The story of Guts and his adventures was left incomplete. However, the popularity of the series and Miura’s dedication allowed Studio Gaga to continue the plot.

The View has been airing repeats all week, and fans are ready for new episodes to watch.
The hardworking ladies have taken a much-needed hiatus for Spring Break, leaving everyone with a week of rerun episodes.
By taking this time away from filming The View, the ladies should be coming back next week refreshed and ready to take on the hot topics robustly.
Fans were upset with the extended break the ladies took for Christmas. The last half of December was mostly old episodes, as reported by Monsters and Critics.
A few ladies have checked in on social media this week, letting fans know where they have been on vacation, while others have gone dark on the internet.
Sara Haines showed pictures of herself and her husband enjoying a break in Turks and Caicos.

While some surprises can be nice, The View fans were not okay with the network’s latest decisions. Recently, fans expressed their anger over the latest episode that was aired.
Scheduling Shake-Up
Unexpectedly, The View had a major scheduling mix-up that left fans up in arms. When the fans went to watch their regularly scheduled program, they were in for a rude awakening. Unbeknownst to them, the panelists were taking some time off the air. Little did they know, the episode airing was a month-old replay, but fans caught on quickly. Understandably, the sneaky move left many fans raging upon the discovery of the show not being live. Although fans are enraged, the daytime TV network is offering a return date to appease the masses in the meantime.

Undeniably, nobody likes sloppy seconds, but The View fans in particular are not having it.

Next week is shaping up to be particularly quiet one in late night, with The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Late Night With Seth Meyers, and Saturday Night Live still on an extended Spring break, and The Late Show With Stephen Colbert set to join them.
That will leave just three shows producing new episodes: Jimmy Kimmel Live!, The Daily Show, and After Midnight.
That’s not to say that the others will be out on the beach drinking Mai Tais. Jimmy Fallon and Seth Meyers were both in Los Angeles this past week participating in promotional events for their shows, and Colbert will be following in their footsteps Sunday, as he and The Late Show team are scheduled to talk up their show at LA’s Dolby Theater as part of this year’s PaleyFest.
Meanwhile, at least a half dozen SNL cast members are out on the road.

"Le's play." "Double it this time." Gravitas has unveiled an official trailer for an indie pool hall thriller titled Break, which is a rather obvious pool reference when you "break" the game at the start. This will be getting a limited theatrical release later in April, though it hasn't played at any festivals. In the film, Eli learns that his absent father was a Detroit pool hall legend. He journeys into the Detroit Pool scene, and must confront the realities and dangers of the game, along with his own demons. Michigan-native actor Darren Weiss stars as Eli, joined by Braedyn Bruner as Millie, Victor Rasuk, Jeff Kober, Patricia Belcher, Caleb Emery, Suzen Baraka, Uriah Shelton, Wendy Braun, and Rick Fitts. This looks pretty rough, but it's nice to see a pool movie again, feels like it has been a while since there was one out in theaters. Check it out.

Even before convicted s*x offender and disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein’s criminal, predatory behavior sparked the global phenomenon of the #MeToo movement in 2017 that questioned and examined the ubiquity of harassment and assault that women from all walks of life, unfortunately, undergo, the Miramax co-founder earned a reputation of notoriety for being ‘exasperating’ and just overall difficult.

Marvel's "What If..." has employed a mix of reprisals and recasts from the movies. Captain Peggy Carter may have the super soldier serum, and Strange Supreme went down a darker path, but they're still played by Hayley Atwell and Benedict Cumberbatch like the originals. Tragically, T'Challa-as-Star-Lord also went down as Chadwick Boseman's final performance.
On the other hand: Mick Wingert fills in for Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark/Iron Man, Lake Bell plays Black Widow instead of Scarlett Johansson, and season 1 big bad Infinity Ultron was voiced by Ross Marquand, not James Spader.

The "Halo" season 2 trailer has arrived, and it brings with it the return of Master Chief who is now facing a new, familiar threat to those who played the games: The Covenant. Indeed, this season will see the sword-wielding aliens wreaking havoc. It appears that the folks at Paramount+ spared no expense in crafting the second season of this show, but will that be enough to turn it into the series everyone hoped it would be in the first place?
This trailer is very moody and overflowing with gloomy action. It's got a "Starship Troopers" vibe to it at times, just without all of the vibrant color and blatant political commentary. We're also, once again, seeing Master Chief without his helmet off an awful lot. Love it or hate it, that element of the show remains in place. It's very cinematic and a lot of the visual effects look big-screen worthy.

A former student of the Rafa Nadal Academy has shared concerning thoughts about the policies in place at the famous training center.
The academy was founded by 22-time Grand Slam champion Rafael Nadal back in 2014 and officially opened its doors in 2016 for up-and-coming juniors looking to hone their skills and fast-track their tennis development.
It has emerged as one of the world's leading sports centers because of its world-class facilities and infrastructure purposely built for the modern era. The academy is not limited to tennis youngsters, even seasoned veterans have spent time training there.
However, Ariana Geerlings, an 18-year-old from Spain, shared surprising comments in an interview with Punto de Break. Geerlings, who features predominantly on the Itf Tour, was quizzed on life at the academy while she studied there.
The young upstart stated that the academy relies heavily on Nadal's pragmatic approach, which is to train a lot and with insufficient rest time.

Arriving at the tail end of the machismo-laden action movie boom of the 1980s, Kathryn Bigelow’s Point Break represented a different kind of blockbuster. As Gus Van Sant did the same year with My Own Private Idaho and the Wachowskis would do with their Matrix films, Bigelow foregrounds the androgynous qualities of Keanu Reeves, presenting his rookie F.B.I. agent Johnny Utah as a lithe, sensitive soul who infiltrates a gang of bank robbers not through a projection of strength but an appeal to the criminals’ own, surprisingly delicate natures.
The film begins with Johnny arriving at the F.B.I.’s Los Angeles branch for his first assignment. There, he’s greeted and immediately insulted by the director (John C. McGinley), whose strict rules for personal conduct and mirthless commitment to the job paint him as one of the dying relics of the service’s original, Hoover-led era. The other agents,...

The Australian show Surviving Summer is a wildcard entry for teen shows on Ott platforms. Not only has it got a fabulous cast that people can fall in love with, as is common with this kind of thing, but it also boasts some fantastic shots of the sea and the sport of surfing. It’s not like Surviving Summer brings anything new to the table in terms of teen drama and rebellious “not like other girls” characters, but it’s the surfing that really ties this show together to make it smooth sailing.
Season 1 was cute; we got introduced to some obnoxious teens who were trying really hard to play grown-ups. Summer, our titular protagonist, was dealing with her mommy issues and ended up making a mess of things when she couldn’t handle the love from her new friends and distanced herself from them. By the end of it,...

If you're a fan of "Community," you might often find yourself disheartened by how there are only 110 episodes of the show. That might sound like a lot, but 13 of those episodes were part of the Gas Leak Season (otherwise known as season 4), and the final 20 episodes or so don't include Troy. On the same note, the final 13 episodes don't include Shirley, and Pierce is gone for most of the final 30. Add on the fact that the show didn't truly find its footing until about 10 episodes in, and the number of golden era "Community" episodes is depressingly slim.
Luckily, there are some bonus episodes you might not have known about it. They're not as long as a typical 22-minute sitcom episode, but they're still fun little additions to the show that you'd never get to see if you only binged "Community" on Netflix. They vary a ton in terms of tone,...

Despite a burst of “Namsploitation” films like Missing in Action, The Last Hunter and Siege of Firebase Gloria in the 1980s, the war has resisted attempts to make it the subject of action films, and this doesn’t seem likely to change that.

Ambush, from director Mark Burman and his co-writers Johnny Lozano and Michael McClung (American Martyr) is the latest film to try and turn one of the most divisive events in American history, the Vietnam War, into mainstream entertainment. Despite a burst of “Namsploitation” films like Missing in Action, The Last Hunter and Siege of Firebase Gloria in the 1980s, the war has resisted attempts to make it the subject of action films, and this doesn’t seem likely to change that.

Patrick Mahomes may have gone to Disneyland after his Super Bowl win but his next stop on his tour is Netflix.
The streamer is getting in to the NFL with its latest, and most high-profile, sports docuseries Quarterback.
The series will feature exclusive access to Kansas City Chiefs; Patrick Mahomes, Minnesota Vikings’ Kirk Cousins and Atlanta Falcons’ Marcus Mariota over the course of the 2022 season.
The fact that Mahomes won the Super Bowl, with a high ankle sprain, in a thrilling game against the Philadelphia Eagles, is a boon for the series, which comes from NFL Films, Peyton Manning’s Omaha Productions and Mahomes’ 2Pm Productions.
The series, which will premiere in the summer, will follow the three QBs from the start of the season to the end, following them on and off the field, from inside the huddle with teammates to inside their homes with their families

Among horror fans, "A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors" is generally regarded as one of the best entries of the fantasy slasher franchise, which is now nine films deep. It's the entry that cemented Freddy Krueger as the wisecracking child killer he's known as now, an evolution that took creator Wes Craven's original concept and expanded it to give his monster more commercial appeal.
The third installment comes along on the success of "A Nightmare on Elm Street 2: Freddy's Revenge," a sequel that, like its predecessor, follows a teenager battling the evil spirit of a scarred, blade-gloved child killer. Freddy operates in the dream world, and his signature striped sweater and filthy brown fedora are often the last things his victims see before their dream death and corresponding real-world death. New Line Cinema struck gold with the "Nightmare" movies; their baddie, unlike the hulking Jason Voorhees or strong,...

Aside from maybe WandaVision, the MCU’s current foray into television has been mostly serialized, with each episode of a series directly leading into the next until the story more or less wraps up at the end of the season. While this allows Marvel to tell longer stories and spend more time with characters than they’ve been able to with movies, this “eight-hour movie” format has also kept this corner of the MCU from embracing some of the things that make TV such a unique and special medium.
Even though serialized TV has started to become the norm in the streaming era, shows like Peacock’s Poker Face and Abbott Elementary are reminding us how fun the episodic format can still be. At the very least, Marvel Studios’ chief mastermind Kevin Feige seems to be paying attention.
