This is what the Indianapolis Colts hoped for. They drafted quarterback Anthony Richardson in the first round and hoped his dual-threat ability would provide NFL highlights, points and put butts in the stands. All has happened. But the question was, can he stay healthy? He has missed most of the past two games, but that is why Indy had Gardner Minshew as a backup. The Colts have won two straight and will look to keep rolling, no matter who lines up under center, when they face the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday, Oct. 1 at 1 p.m. Et. Matthew Stafford and the Rams are coming off a close loss Monday night, and have their sights set on a rebound. Will the Rams play spoiler or will the Colts keep rolling. Tune in exclusively on Fox, which you can stream with a live TV streaming service.

Josh Duhamel and his Dakota Media have been in the lab with the Los Angeles Rams.
The result is a new project titled “Change the Equation,” and it finds the Rams (and a few celebrity friends) “heading back to the lab” per se to formulate the 2023 team in the SoFi Draft Lab, which serves as the headquarters for the organization during the upcoming NFL Draft. It stars Breaking Bad Emmy-winning pair Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul (Dos Hombres Mezcal co-founders), superstar DJ Diplo and comedy icon Cheech Marin as they assist the Rams in finding the perfect formula for this year’s draft. Diplo also contributed music for the 90-second clip.

In the words of Micheal Ray Richardson, “The ship be sinking.”
The defending Super Bowl champion Los Angeles Rams have suffered yet another blow to their hopes for this season, forced to put quarterback Matthew Stafford on injured reserve today with a neck strain.
Stafford could conceivably return by the penultimate game of the season in Week 17. But with the Rams sitting in last place in the NFC West with a 3-8 record, it’s unlikely that game will have any meaning to the team’s playoff chances.
The Rams already lost star receiver Cooper Kupp, last year’s Super Bowl Mvp, to a high ankle sprain. Receiver Allen Robinson also went out with a foot injury earlier this week.
On the other side of the ball, defensive tackle Aaron Donald will also miss Sunday’s game, the first time in his career he has not played because of an injury.

The first half was competitive; the second half had no Hollywood ending for the team from La La Land. Thursday’s National Football League regular-season opener saw the defending Super Bowl Champions the Los Angeles Rams fall to the visiting Buffalo Bills 31-10. As a result, NBC and Peacock’s Total Audience Delivery (Tad) also fell — hard — from the comparable 2021 NFL Kickoff Game.
NBC and Peacock registered a projected Tad of “21-plus” million viewers across NBC TV, Peacock, and NFL Digital platforms, based on preliminary data shared by NBC Sports (tweet is below). Last year’s game — a thriller that saw Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers beat the so-called America’s Team, the Dallas Cowboys, 31-20 — scored 26 million viewers. That was the best delivery for an NFL Kickoff Game since 2015 (27.4 million viewers for the Pittsburgh Steelers vs. New England Patriots), and rose 20 percent from 2020’s Houston Texans vs.

During the NFL off-season, several members of the Super Bowl-winning Los Angeles Rams have been on a veritable real estate blitz. Not only did Cooper Kupp and Aaron Donald both toss their swank homes onto the market over the last couple months, but Matthew Stafford — who bought a $19.6 million mansion just last year — also dropped millions on two more houses owned by Drake.
Now head coach Sean McVay is taking a page out of their playbook, having picked up a brand-new modern farmhouse spread in the ritzy Hidden Hills gated community. Originally listed for $15.5 million, records show the place went to the 36-year-old Ohio native for a discounted $14 million.
Though McVay already owns an Encino house he purchased for $2.7 million back in 2017 — right after accepting the position of head coach for the newly relocated Rams — it’s no secret that he plans to marry his fiancée, Ukrainian model Veronika Khomyn,...

Super Bowl Lvi reached 112.3 million total viewers across multiple platforms, up nearly 13% from 2021. The big game, a big win for the Los Angeles Rams, got 99.2 million total viewers on NBC alone, according to Nielsen.
The Pepsi Halftime Show, starring Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Mary J. Blige, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar and surprise guest 50 Cent, earned 103.4 million total viewers. That was up 7% from The Weeknd’s performance a year ago, which averaged 96.7 million total viewers.

The Los Angeles Rams are the champions of the National Football League, overcoming a key injury and a second-half deficit to hold on for a 23-20 Super Bowl victory.
Matthew Stafford hit Cooper Kupp with a short touchdown pass with 1:25 left in a Super Bowl drive worthy of Hollywood, as the two teammates played pitch and catch all the way down the field.
Then a furious Rams defense sealed the deal by keeping the Bengals off-balance until seconds remained, as Aaron Donald capped things with huge pressure on Cincinnati quarterback Joe Burrow.
The Rams, unable to run the ball the whole game against a stout Bengals defense, relied on the passing game in the second half, as receiver Cooper Kupp came up big again and again, including a key first-down run. Kupp’s effort was needed, as receiver Odell Beckham Jr. sat out the second half after injuring his knee.

The Rams have won Super Bowl Lvi, defeating the Bengals 23-20 at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. It was a home-stadium victory for the Los Angeles Rams, one year after the Tampa Bay Buccaneers pulled off the same feat at their Raymond James Stadium.
It was the Rams who struck first on Sunday, with Odell Beckham Jr. hauling in a touchdown pass from Matthew Stafford. But later in the first half, Beckham would leave the game with a knee injury. He would not return to the field.
At halftime, after missing an extra-point attempt, the Rams led 13-10. But the Bengals struck swiftly in the third quarter. Joe Burrow and co. held that lead through the game’s two-minute warning. However, the Rams would claw back to take the lead, 23-20, with less than 2 minutes left in the game. That’s where Super Bowl Lvi would end.

Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford had a nearly perfect first half. But the Cincinnati Bengals refused to lay down, and the team headed into the lockerroom hot on the heels of the Rams, trailing just 13-10.
Stafford tossed touchdowns to Odell Beckham Jr. and Cooper Kupp during the first half, compiling a near-perfect quarterback rating at one point before an interception just before the two-minute warning deflated his score .
Playing in the biggest game of his life after years with the cellar-dwelling Detroit Lions, Stafford made the most of the big stage. The quarterback was so cool that he even took a delay-of-game penalty midway through the first quarter.

It’s official. Super Bowl Lvi in Los Angeles will have a true “home” team, as the Los Angeles Rams topped the stubborn San Francisco 49ers today 20-17, thanks to a field goal with under two minutes to play.
The Rams will be joined by the upstart Cincinnati Bengals, who surprised the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship with a 27-24 overtime victory.
Super Bowl Lvi will be held at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood on Sunday, Feb. 13. Kickoff at the Rams home field is at 3;30 pm, with NBC televising. The game will mark the first time a team has hosted the championship game and the Super Bowl in their own stadium.

The Los Angeles Rams tried hard to give away their divisional championship game today against Tom Brady and the defending Super Bowl champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Up 27-3 in the third quarter, the Rams began fumbling, bumbling, and giving Brady (considered the Greatest Of All Time and winner of seven championships) a short field to bring his team back. The cool hand of the 44-year-old Brady did just that, marching the Bucs into the end zone and bringing back memories of his epic 2017 comeback in the Super Bowl against the Atlanta Falcons, when the latter blew at 28-3 lead and lost the game.
With 1:43 to play, Buccaneers running back Leonard Fournette dashed into the end zone to tie the score 27-27, and it looked for all the world that a Brady miracle would happen again.
But, Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford and his favorite receiver, Cooper Kupp, had other ideas.

In case you weren’t aware, hip-hop is the music industry’s biggest and most lucrative genre, a multibillion-dollar juggernaut accounting for more than a third of all streams globally. One of the many to benefit from that popularity is Yo Gotti, the “Recession Proof” rapper and record company CEO who’s just spent big on a mansion within an exclusive Westlake Village enclave — the same guard-gated community where other residents include YouTube’s very own Trisha Paytas, Disney CEO Bob Chapek, NFL star Cooper Kupp, Heather Locklear and WWE star The Miz.
Born Mario Mims in Memphis, Tenn., Gotti has been rapping and recording music since the late ’90s. But his rise to fame and fortune was more gradual than many viral acts of today; it took a half-dozen albums and countless singles before his success culminated with 2016’s “The Art of Hustle,” which peaked at #4 on the Billboard 200 album chart,...

Bob Chapek, the Walt Disney Company’s head honcho since February 2020, has significantly upgraded his Westlake Village residential circumstances with the $12.5 million purchase of a sprawling contemporary estate atop an impressive promontory. The transaction represents the area’s biggest real estate deal since July 2019, when NuVet owner Blake Kirschbaum shelled out $35 million for a different Westlake Village compound, though that one was a far larger and more lavish property.
Located roughly an hour northwest of Downtown L.A. by car, the Chapek mansion is also sited within an exclusive 24/7 guard-gated community, where some of the famous neighbors include The Miz of WWE fame and fortune, Heather Locklear, Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp and veteran internet celebrity Trisha Paytas, whose striking new mansion is one of two homes she owns in the area.
None of those neighbors are new to Chapek and his longtime wife Cindy, however, because they’ve been...

But, Dickerson says Gurley is adamant his legs are healthy, saying, "He said he's fine. He said he's fine." Dickerson says there's no need for Rams fans to panic about Todd's health ... and tells us the only time anybody needs to worry about the Rb is if he straight-up says he's injured.
