"Tiny" was anything but, as the giant wrecked havoc on Storybrooke and Jack turned out to be more enticing than anyone ever thought.
Below, our Once Upon a Time Round Table of TV Fanatic writers Nick McHatton, Carla Day, Jim Garner and Christine Orlando are joined by Gareth from Once Upon a Fan to debate if magic beans are worth the risks and whether our favorite charming couple is headed for a fall.
-------------------------------------------
What was your favorite scene from the episode?
Gareth: Loved all the scenes with Gold at the airport. Seeing him without his power and his reactions to the alien environment of the airport was brilliantly done. Kudos again to Robert Carlyle. He's such a powerhouse actor.
Nick: I really enjoyed Charming and Leroy's exchange as they were running from a full-sized Tiny again. It's nice to know that show acknowledges there's some confusion, and unanswered questions about the characters.

"Tiny" returned to run amok in Storybrooke and, thanks to Regina's magic mushrooms ,he got to do it at full giant size.
I really felt for Tiny. He had no real friends in either realm and the only brother that seemed to care about him was felled by Jack.
Having Jack be a gorgeous woman and the villain of the story was a great twist. Too bad she hooked up with James. Apparently the guy was always a selfish, arrogant bastard. Could two twins ever be less alike?
It was good to see Hook out of the hospital, even if all he did was make snarky comments to my favorite Storybrooke characters. As he told Regina in one of the many entertaining Once Upon a Time quotes…

Note: Do not read on if you have not seen Season 2, Episode 2 of ABC's "Once Upon a Time," titled "We Are Both."
Last week's twist-laden premiere of "Once Upon A Time" had a lot of necessary scene-setting to do, which resulted in an episode that felt both confident and a little rushed.
The second episode of Season 2, "We Are Both," had a lot more breathing room, resulting in an hour that emphasized what the show does best: compelling backstory, fascinating character interplay, and a lot of secrets still to be revealed.
We've always known that Regina and Rumple have history, and "We Are Both" did an excellent job of peeling back some of those layers, revealing that Rumple has known Regina since she was a baby, and had a particularly unnerving fascination with her back in "the fairytale land that was." Apparently, he taught Regina all she needed to know about magic,...

With the huge success of "The Avengers" at the box office, everybody that is anybody is scratching for a chance to be a part of the standalone Marvel films that feature the popular characters. But one actor who already had a taste of one comic superhero won't be back for the sequel. However, it's not really by choice. Josh Dallas, who plays Prince Charming and David Nolan in the popular new ABC freshman series "Once Upon a Time," won't return to play Fandral in the upcoming "Thor 2." "The timing wasn't right," Dallas told Entertainment Weekly. "I'm bummed about it because I had such a great experience and great time making the first film, and was really excited about coming back. Marvel and Disney tried to make it work. But because of my commitment to 'Once Upon a Time,' I was not ...

Josh Dallas, Asgard’s Fandral, will be unable to make it to Thor 2 due to commitments with ABC’s Once Upon a Time second season, where he plays one of the pivotal characters in David Nolan aka Prince Charming to Ginnifer Goodwin’s Snow White. Yes, believe it or not, the young girl from Mona Lisa Smile turned 34. The very talented Ginnifer Goodwin is celebrating her birthday today, and we're almost positive it's going to be nothing short of a fairy tale. After sharing her hubby in Big Love and illustrating different ways of how to know that a guy is just not that into (and then becoming the exception), Goodwin took on the role of a princess, playing Snow White in the series Once Upon a Time. And it looks like she found her Prince Charming (literally) on set. Ginnifer and her costar Josh Dallas, who plays David Nolan aka Prince Charming, have been cozying up with each other on their free time, too. So on a special day...

Neither Prince Charming nor his Storybrooke self have been living a charmed life on ABC’s Once Upon a Time. Charming is currently held captive by the Queen, whose evil plan bore fruit when she poisoned Snow White with one rotten apple. David Nolan, meanwhile, has Regina repeatedly spelling trouble for him and Mary Margaret.
The prince, at least, is destined to soon revive and rescue his one true love — or is he? Or might a new twist rewrite even that happy ending? With Once‘s Season 1 finale arriving Sunday at 8/7c, Josh Dallas dished on the “epic” events and “crazy-bananas” surprises ahead.

Josh Dallas plays Prince Charming/David Nolan in the ABC fantasy hit, Once Upon a Time. Of course, Dallas is a handsome, good natured person off the set, but when he goes on set and gets into his Prince Charming costume, it helps him get into character.

From The Good Wife to Once Upon A Time we are seeing a renaissance of cheating. Dare we speculate that “cheating” is being seen as an accepted form of relationships in modern day television? And the real question becomes: but should it be?
Unexplained phone calls, illicit meetings and furtive glances can only mean one thing: somebody’s cheating. When it debuted, The Good Wife was a scathing admonishment of cheating husbands everywhere. We felt the betrayal and anger in every fiber of Alicia Florrick’s being as she steeled herself against her inner broken-heart and tried to recover from the one thing a woman can never forgive: a cheating husband. In her case, her husband did not just have one affair or even a fling, he was a flagrant cheater, who met with prostitutes and slept with co-workers. He had not just ignored his wedding vow of fidelity; he...

Was everyone watching football or at the movies catching another showing of Breaking Dawn? Dramas like Pan Am and The Good Wife hit some depressing lows on Sunday, which was dominated by football and the animated shows on Fox.
NBC won the night in the key demo (5.2 rating/13 share) and viewers (13.7 million), as the game between two probable Nfc playoff times (Detroit and New Orleans) earned a 6.5/15, according to early results. Handsome Josh Dallas is at the romantic center of Once Upon A Time
Now that we’re heading into winter, the winners and losers of the fall TV season are apparent and one freshman series on the winning side of the ratings game is ABC’s Once Upon A Time. For those who have yet to check it out, the series, which comes from the creative forces that kept Lost afloat for six seasons, focuses on the town of Storybrooke, Maine and the group of fairy tale characters that have been banished there under a memory-erasing spell. So, for example, Snow White (Big Love alum Ginnifer Goodwin) doesn’t know she’s Snow White but thinks she’s sweet schoolteacher Mary Margaret.
Besides garnering strong enough ratings to warrant a full season of episodes, Once also is the one prime time series that has a legitimate Prince Charming. As portrayed by Josh Dallas,...

Once Upon A Time “Shepherd” TV Teaser
Now that we’re all a bit more familiar with Jiminy Cricket/Archie Hopper’s Once Upon a Time backstory, are we ready to delve deeper into Prince Charming’s past in next week’s episode, “The Shepherd”? We already caught a glimpse of how he came to meet Snow White, but apparently there is still more to learn from the prince, and if we’re to take ABC’s promo at face value it will have something to do with Rumpelstiltskin. What deal will be made with this trickster this time and what ramifications will it mean for Charming? More importantly, will we ever discover his real name?
Meanwhile in Storybrooke, David Nolan finds himself falling head over heels in love with Mary Margaret. Too bad he’s already married and Mary Margaret isn’t ready to be a home wrecker just yet.

In the latest "Once Upon a Time," we find out how Jiminy became a cricket and Archie stands up to the Mayor.
In Fairytale Land, Archie is Jiminy, a pick-pocket who runs scams with his parents. He yearns to break free and be someone good, so he takes a magic potion from Rumpelstiltskin. But his father takes the potion on the sly and then sells it to some unwitting folks. It turns them into creepy wooden dolls, orphaning their son.
That night, Jiminy wishes upon a star and the Blue Fairy appears, telling him she cannot bring the boy's parents back. But she does offer for Jiminy to help the little boy and turns him into a cricket. The little boy, obviously, is Geppetto.
