Moving (2023– )

The best of the best / that's how a supernatural series should be

I'm normally not a fan of superhero movies but this one is just brilliant. All characters are relatable to and it's beautiful filmed and written. The dialogues are well outstanding and you just can't wait to see the next episode. The suspense is killing you! I also like that the good and evil sides have the same powers and therefore it's better balanced and believable. All actors and actresses are well casted and they give their best performances. I hope they will make a second season. It deserves lots of awards!! Exciting until the last minute! Don't forget to watch the very last minutes. Simply a masterpiece!!!

King the Land (2023)

Classic story but still very entertaining

It has everything, romance, suspense... it is a classical modern fairytale which a lot of us enjoyed. Perhaps a bit cheesy in the end but that's because it's a fairytale. Don't we need to kind of escape from reality.

Yeah some lose ends here and there in the plot but who cares. It's still wonderful to watch. We all love the grandmother 👵🏼 and the story in general. Also the moral they try to convey here is a good one. The film sets are beautiful and both main actors have good chemistry. Lots of kiss scenes which is very much appreciated. Everyone who watched it gave the same feedback so I really don't understand the bad rating here.

Love Between Fairy and Devil (2022– )

Best costumes ever

You will fall I love with the whole series, if you just love a little bit fantasy. For the ones who love fantasy this is one of most epic costume series ever made. One can feel the love for details, the effort to make the character look authentic. I have never seen better elven costumes. The fact that they skipped pointy ears but also a plus. Simply not needed as the rest of the costume is already perfect.

The main cast was a great choice. They play their roles with passion. The soundtrack of the series will stay in your mind. It matches the already perfect show. I listened to it many many times after I finished the series. I cannot praise enough the setting, the details of this show. The lighting, the filming, the romantic sceneries. Everyone should watch it. It has also a lot of moral in the storyline. They produced definitely a series which is above Hollywood standard. I hope it wins many awards so that the writers and crafters get credit for their hard work. It's what they deserve. <3.

The Bubble (2022)

Light entertainment with great jokes and on top of silliness. I did enjoy it very much. There has been always comedy films like this but I enjoyed that they made fun of themselves, meaning the job of an actor.

Vincenzo (2021)

FANTASTIC

I thought mixing Maffia with Korea Drama can not be good - but it was a brilliant series, every episode exciting and never a dull moment. We don't know what to do know now without Vincenzo! Soundtrack is also outstanding. A little bit Ocean 11 meets K-Drama. WE LOVED IT.

The King's Affection (2021– )

Simply the best

Best K drama I have seen so far. Great story telling, interesting twists and such beautiful main characters. All actors are very well selected. I hope to see more of Rowoon in the future.

Exactly what happens when you don't listen to the science. Fantastic film with the right balance of comedy and drama. Everyone should see this movie. They should show it in schools.

The only negative thing I have to say is that it is a bit tooooo american angled. The rest of the world would surely be involved if such a thing would happen. I'm not saying they would do though.

Ted Lasso (2020–2023)

It started to watch it because it won an Emmy and I thought I should check it out. It should have won ALL Emmys. This series is absolutely brilliant on so many levels. I hope they do many many seasons and do not loose this magic between comedy and drama. It hits you right in the heart. All characters are so well played and casted. Well done writers and producers!!!!!

So excellent humor mixed with the 90s - loved every episode of it. Thanks to the subtitles I also understood everything. Being myself a 90s teenager I have to give big credit to the costumes. Loved all details! I hope they will do more episodes. All characters played so well!

The Social Dilemma (2020)

Very well made but too tame

I think the film itself was very well made and convincing in itself (ironically). Though I think it could have been harsher and more brutal to show the new generations a more graphic impact on what that all means. I'm born in the 80's and grew up without social media. The next generations are already corrupted and influenced by all kind of internet and social media. They don't even know that Wikipedia is a page you could edit by yourself. Just saying.

Dark (2017–2020)

10/10 mind blowing cast and story

If you want to become an own detective, with your own wall of suspects, clue and names...then this show is perfect for you! We could only follow through by writing down the connections of all involved people...and although it starts to sound like it doesn't make any sense...IT DOES MAKE SENSE! The casting is absolutely incredible, they should get all awards possible. We could mainly also follow due to the perfect casting. Best to watch all seasons consecutive as otherwise it is very hard to follow up on who is who.

Love on the Spectrum (2019–2021)

Heartwarming

I loved the show. We were big fans of the show "the undatetables" and this show is the same format. I would love to see this show continuing and follow their lovely date candidates on their search for love. The date expert is also really amazing and professional. We shed a lot tears. Happy ones of course.

It's like a new modern take on Monty Python humor. We love the show. With each season it gets better. Season 3 makes you rewatch the first seasons, so clever! Looking forward to see more seasons. The actors/actresses are very good and the costumes well designed.

Cursed (2020)

Such a disappointment

First minutes were enchanting, nice setting and colours... and then the acting started. :( I'm a woman myself but this is too much. Decide if you are a leader/fighter or if you are a goofy medical lady. The actress is unfortunately nothing of it. She runs through an attacked village like she sees yellow marks on the ground..there is no logic why she lets her best friend in the hands of the enemy although she possesses a lot of witchcraft. It's all so poorly acted (or perhaps directed). The black Arthur has absolutely no charisma, there is no chemistry between the actors. We sat on the couch and stared on the screen, shaking our heads in disbelief. We love fantasy series. The Witcher is the most promising thing after GOT and LOTR. Guess we have to wait until that one goes on. I rather watch 5 times Britannia and The Witcher than one more episode of this nonsense. I have 2 stars as I give credit to the costume designers.

Pure joy to watch if you have a passion for creative artwork. The teams were also fantastic selected. All of them empathic and kind to each other. It was sad to see them leave. There was equal talent between the finalists. I would have given all a prize!!! Loved every minute. Even my husband watched all episodes with me and he is not a fan of such shows. Please make a second season!

Happy! (2017–2019)

Love it

Reminded me a lot of Deadpool which I loved as well. Season 1 was an absolute bliss, lots of humor and crazy scenes. Season 2 lost a little bit the good humor but was still very likable. Looking forward to a season 3!

The Witcher (2019– )

Geralt in perfection!!!!!

We watched the first season within 2 days (just to give us a bit more) and each episode gets just better and better. Geralt is perfectly visualized and one gets used to Yennefer rather quickly. The only negative thing I can say is the look of Triss Merigold and perhaps that the timeline is hard to understand when one hasn't read the books or played the games. But otherwise we loved every second and cannot wait for season 2!! The costumes are outstanding. I hope the series gets a lot of awards and has a lot of seasons.

My Country: The New Age (2019)

Everything is just beautiful, the costumes, the settings, the characters... It's like Games Of Thrones without the sex... I cried my eyes out. I can only recommend it to everyone who loves fantasy and history. It's based on true events so it's even more fascinating. The actors have all great talent and certainly a wonderful future ahead of them.

This show has everything, a nice sense of humor and great costumes and film settings. First one is a bit annoyed by the modern music but somehow it fits. The actors are All absolutely brilliant.

Nightflyers (2018)

Argh what a waste of time

I can't believe how bad it actually was, although the actors seemed promising in the beginning. It felt like someone took a chewing gum and chewed it for two weeks...and we all know how that one taste after just two hours. The visual effects are ok of the Volcrid but the rest of the story does not make any sense at all.

Unfortunately I cannot give more than 3 stars for this. One is for the telepath's acting skills, one is for the space ship model and one is for the bee who sits on the "shining" axe.

Ibiza (2018)

One of the worst movies I've seen

Such a pointless movie, it's hard to top such a film which has no real story, no real romance, no real comedy and basically nothing. The only good thing is R. Madden and I hope this movie is not ruining his career. There is no plot and no jokes. It's a promotion movie for party in Ibiza and Barcelona with drugs. Totally disappointed.
