This is an adequate film noir but not an outstanding one. It has a good cast but lacks the intensity of other film noirs. It is noted in four of my top ten lists: Henry Fonda, Vincent Price, Elisha Cook Jr and Charles McGraw. Here are the top 10 collaborators that produced this film.
