Knives Out (2019)

A true suspense thriller

The movie just gets better and better as the time passes by. At first you think "what kind of movie is this revealing the killer itself now, where is the suspense?" But hold on right there, the movie still hold you to your seat till the very end as the real killer is still a mystery. Everything is just so goddamn perfect the acting, the cast, the story, the direction, the dialogues. Must watch if you a fan of thriller suspence movies.

Jawaani Jaaneman (2020)

Something different and refreshing concept

The concept is somewhat new, different and good; acting is good by almost all actors. The movie hold you for its entire run except the last 30 minutes. The last 30 minutes looks like they finished it in haste and therefore feels something is missing. Apart from that it worth your time.

The movie story is quite evident by its trailer. It shows the sensitive topic of male sterilization which was done by Indira Gandhi govt during emergency to control population, the deed was for good but the method was wrong and thats what the movie shows in a comic way. The story is carried well with nice comic timing. Overall a nice entertainer. Enjoyable and worth your time.

Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy (2019)

Boring average movie

Script of the movie is very weak even the direction was a wasted effort as it seemed that the movie is being stretched unnecessarily. Many parts of the movie were so boring that you think whether it was really required. Dialogues are also weak, acting was also not upto mark. Only things I liked are special effects and Amitabh Bachchan's narration of movie, special effects are OK to good. Overall the movie is overhyped, over stretched, overly done and overrated.

Pati Patni Aur Woh (2019)

The story is completely predictable, actually the trailer itself is sufficient to predict the storyline. The movie is saved by the screenplay and dialogues as the dialogues are too funny and makes you laugh. Overall its a comedy entertainer which can be seen with the family.

Nothing works for the movie, weak direction, weak story, comedy not good (hasi b nahi aati), song are also either remake or bad especially that honey singh's "Thumka" worst song of 2019.

The movie could have been much better if both the lead actors acted well. I don't know what went wrong, was it director's issue or the actors were not able to portray the characters as they portray other characters. The old age characters part played by both Taapsee and Bhumi seemed not good throughout the movie. It would have been better if they went for real life aged actors instead of going with the prosthetic approach to young actors. If the acting had been good the movie would have been really good as the story is good.

Tottaa Pataaka Item Maal (2019)

Movie is good and a must watch. It's a slap on all those men who think women are only for sex, slave to men, machine to give birth. The story is slow here and there but gets intense eventually. The execution could've been a bit better though.

Although whats shown in the movie is unethical but the things going on with women that we read in newspapers almost everyday is also unethical, so I don't mind.

Go watch it, its worth your time.

Dance Plus (2015– )

The title of the show should be Stunt + instead as most of the dance items are stunts only and less dance. Every show has gotten like this now, No dance only stunt. Stupid judges just repeating three to four words for every contestant. To conclude just another scripted show like every other show out there trying their level best to gain TRPs. Pathetic Indian TV.

This series is also a remake just like the other series on Hotstar. The series is remake of Israeli series which goes by the same name. IDK what they think before producing such shows as they are just remakes and spoils the originals. Stop remaking and bring something new and fresh.

Delhi Crime (2019– )

Half truth served on platter to audience to glorify DP.

The series is a true story about an incident that provoked rage within each and every Indian. It depicts the story in a systematic 7 episodes. However, the story shown in the series is somewhat done to glorify Delhi Police, as the story is being narrated from Delhi Police's point of view and the case files only.

The series serves half truth and neglects the flaws and faults committed by police officers during the investigation. It is evident from the very first episode of the series as what is shown here is that a single PCR vehicle arrives the crime scene and moves the victims within 7 minutes from there but the truth is that 3 PCR vehicles arrived at the crime scene and instead of moving the victims they started arguing among themselves that the case belong to your station not mine.

Similar proof is that the third victim shown who was looted by the six accused and was the initial victim did go to report the crime to nearest police station but was not taken seriously and sent back. If he would have been attended initially and action would have been taken over his complaint then the henious crime Nirbhaya might have been prevented. But no, the so called Delhi Police just didn't want to work and was busy doing nothing important.

That's what I call a half truth served on platter just to glorify Delhi Police. 👏👏👏Waah netflix waah.

ImMATURE (2019– )

Go for it if you wanna relive your school memories.

TVF is real gem in making these type of series man, like "yeh meri family" and now this "ImMature". It was totally relatable man, like as if I'm reliving my own moments I had in school time. Although not everyone is lucky enough to get the girl and some things are over dramatic compared to real life. Still TVF has done a great job, they have been winning hearts with their web series and they won it this time too. Man just keep up this good work. Hats off.👌👏👏

Gully Boy (2019)

Overhyped movie

Just a warning, if you expect the movie to be all about rapping like what 8 mile was then you'll be hugely disappointed. The raps already shown in trailer and video songs are all what the movie offers, no other rap is there. The movie basically focuses on the journey of Muraad (Ranveer) from living in gully to performing in Nas's event after winning the rap competition. Nothing more. The movie could have offered much more but it's another opportunity wasted. Acting by all the actors was appreciable though. The only thing lacking was more punch to the story.

Pathetic actors, pathetic storyline, pathetic direction, pathetic production house, pathetic cgi, stolen music. There's nothing right with the series. Don't go with the ratings and other reviews they probably are paid reviews or seems to be reviewed by altbalaji's employees itself.
