In the sense that he's fictional? Yes, but perhaps not for long.

They’ve been engaged for a few months now, and Jesse James exchanged wedding vows with Alexis DeJoria over the weekend.
The “Monster Garage” stud said “I Do” with his drag racing dame at a ceremony in Malibu, California yesterday (March 24), exchanging rings from celebrity jewelry designer Neil Lane.
Hopefully this time the nuptials stick for James, who has been married three other times and was engaged to Kat Von D in 2011.
Probably his most notable marriage was to Sandra Bullock, which ended in divorce in 2010 following a prolific cheating scandal.

Sandra Bullock wasn't looking to return to acting when Stephen Daldry called about Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close.
Bullock's last film, 2009's The Blind Side, was the kind of career apogee of which most actresses dream, winning her a best actress Academy Award in what essentially amounted to a coronation of Bullock as America's most beloved female movie star.
But the accomplishment - which would normally be followed by a wave of projects to capitalize on the momentum - was soon marred by public scandal. Bullock's husband, "Monster Garage" host Jesse James, was revealed to have been unfaithful. The fallout, which led to divorce, was covered relentlessly by the tabloids. Bullock still went ahead and adopted a baby boy.
When Daldry, the director of The Hours and The Reader, approached her about Extremely Loud, Bullock wasn't sure she would return to acting at all.

Another celebrity couple have called off their engagement. A day after Kristin Cavallari broke up with Jay Cutler, news came out that Jesse James has parted ways with tattoo artist fiancee Kat Von D. On the reason why, the ex-husband of Sandra Bullock put the blame on distance.

First Jesse slammed his sex life with Sandra — now he claims he made a ‘big mistake’ when tying the knot with ‘America’s Sweetheart.’
Does Jesse James, 42, just enjoy saying things that make us dislike him even more? The former Monster Garage star and tatted up motorcycle enthusiast reportedly called his second ex-wife (yup, he’s had three) Janine Lindemulder, just two weeks into his 2005 marriage to Sandra Bullock and dropped a bombshell! And no, we’re not talking about his mistress Michelle “Bombshell” McGee.
“Only two weeks after he married Sandra he phoned me and said: ‘I believe I really made a big mistake.’ I told him to calm down and just be a good husband but he started cheating on Sandra,” Janine tells RadarOnline.com. “While they were married he would also send sexy images of me with the word ‘Yum’ attached to them but we never had sex while they were together.

Can you make him stop or must you suffer?
Sandra Bullock must be chalking up her decision to marry ex-husband Jesse James as the absolute worst of her life. Not only did he cheat on her with a plethora of would-be man thieves, but he’s now engaged to yet another woman. But the indignity doesn’t stop there: now Jesse is trashing Sandy’s sexual performance and calling her 2010 Golden Globe acceptance speech phony. What should she do to stop the abuse?
After rating fiancee Kat Von D as a better lover, Jesse is now at it again. On a pre-taped segment of Piers Morgan Tonight that aired May 13, the Monster Garage star sounds off on the woman he betrayed yet again. “She said that speech at four different awards shows,” he said, adding that she because she acts for a living, it’s easy for her to ‘fake’ it.

Jesse James has accepted that he is "100% to blame" for the breakdown of his marriage to Sandra Bullock last year. Speaking on CNN's Piers Morgan Tonight, the Monster Garage star argued that his "ego" and a desire to feel like a "bad motherf**ker" had pushed him into extramarital affairs. He said: "I'm 100% to blame, I take full accountability for my actions, you know, no one forced me to do what I did. "I need to ask, was it me trying to be a bigshot, was it just my ego? Like, 'I'm Jesse James, I'm a bad motherf**ker and I can have a movie star for a wife'. "I think a lot of that was, it was my ego and that's why I hurt her and why I didn't just leave the relationship when I should have, because my ego said I need this wife so I'm cool or...
