The Matrix Resurrections (2021)
Behold...
When you are desperate to make a movie, but totally lack any ideas. So half the time you recreate scenes from the original and the other half you unabashedly show the actual footage.
When you want old, loved characters to show up, but your inserts lack the presence of Lawrence Fishbourne and charisma of Hugo Weaving. And dyeing hair blue is a substitute for having any character at all.
I give you - Matrix: Resurrections.
Neo - you should have stayed dead.
Keanu - you deserve better.
P. S First "John Wick" had batter fighting scenes...
Black Widow (2021)
What did you ecpect?...
Come one, guys. It's not really their fault that the plot was stupid, action scenes boring and characters flat as a pancake. You forget one important thing - this is still time whan Kang pulls all the strings. Neither of those characters had any free will and all their actions were handcrafted by him.
Really, at this point it doesn't matter al all, what happened pre-Endgame. None of the characters could have behaved any differently. Otherwise they would have been melted....
Meander (2020)
Baffling but not in a good way.
This movie wants to be several things at once but sadly fails at all of them. It starts as thriller but it's not. Continues as Cube-type horror, but it's not. Finishes as metaphysical allegory with a sprinkles of sci fi, but it's not that either.
The visual at the end was nice. Other than that, I'm not sure what I actually watched.
Cruella (2021)
They're all just misunderstood!
Next up on Disney + "Torquemada -the true beginnings". We'll be able to delve in the formative years of this famous historcal figure. Sure, he might have be responsible for deaths of thousands, but we''ll about to find out it wasn't really his fault. After all, no one's really (d)evil. We should totally feel sorry for him, For reasons.
Loki (2021)
You were the chosen one....
You were supposed to make Marvel great again. After Wandavision, after FATWS, I was hoping against hope that we may yet get something good. Instead...
Thanks for introducing new, nonsensical overlords of all.
Thanks for making all past and future MCU stories completely irrelevant.
Determinism as a concept is a fun idea. But having it as a base for all MCU now? Thanks, but no thanks.
Two stars are for Tom alone, who is always a great actor.
Army of the Dead (2021)
Oh, boy
What a typical Snyder masterpice!
We've got plenty of slo-mo, soundtrackt that's more convoluted than a depressed boa constrictor, protagonist chick sporting crisply white tank top all through the blood, sweat and tears of zombie fights (it got dirty after chopper crash - they should fire the script supervisior for such an obvious mistake) , a guy walking out of nuclear bombing zone without any sign of radiation poisoning...
And that's just the begining.
Rejoice, Snyder fans. Rejoice...

Yes, I know that's a zombie movie. But does it really mean that it has to be jumbled piece of cliches, garbage dialogue and one stupidity chasing another? Those few good ideas that this movie had, got totally crushed by all the stupid.
Oh well, At least, this time, there wasn't a huge sesame seed flying on my screen...
Ratched (2020)
Disappointing
Just another variation of American Horror Story. At this point more boring than anything else.
Connecting it to "One flew over cukoo's nest" is nothing more but a marketing move. The character could be named literally anything else and it wouldn't affect the "plot". I've watched three episodes and I don't think I'll bother with the rest.
