Terror Vision has quickly become one of my go-to labels for obscure horror titles, and they're getting a jump-start on the Halloween season with #13WeeksOfHalloween, offering an eclectic mix of new, rare, and cult releases on VHS, Blu-ray, 4K Uhd, LP, and cassette:
"Halloween is Terror Vision's favorite time of the year but it's always a bummer when it's over. Much like many of you, the beloved genre distributor begins celebrating the spooky season in September... but this year, that's not good enough - and that's why they've created #13WeeksOfHalloween.

Hello, everyone! We’re back with a brand new round of horror and sci-fi 4K, Blu-ray, and DVD releases coming out tomorrow, and I gotta say, November 16th is a good day to be a genre fan, because we have a lot of cool stuff coming our way. If you missed it in theaters, you can finally catch up with Nia DaCosta’s Candyman and both Maniac Cop 2 and 3 are getting a 4K upgrade courtesy of Blue Underground. Lionsgate has put together the impressive 4K set The Evil Dead: Groovy Collection that includes the first two Evil Dead films and all three seasons of Ash vs Evil Dead (plus a bevy of bonus content) that would make a killer addition to anyone’s home media collection.
Other releases for November 16th include Mulholland Dr. 4K, Prisoners of the Ghostland, Megan is Missing, Caveat, The Resort, and the Mad Max Anthology 4K.

Tony Elwood’s Cold Storage is a film that has been a long time in the making, written by Elwood in 1978, touched up in ’85, filmed a couple of years back and finally doing the festival circuit now, it’s very much his baby.
Kicking off with a break-up between young actress Melissa and her earnest, though simple, boyfriend Daric (Matt Keeslar), Melissa heads down South to take a part in a play. Unfortunately she hits a bird and is fatally injured in the process, attracting the attention of simple minded mountain man Clive (an astonishing turn by Nick Searcy). Clive sees that she’s still breathing and drives her back to his cabin, hoping to save her life, but she’s a goner and poor Clive just can’t seem to grasp this all important fact,...
