Britbox, in partnership with ITV, launched in the UK last November, and now the content available elsewhere has started to catch up. Today we’re going to run through the wealth of titles that’ll exit Netflix UK at the end of March. There’s a lot to run down, too. And yes, this is redundant for American readers. You’re more than welcome to stay for tea, though (which is more than just a cultural stereotype).

Earlier this year, Amazon Prime Video stepped on to the Netflix-dominated stand-up comedy turf by commissioning its first special from Jim Gaffigan.
The Svod is now taking this battle to the UK with six-stand up specials from the likes of Catastrophe star and co-creator Rob Delaney as well as raft of other top British comedians.
The company has struck a deal with Avalon, the producer behind Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, to produce six specials.

Airing outside its usual Monday 10pm slot, the summer spinoff series opened with 520k (2.3%) at 9pm on E4, with an added 205k (1.2%) on +1. This is down from the series seven launch overnight ratings of 730k.
New E4 series Almost Royal intrigued 191k (1.1%) at 10pm (129k/1.3% on +1).
BBC One's The Village returned for its second series with 4.62m (20.7%) at 9pm, down from last year's premiere ratings of 6.35m.
Earlier, Antiques Roadshow appealed to 4.59m (23.6%) at 7pm, while Countryfile topped the ratings with 5.63m (25.4%) at 8pm. Match of the Day returned with 2.36m (16.8%) at 10.35pm.

The concluding part of Charlie Brooker's spoof crime thriller sees Detective Jack Cloth (John Hannah) continue the search of his brother's murder, which has led him to the retreat where Terry was receiving treatment for anger issues.

In an odd mix of news, AMC announced that it ordered a second season of Breaking Bad spin-off Better Call Saul before a single episode aired. However, the series’ debut has been postponed to next year, when it will have The Walking Dead as a lead-in.
Zachary Quinto will make a guest appearance on Girls next season. According to TVLine, Quinto will appear in just a single episode.
Chelsea Handler has signed a deal with Netflix that includes a talk show and a comedy special. The talk show will launch in early 2016 but the deal is already being questioned. Vulture wonders how the topical humor of late night talk shows will mesh with Netflix’s bingewatching model.

On June 21, BBC America will debut Almost Royal, a comedy series about two low-level British aristocrats who go on a tour of the United States. In advance of that debut date, BBC America has turned to the YouTube community for Almost Royal Goes to YouTube, a web companion that features eight different YouTubers. Almost Royal Goes to YouTube was filmed at YouTube Space La and lives on BBC America's YouTube channel. Each installment features a conversation between protagonists Poppy and Georgie Carlton (played by Amy Hoggart and Ed Gamble, respectively) and a specific YouTuber. In one episode, DJ Flula teaches the "royal" siblings how to construct a freestyle rap. Other YouTubers featured on Almost Royal Goes To YouTube include Camp Takota stars Grace Helbig, Mamrie Hart, and Hannah Hart.
