Gun Interactive and Sumo Nottingham are still working on the Texas Chainsaw Massacre video game, getting it ready to be played by fans all around the world… but in the meantime, Gun Interactive’s Wes Keltner has also teamed with composer Jim Bonney for a creative side project. A music album called Remains, which serves as a companion to the video game.
Keltner explained on the game’s official website, “This album is a direct reflection of what Kim Henkel wrote, influenced by the events that led up to that moment and why the Slaughter family did the things they did and it’s about that town that they grew up in and around. For generations, what that town did was process meat, from cattle to pigs, entire slaughterhouses really, and just like Henkel’s commentary on modernity overall, from automation to gas price and supply issues, he applied that to this small town.

Earlier this week, we got a taste of the audio terror that’s in store for us with Sumo Digital and Gun Interactive’s upcoming asymmetrical horror title The Texas Chain Saw Massacre. Now, to add to that, Gun Interactive have done something a little different with the reveal of “a one of a kind creative project” in Remains: The Companion Album to The Texas Chain Saw Massacre Game.
Composed by Wes Keltner & Jim Bonney, the album is described by Keltner as “a direct reflection of what Kim Henkel wrote [for The Texas Chain Saw Massacre film], influenced by the events that led up to that moment and why the Slaughter family did the things they did and it’s about that town that they grew up in and around.”
“Wes called and asked if I would be interested in writing music about what happened before the original Texas Chain Saw Massacre movie,...

The original score for “Mafia 3” comes from composers Jesse Harlin and Jim Bonney. Harlin is a name you might know from his extensive work on “Star Wars” video games, including “Star Wars: The Old Republic” and “The Force Unleashed.”...

We hold in our hands the covers for DC Comics this February. As a child of four can plainly see, these comics have been hermetically sealed in a Cgc 9.9 slab, and they’ve been kept in a #2 mayonnaise jar under a giant stack of returned copies of Holy Terror since noon today.
What do we have worth noting? The new look of Darkseid, and we’re far enough into the new 52 books that it’s time for Batman to start crossing over in all of them. Plus Mara Jade, the red-haired assassin who fell in love with her blond-haired man she was sent to kill– oh, I’m sorry, that’s from Star Wars. This is Mera in a jade outfit. Our mistake.
Shall we? Surely!
As usual, spoilers may lurk beyond this point.
