Arrow Boss Shoots Down Thea Theory, Addresses 'Killer' Twist, That Juicy Reveal and Other Burning Qs
The crafty creatives behind The CW’s Arrow (Wednesdays at 8/7c) are famously loath to reveal too much, so as to keep the superhero drama’s many mysteries and mythologies churning.
But during our in-depth conversation with Marc Guggenheim, the showrunner put to rest at least one theory that’s making rounds, while also teasing this week’s exploration of Ted Grant’s “Wildcat” alter ego (and how it will shed light on Starling City’s pre-Arrow vigilante past), the imminent moment fans have long waited for, Sara’s “return” and a juicy reveal to be unleashed during the two-night crossover with The Flash.

At what lengeth are they not considered shorts anymore?
Former Disney star Selena Gomez rocked a punk-grunge look as she walked around Los Angeles on Thursday, and her denim shorts were, well, as short as they could possibly be without just being denim bikini bottoms.
From the top up, the 22-year-old sported a blue and red flannel button-down which, despite leaving a number of buttons undone, didn't show too much skin.
However, she made up for it by showing as much skin as is legally permissible when it came to the hips down. Her shorts left little to the imagination.
Gomez has been in the news recently as she may have been an integral component to the now-infamous feud between Justin Bieber and Orlando Bloom that culminated with Bloom allegedly taking a swing at Bieber at a café in Ibiza. Then again, it could all be Miranda Kerr's fault.

Have you been watching Ringer? Seriously, the show keeps getting better. But if you haven't been convinced to give it a try, here's another reason you should: Sarah Michelle Gellar will soon be joined by another Buffy the Vampire Slayer alum!
In the season's 10th episode, Amber Benson will join the show, playing a stripper/informant for Agent Machando. I don't know why a stripper would have any information on Bridget Kelly/Siobhan Martin, but I guess that will be explained in the six episodes we have to watch before Benson appears.
Benson is best known for her role on Buffy as Tara Maclay, the charming and sheepish witch who first appeared in the series' fourth season. Benson made history when her character hooked up with fellow witch Willow (played by Alyson Hannigan), as the pair became the first lesbian couple portrayed on U.S. television.

Most Likely To Mangle A Phrase: Whether declaring “You can’t stand the truth!” (instead of the famous line from A Few Good Men “You can’t handle the truth!”) or talking about how “you can’t pull the wool over the undercover specialist,” Survivor’s Phillip is proving one of the most misquote-worthy contestants in the show’s history.

The problem, Nancy Lublin says, may not be the generation we love to pick on but the people who don’t know how to manage it.
Lazy. Entitled. Fickle. Freighted with their own inscrutable agendas. These are the kinds of things people say about cats -- and millennials. For today's managers, the generation born after 1980 is a favorite punching bag.
It's not hard to see why, given that they're the generation of Lindsay Lohan, Jersey Shore, and flip-flops as appropriate office footwear. While it's obviously silly to stereotype an entire generation, whether you're Tom Brokaw or me, so many people have spent so much time criticizing the millennials that I think it's time an old lady stuck up for them.

Cheer up, Rachel Berry.
We know you ended last night's episode of Glee with a heartbreaking rendition of Rihanna's "Take a Bow" (that's what happens when your high school crush is taken... and you can sing really well), but here's some good news:
The second installment of this hour-long musical comedy earned 7.3 million viewers, the most among the coveted 18 to 49 year-old demographic.
Granted, Fox programmed was aided by the decision of ABC, NBC and CBS to cover President Obama's health care speech to Congress, which spilled into the 9 p.m. hour and provided Glee with a head start.
But can you blame the network? Would you rather hear about public options and tort reform, or hear the cast rap its own version of Gold Digger?...
