebrated dancer Leslie Browne and Tony Award-winning choreographers Jerry Mitchell and Andy Blankenbuehler.
