Former president Bill Clinton has spoken out about Donald Trump‘s most ardent supporters, describing them as “rednecks” — just like him.
“The other guy’s base is what I grew up in,” Clinton, 70, told Hillary supporters in Fort Myers, Florida, Wednesday while addressing his humble upbringing. “You know, I’m basically your standard redneck.”
“I know how they feel,” he continued. “And I’m telling you, the older you get, the worse it feels when you look in the mirror every day and you think you can’t do anything to change the future.”

Over the weekend, we found out a truckload more information about GTA V, specifically as it pertains to the sound of the game. Rockstar announced that GTA V will have a whopping 15 radio stations along with 2 talk radio stations, totaling over 240 licensed songs, and also an original, context-sensitive score provided by Tangerine Dream’s Edgar Froese, Woody Jackson (who previously worked on Red Dead Redemption and L.A. Noire), and The Alchemist & Oh No.
In addition to the five tracks that Rockstar released samples of, we’ve also learned that the likes of Pam Grier and Kenny Loggins will be hosting other radio stations (soul and rock respectively). While some stations are starting to leak out given the Psn screw-up last week, Rockstar have posted some official sample clips to whet our appetites ahead of the September 17th release date…

Grand Theft Auto V will feature a vast collection of licensed music, along with an original score...
Grand Theft Auto is famous for many reasons, quite a few of which are usually controversial. Alongside the adult content and excellent open-world play is the attention to detail Rockstar always crams into the world, and a big part of this is the music.
GTA games traditionally feature an eclectic mix of licensed music, which is dispersed into a number of fictional in-game radio stations, and GTA V will be no different. 240 licensed songs will be spread over 15 radio stations, and two talk radio channels, another staple of the series, will also be included. However, that's not the end of GTA V's musical muscle, and this instalment will also feature an original score.

"Now You See Me," a heist movie with magicians standing in as the thieves, is set to hit theaters this May. The film stars Jesse Eisenberg as the cocky leader of the Four Horsemen, a group of magicians plotting to steal millions of dollars and give it to their audience. Filmed on location in Paris, New Orleans, Las Vegas, and New York, the picture, from Louis Leterrier ("The Transporter"), pulls together a surprisingly varied cast from Woody Harrleson to Michael Caine to Mark Ruffalo. At the 5 Pointz urban graffiti showplace last November, the stars of "Now You See Me" sat down for several roundtable discussions with a few select outlets. Below, are sevens things we learned on-set. It took a long time to convince the cast to join this movie "We took seven months to cast, so a long time," Leterrier said, "Everybody, anyone, actors, are terrified it's going to...

The Nerve Mixtape With Wavves Roy Orbison, Paul Simon, and, um, Vomit Pigs grace Wavves' romantic playlist. Wavves are one of the groups at the forefront of the current lo-fi indie-rock "thing" that's happening right now, aided largely by their endless parade of catchy, energetic tunes. The group is gearing up for the March release of their new album Afraid of Heights with a tour with Fidlar. Bassist Stephen Pope was kind enough to give us his romantic playlist — this is the first ever installment of the Nerve Mixtape to include a band called The Vomit Pigs. 1. "Oh Yes, You're Beautiful," Gary Glitter This really is one of my favorite songs — you have to take away the creepiness around Gary Glitter and his persona, because he makes some of the most unique, instantly recognizable music. And the video for this song is pretty [...]...

Photograph by Steve Pope/Getty Images. In an interview with the Christian Broadcasting Network this week, Newt Gingrich blamed his history of philandering on patriotism: “There’s no question at times of my life, partially driven by how passionately I felt about this country, that I worked far too hard and things happened in my life that were not appropriate.” Which raises many questions, and prompts a few conclusions. To wit:...

Wayne Rooney’s hooker romps are a classic symptom of sex addiction, says psychotherapist Steven Pope. Steven Pope, 53, who has cured other wayward football stars, offered to help stop the England striker playing away again. “I know I can get Wayne Rooney back on the track,” the Daily Star quoted him as saying. “Human beings can be addicted to anything. If they have an addictive personality it can be drink, drugs, sex – anything. “As an act, sex results in an adrenaline rush. “If it is a clandestine relationship there is excitement in the chase. “Once that thrill is obtained the person ...

You know the problem with that recent study that claimed playing two hours of video games was the same as snorting coke? The fact that there was no study.
British therapist Steven Pope made the outlandish claim, warning families that their kids shouldn't be allowed to play video games for fear of destroying their young souls.
When he was asked to do what all of 7th grade Algebra students are regularly required to produce -- their work -- he balked.
"I don't rely on reports," Pope said, believing statistics to be "lies, lies and more lies."
Steve, in addition to earning an "F" for this exam, we're also taking you out back and cramming video game consoles up your nose. It only seems fair.

Occasionally we gamers find ourselves in the position of having to defend our hobby against unknowing pundits and so-called ‘experts’. This is one of those times, although given the source, I really have to take pause and contemplate whether this person really deserves our attention. Much like the sensationalist claims postulated by the now-disbarred Florida Attorney, Jack Thompson, gaming has once again been taken to task for addling the minds of our precious snowflakes and transforming them into guilt-free hoodlums and malcontents.
The county-wide UK tabloid Lancashire Evening Post published an article on Monday entitled ‘Gaming Addiction Grips Youngsters’. It is a sensationalist piece, disguised as journalism, and will no doubt fill your grandmother with creeping dread and enough clothesline-conversation to keep both her and her next-door neighbor busy for weeks.
The article begins:
“The Evening Post has discovered that a growing number of young people in the county are...

Bands break up all the time. Sometimes it's amicable and they agree to quietly go their separate ways to pursue "other musical ventures." And sometimes they tell the truth, after the years of resentment and ego boil over into backstage brawls or verbal beatdowns that make working together unbearable.
And then there's Jay Reatard. The scarily prolific 29-year-old punk from Memphis whose released dozens of singles and albums over the past decade under various names recently split with the members of his live band.
Oh boy did he.
In the midst of a U.S. tour, the sometimes antagonistic singer/guitarist known for mixing it up with overly zealous fans dropped the hammer, real hard, on former drummer Billy Hayes and bassist Stephen Pope via Twitter on Tuesday.
"Band quit! F--- them!" he tweeted. "They are boring rich kids who can't play for s--- anyways. Say hello to your ugly and boring wives,...
