Streaming fans are still stinging after HBO Max took a hatchet to their library within the last few months. Now, the same strategy is playing out with Disney, as Disney+ and Hulu are set to lose several titles as early as next week.

Get Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ for just $12.99 a month ($13 savings).
Outlets like Vulture, Deadline, and Variety report different lists of disappearing titles, including “Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings,” “Big Shot,” “Magic Camp,” “The Mysterious Benedict Society,” “The World According to Jeff Goldblum,” and “Willow.” The full extent of the purge may not be known until after it occurs. (See the anticipated list of cuts at the end of this article.)
Allegedly, these cuts will help the services become more profitable. But for viewers, these cuts simply mean less content on the platform.
The biggest flop on the list appears to be “Willow.

Yesterday I wrote up on the names of films and TV shows that would be leaving Netflix over the month of March. Now, the circle of life streaming services dictates that today I bring you the names of films and TV shows that will be joining the new kid on the block, Disney Plus. Some of these titles will be familiar to those who read the previous piece, too, and they at least start out easily recognizable.
March 1 – Doctor Doolittle 2, Ice Age (everybody knows what they are). March 4 – Black Panther (ex-Netters). March 5 – Bedtime Stories (getting obscurer). March 6 – The Finest Hours, Three on the Run (completely lost now).
This is where things get messy, as we’ve got a whole bunch of TV stuff that I doubt anyone is subscribing to Disney Plus for, except… maybe Star Wars: The Clone Wars? Some people are into that, for some reason. Anyway, if...

We don’t need to tell you that Disney+ arrived last year with a ton of exciting content available from day one.
From Pixar to Marvel Studios, Star Wars to all those Disney classics, the first batch of subscribers were certainly spoilt for choice when it came to things to watch. And while original series like The Mandalorian have been hogging most of the spotlight – and for good reason – there’s a lot more coming down the pipeline that viewers can look forward to over the next few weeks.
Indeed, the full list of content headed to Disney Plus next month has now been revealed, and with highlights like Toy Story 4, the new season of Star Wars: The Clone Wars and the return of The Sandlot, it’s time to start getting excited.
For a full rundown, you can see below:

Former ABC Family channel Freeform is adding a fourth night of original series in 2018, the Disney owned cable network announced on Wednesday. Additionally, the channel has set the premiere dates for “Black-ish” spinoff “Grown-ish” (January 3) and The Lonely Island’s “Alone Together” (January 10). In addition to those new Wednesday comedies, here’s how the weekly calendar will look next year, all in Freeform’s own words: Monday nights will consist of unscripted originals kicking off with the series premiere of “Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings” in the spring. Tuesday nights will be dedicated to original dramas beginning Q1 with “The Fosters,...
