It's Halloween again and another round of Saw. Leaving Saw 6 was a very satisfying for the franchise and good way if the series is leading up to the end of the series.
Of course as always Saw 6 opens with another Jigsaw trap. But what makes this Saw so much better than then the previous ones is the storytelling and the story of the Saw 6 itself. If you missed Saw 5 the ending of Saw 5 will be showed again in Saw 6.
The story for Saw 6 is continuing Jigsaw's legacy and finishing his work. The story revolves around Health care and the big boss choosing who lives and who dies. Big boss of Health care eventually finds himself in his own trap set by Jigsaw. The interesting thing about this storyline is that Healthcare keeps being talked about in our news right now. I think this was a good storyline for the series.
The ending for Saw 6 was descent and gives no indication on what will happen next. The series has come a long way. The biggest problem with the series it's not expanding the story to other areas of the country.
If Saw 6 doesn't do well this year it's clear that it's because of "Paranormal Activity" being so successful and speculated for the last few weeks. Is the series really over if it fails this year? The answer is no. With Saw 7 already being made and in 3-D that just might help the series be on top again. We will see how this weekend fairs.
