The Scorpions must be down on their knees thanking the gods of awesome that their ’80s hairbanger “Rock You Like A Hurricane” has now been prominently featured not one, but two trailers for Killer Elite, the abduction-ransom-revenge rager starring Robert De Niro, Jason Statham, and Clive Owen’s porn ‘stache. The latest trailer for the film features more Scorpions, more De Niro, more cocked gun barrels, and, yes, more ‘stache. See the full trailer below:

Southampton University research fellow Andrew Woolley claims to have found 18th century Italian composer Antonio Vivaldi's lost flute concertos at the National Archives of Scotland.
Talking to reporters, Woolley said he found the piece -- Il Gran Mogol -- while reading the Marquesses of Lothian's family papers in Edinburg.
He added that no other piece of the quartet, which included La Francia, La Spagna and L'Inghilterro, was found nearby. Only a part forsecond violin from Il Gran Mogol is missing .
Woolley said that he reconstructed the concerto by using another Vivaldi manuscript, which was kept in Turin and apparently the rework of Il Gran Mogol.

Cologne, Germany -- Veteran director Margarethe von Trotta returns to her perennial theme of strong woman with her new project, a biopic of Jewish philosopher and political theorist Hannah Arendt. Producers Heimatfilm picked up €750,000 ($920,000) in production financing from regional subsidy body Film Board NRW on Tuesday.
Von Trotta co-wrote the script to "Hannah Arendt" with Pam Katz. The film focuses on Arendt's reporting for The New Yorker on the war crimes trial of the Nazi Adolf Eichmann. In it, she coined the phrase "the banality of evil." "Hannah Arendt" will shoot in Israel and in North-Rhine Westphalia in Germany. Von Trotta's last feature, a biopic of the German nun Hildegard von Bingen starring Barbara Sukowa, was a sleeper success in Germany, earning around $4 million at the boxoffice here.
The Film Board Nrw also put up €1.5 million ($1.8 million) towards another biographical feature, Patrica Riggen's "Vivaldi." Jessica Biel and Kevin Zegers are set to star,...

Luke Evans is your new leading man -- you just don't know it yet. The Welsh 30-year-old made his name on the British stage by starring in productions of Miss Saigon and Taboo, and since he transitioned into film last year, he's booked role after role after role. In Robin Hood and Clash of the Titans, Evans had smaller supporting parts, but he turned heads as the romantic lead opposite Gemma Arterton in the Cannes comedy Tamara Drewe, and after he finishes Tarsem Singh's Immortals, he'll be playing Aramis in Paul W.S. Anderson's The Three Musketeers (with a cast that includes Orlando Bloom and Christoph Waltz) and the title character in the biopic Vivaldi, opposite Jessica Biel. Not a bad haul for someone who hadn't even appeared in a film until this year!

Stephen Frears' bucolic romantic romp Tamara Drewe stars fetching Clash of the Titans star Emma Arterton in short-shorts, but with Frears' leading lady stuck in America promoting Prince of Persia, the breakout star from the film at Cannes was hunky Welsh newcomer Luke Evans. He's made eight movies in the last year, including Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll, Clash of the Titans, Robin Hood and the upcoming Jason Statham actioner Blitz. Now he's set to play Aramis in Summit's The Three Musketeers as well as the title role of Vivaldi. Why is everyone falling over themselves to cast him? He's rugged, manly and sensitive, a fearsome combination. Frears was tearing his hair out as he sought a D. H. Lawrence man-of-the-earth type as Drewe's ...

Jessica Biel is still more famous for dating Justin Timberlake than pretty much any of her screen roles, but dammit, she's trying hard to change that. Last month she signed on to play a mob informant for An Education director An Education, and now THR is reporting that she'll star in Vivaldi, a period romance about the "Four Seasons" composer. Luke Evans, who will hold the distinction of being both in Clash of the Titans and Tarsem's knockoff Immortals, will be playing the composer, while Biel plays a woman who was "his favorite prima donna" and a close pal, though apparently most scholars agree that there was no actual romantic relationship between them. But of course, why would you let that get in the way of a good period romance? Patricia Riggen, who made the sappy but kind of lovely Mexican-American family film Under the Same Moon, will be...

Jessica Biel is in final negotiations for period drama 'Vivaldi'. The 28-year-old actress would star alongside rising British star Luke Evans in the Patricia Riggen-directed biopic. The film tells the tale of a brewing romance between Baroque composer Antonio Vivaldi (Evans) and singer Anna Tessieri Giro (Biel), which led to him writing his best known work 'The Four Seasons'. Vivaldi - who died in 1741 from suspected asthmatic bronchitis - denied any relationship with Anna at the time, and many historians believe the claims of the Venetian virtuoso. The script has been written by Kevin Lund and T. J. Scott with ..
