This is "Korean" movie!
13 September 2004
Not Japanese... I laughed a lot at below Scottish boy's comments.

I watched this movie during the Asia Extreme Festival this Summer in London.

Never liked Korean movies except for 'Save the Green Planet' but this 'A Tale of Two Sisters' smashed my predudice.

The movie is tragic and horrific. Seems way too slow in the beginning but the latter part is getting intense and breathtaking while most of Korean movies lack intensity and concentration in the end. I love the fantastic cinematography.

The movie is one of the greatest and the most clever psycho thrillers.

Not better than the crime hour documentaries on the Discovery Channel
27 May 2003
Korean films are coarse and over-realistic. This film is not an exception either. This is not the best Korean film by any means. This is only a well-made crime drama... not a penny less not a penny more.

I watched a Korean sci-fi thriller comic movie (unfortunately can't remember its English title) earlier this year. It was the best sci-fi thriller ever.

The worst movie of 2002
23 December 2002
Plotless, too many mistakes seen (especially the poor scenery of South Korea...), Pierce Brosnan is too old and shallow and Rick Yune sucks... Can't understand why he resigned Morgan Stanley to be an actor...hehe.

Anyway, don't buy the ticket on your own (I watched it on the plane so thank god!).

The League of Gentlemen (1999–2017)
You wouldn't be able to see any other comedy shows
20 October 2001
This is the best comedy show I've ever seen. I have watched 'Benny Hill Show' 'Absolutely Fabulous' 'Blackadder' and 'Are you being served?', etc... but haven't imagined such a dark and murderously funny show would be possible. I 1fully agree with this comment, 'comedy's macabre shock jocks' Give it a try, and you wouldn't be amused by any other sitcoms (even 'Friends' and 'Sex & the City). The guys are real genius!

One of the best kid movies I've ever seen! Kids will learn a lot from this movie. Olivier Tuinier is so cute and nice. I will recommend this movie to my future kids.

Some Great Insights
10 March 1999
1988 is a monumental year for Depeche Mode. After then, they chose to become darker and alternative. They are still 'alive' now in 1999 despite members' ill health (both mental and physical).

This film shows inside stuff on DM very well and even predicts what they are gonna be. They were doomed to be great even when they were regarded as New Wave Pop Band when this film was made.
