All the focus is on a possible “Justice League” movie in the future, but there is a possibility of Batman teaming up with Superman for a film in the meantime. Think McFly Think web site reported Warner Brothers Studios is “quietly developing a Batman/Superman team-up movie.” Sources told the web site that there are two plans in the works for this film. “One version where the World’s Greatest Detective is firmly established and helps mentor an up-and-coming, fresh-faced Supes and vice versa,” reported Jamie Williams at Tmt. According to Tmt, the studio may attempt to sign actor Christian Bale as the Caped Crusader or they may simply re-cast with a new actor. But, Henry Cavill will be Superman in this version. In the meantime, Warner Brothers may still go ahead with a “Justice League” and a possible “The Flash” movie. We’ll find out the exact plans for...

Movie blogger pal, Jamie Williams over at ThinkMcFly, alerted me to a few rumors floating around about the upcoming Ghostbusters 3 movie. First up was a casting call for principals and extras, which suggested that the old team would return (minus Rick Moranis) plus Anna Faris. Thanks to the Cog, we did know that the fourth Ghostbuster of the new generation would be a female, and Faris kind of makes sense in the role. She does terrible movies, by and large, but she's got incredible comedic timing. She at least deserves a shot at a blockbuster.
The other rumors are a little more specious: An Australian blog with an apparent contact at Sony says that he hadn't heard anything about Faris, but does hear that Will Forte and Bill Hader have been mentioned as possibilities, casting that's only appropriate in the full-circle sense, since the original Ghosbusters mined from the original cast on "SNL.

New photos from 'Twilight: Eclipse'. Our close friends over at IESB got their hands on some brand new images from the third installment in Summit Entertainment's popular vampire series titled "Twilight Saga: Eclipse".
In the article written by Jamie Williams, she makes a good point regarding Taylor Lautner. After looking at the photos (inside), it was quite obvious that Lautner, who plays Jacob Black in the film, wasn't showing near as much skin as he did in "Twilight Saga: New Moon". In fact, he looks to be covering himself up most of the time, particularly his chest.
One of the photos has Lautner turned at an angle making his pecs rather hard to see. Then in the second photo, Lautner goes all out in hiding his body by wearing a hoodie. Is it possible Mr. Lautner forgot to workout in between takes of "Twilight Saga: Eclipse"? Or...

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Angelina Jolie is in talks to star in a movie titled Serena, which unfortunately will not have the actress once again controversially playing against race for a tennis biopic. Instead, she'd apparently be the female version of Daniel Plainview in a period piece potentially directed by Darren Aronofsky.
The comparison to There Will Be Blood comes directly from the trade, obviously because the plot of Serena involves a tycoon, some kind of drama about an illegitimate son and ruthless murder. But instead of an oil empire, it's a timber empire -- prompting me to find out the difference between timber and lumber: timber is the wood before it's cut; lumber is after it's cut. So, Jolie will I guess be some kind of nutty timberjack who likes to axe up trees and maybe little boys.
If there's any question as to Jolie's ability to be the female Daniel Plainview,...
