Criteria is as follows: 1.Fiction only 2.The show must be rated with at least 7.0 stars overall 3.The episode must get at least a 9.0 4.Must have at least 100 votes to make the list 5.Episodes with more votes will outrank episodes with tying ratings; there are four tiers: 100-499, 500-999, 1,000-1,999, and 2,000+ votes (6.List constructed from IMDB's Best TV Series List which requires a minimum of 5,000 votes)
