Valentine's Day or Christmas?
12 December 2021
Since 911 has officially switched genres and gone from being a Emergency procedural to being a soap opera, I guess it only makes sense that their Christmas episode would look more like a Valentine's Day special. And a super cringey one at that.

So bad, so bad, so bad
2 December 2021
Warning: Spoilers
They're trying way too hard and the jokes just make absolutely no sense. The jokes are just crude, crass and awful and why does it look like the gang has forgotten how to act.

Not good
2 December 2021
Warning: Spoilers
Not good, not good, not good. Bad acting, bad story, lame humour, bad everything. They were trying so hard to be funny it just wasn't. Just plain bad. I'm really sad that this wonderful show has declined so much.

The Sopranos (1999–2007)
1/10
Filth disguised as ''the greatest show of all time ''
23 June 2021
Warning: Spoilers
So here's an idea, let's create a TV series, fill it with as much violence, vulgarity, misogyny, ugliness and evil as possible and then promote it as ''the most wonderful, groundbreaking series of all time ''.

Let's look at what this series has to offer. Bad acting, check. And not just some throw away side characters but two very important characters. The actors playing Silvio and the freaking annoying Meadow Soprano are absolutely awful! Meadow soprano is probably the most unlikable, shrill, annoying character of all time. Not enough gas been said about what a worthless performance she gives in every single awful scene that she's in. There are others who don't give great performances as well and I do agree that there are plenty of brilliant performance, but for a show to qualify for title of ''the greatest'' there cannot be main characters acting like they've only ever acted in high school plays and then decided to mall onto the set of the sopranos.

Next we have ridiculous story lines, like the one involving Pauly taking revenge on a couple of old ladies because they won't include his mother in their group. Seriously?? And the tough, badass Furio falling in love with his boss's middle aged menopausal wife. Dr. Melfi's rape! What was the point of that horribly disturbing scene?

The entire fourth season was just absolute rubbish. For a show with just six seasons, this is really not a small thing.

Sure, the people on this show aren't supposed to be good or likeable, but every good show always has monsters that we end up loving and sympathising with. That's the mark of a good series. By the second season I just hated every single character. Tony in particular just disgusted me. By the end of the third season I didn't care for a single character and would've been happy to see every single one of them dead.

To conclude all I can say is, If a show with this much filth and evil can be considered a great show, there's really very little hope for the world.

A fabulous finale, -1 for Genevieve Padalecki's God awful acting
28 March 2021
Everything that has to be written about this episode already has been written by other reviewers. It was near perfect. The only thing that bothered me about it, and also about the entire season was the choice of using an awful actress to play the phenomenally important and iconically evil role of Ruby. In this finale even her lines were badly written, probably ad libbed by her. Her role is so crucial and the poor performance from GP just spoilt this season for me. Wish this was different, otherwise an amazing season that ended with a freaking awesome finale.

Malcolm in the Middle: Lois Strikes Back (2006)
Season 7, Episode 16

Fabulous!
24 January 2021
Warning: Spoilers
What a beautiful episode. Not only do you get the satisfaction of seeing four awful bullies get their comeuppance from Lois, but also a beautiful scene between Lois and Reese where we get an idea of what they have in common and why they are they way they are. Seeing a speech impaired, pre nose job Emma Stone, is just a bonus. This show is just wonderful as a whole, but Lois can be pretty awful. This episode kind of absolved her from some of her awfulness. My favourite episode for sure, and there are so many great ones in this amazing show.

Garbage by a woman hating woman
19 December 2020
Aside from all the other stuff that made this movie the absolute heap of garbage that it is, this movie treats its female characters like trash. And the most shocking part is that this movie was directed and written by a woman. I obviously, like everyone else, hated every single aspect of this movie, but this for me was just unforgivable. And I never thought I would say this, but I like Noah Centineo a little bit less for choosing to act in this trash.

I really liked it
16 December 2020
Warning: Spoilers
I really liked and enjoyed this movie. It was different. The acting was really excellent and the story was different. Kristine Forseth was stunning and so convincing in her role. I went from detesting her and wishing her dead to really sympathising with and liking her. Noah was, as usual gorgeous, charming and the definition of perfection. Shannon Purser was wonderful and really played her part beautifully. Sure she did some pretty bad stuff, but that's what it is to be a teenager in high school. Everybody was selfish and made the wrong choices in high school. Of course it is questionable that the hot guy would choose the chubby yet charming girl, I mean what high school boy is actually that mature. But I still enjoyed the movie and it does not deserve all the negative reviews and the low rating. I think most people would enjoy this movie, especially people like me who enjoy something different and not the same old stereotypes, cliches and formulaic story lines. And if you're a straight girl (or even a grown woman) you'll enjoy watching Noah centineo play his usual adorable, hot, sweet, charming role which seems to come so naturally to him. Enjoy!

A below average movie with below average performances and below average script
15 December 2020
Warning: Spoilers
A really awful movie. Let me explain why ~ the 30 something actress playing the 18 year old sister, the perfect boyfriend being dumped for absolutely no reason, the ridiculously mean ''mean girl''(but sadly not hot and blonde and beautiful like the stereotypical mean girl), the sassy best friend, the perfect ''Calvin Kline model'' guy falling for the boring girl wit nothing to recommend her. But what really dragged this movie down into mediocrity was the main actresses rather insipid performance. I wish they had used an actress with better acting skills and more charisma, that might just have turned this movie around. She was less like a high school girl and more like a boring, middle aged mom. The other characters like the dad, older sister, mean girl, best friend weren't all that convincing in their roles either. There was allot of recitation of lines without any real acting or emotion. The script was generic and nothing really special. Noah Castelano is really a beautiful guy and so it made no sense for this cute, perfect guy to date the crazy, not so sexy mean girl or fall for the mom like girl. And honestly if guys like this existed in high school ~ beautiful, sweet, mature, selfless and supposedly a ''jock'' then high school would be heaven for every girl. The most ridiculous part about this movie is the way these 15 year old children speak like mature, adults who have everything figured out. Come on, teenagers are the most irrational, immature, confused people on earth. They're selfish and don't have a clue. These kids have long conversations that make them sound like middle aged moms and dads. Noah as Peter was cute and charming but had a very ''cool dad '' vibe about him and not at all believable as a 16 year old high school kid. Overall an absolutely unbelievable movie with not a single special aspect.

A very badly done episode
8 December 2020
I never thought I would say this about Bob's burgers, which I normally adore, but this episode was nearly unwatchable. The story lines were silly and unfunny, the writing was awful, including Gene's lines, which are almost always hilarious. Even the animation looked off. I hope this was just a one time freak thing and that the show goes back to being wonderful again.

I loved it. Other ordinary folks will too. Individuals claiming superior intelligence won't.
27 November 2020
If you're a normal person with a reasonable level of intelligence, you will like this movie. If you're one among the intellectually superior, God people who have the ability to see into the future (also known as all the negative reviewers on here, giving this movie a 1 and calling it predictable trash) then skip it. Simple as that. Great acting by Sam Worthington. It's wonderful the way his facial expressions change from hopeless and desperate to slightly psychotic, for a few split seconds when he smiles. I liked how realistic the hospital scenes were, all the exasperated patients and staff with a few sympathetic ones. It was very well done from start to finish.

Funny and quite enjoyable with some lovely performances.
17 May 2020
I just want to say that if I went from being the completely awkward, square faced Martha to the totally hot, super talented, bad ass Ruby, I would never ever want to leave Jumanji. Likewise for Spencer. That being said, Danny Devito made this movie good and watchable. Liked it, not much of a plot, but some funny moments and I wasn't really expecting much, so it was good enough for me. Really enjoyed Karen Gillan and Awkwafina's performance was just wonderful. The way she pulled off Spencer's weirdness and awkward body language as well as Grandpa Eddie was hilarious. Actually they were all believable in their respective body swaps. The only one strangely enough that I just couldn't see as believable was Martha being Ruby. It was just too hard for me to imagine that stylish, hot, super athletic lady with a great personality being the same person as the embarrassingly awkward Martha.

Modern Family: Finale Part 2 (2020)
Season 11, Episode 18
2/10
No excuses for the horrendous last few seasons and awful finale
4 May 2020
Warning: Spoilers
Yes, this show used to be great, yes, we all felt a twinge of sadness to see this show end. But our feelings for what the show used to be shouldn't colour our opinion of the series finale. It was just plain awful. Complete overkill. Inappropriately placed humour. Predictable. The greatness of a series finale is judged by how it makes its viewers feel. A great finale will make you feel sad and nostalgic, because you feel like you're saying good bye to a part of yourself, to characters that you have come to know and love. This finale made me feel glad to say good bye to a cast of people that have turned from lovable, to a bunch of two dimensional stereotypes with no depth and impossible to like anymore. The last few seasons have created whiny Manny, clueless, only thing going for her is her looks Haley, control freak mom Claire, can't act for the life of her Lily, condescending genius and freaking annoying as hell Alex, to name some. Real people are so much more complex! Geniuses can be (and usually are) fun and humble, pretty girls can have ambitions, morals and principles and aren't only looking for ways to use their looks to get what they want, moms don't necessarily have to be awful control freaks. So why not keep things real? Why not give the characters some depth? Because shows these days want to label everyone, while pretending to be woke and pretending to break stereotypes. It's all about dehumanising us and reducing us to caricatures and stereotypes. Coming to the finale. It was complete overkill. All the kids leaves! Seriously! All the kids leave home on the same day. Luke, miraculously gets into college, Alex gets to go to Switzerland , Haley and Dylan suddenly and again miraculously have enough money to buy a place of their own which happens to be Cam and Mitchell's old place just so the writers can squeeze some sentimental tears out of its viewers . Cam suddenly gets a call and has the choice to move back home. Really? After all the drama of not getting the job and not being able to adopt, all of a sudden their lives make a 180 because the series has to end? And why was Gloria suddenly transformed into a robot? Why did she have to throw Cam's farewell letter into the bin, right in front of him! Just an awful ending. I am not going to miss this show and I really am terribly disappointed with the writers and creators for making it into such a awful mess.

Roswell, New Mexico (2019–2022)

PC aside, I really enjoyed it.
28 April 2020
Warning: Spoilers
The political correctness bit aside, I really enjoyed the show, especially episode 6 of season 1 was a pleasant surprise. Will come back to that later. I have watched the original Roswell and I will never forget how annoying the character of Liz Evans was. Liz Ortecha on the other hand is likeable, she's got a nice, strong personality and the actress playing her does a great job. The chemistry between her and Max is explosive. Max Evans. First off, the actor playing him is gorgeous. Initially he comes off as dull and brooding with a perpetual sad, puppy dog expression. But like I mentioned earlier, it was the 6th episode of season 1 that showcased what a great actor he really is. This episode, being recap of their lives as high school kids, happy and carefree, really brought out the contrast to their present, post Rosa's death, post Max's heartbreak period. Overall all of the actors do a pretty fine job (except maybe for the actor playing Kyle, but that could just be because of the stereotypical high school jock turns perfect, great looking, surgeon he has to play) The story held my interest, with plenty of mystery and twists, romantic intrigue and great chemistry between the characters. And the main characters are all pretty easy on the eyes which is an added bonus.

Suits (2011–2019)
3/10
Below average
19 April 2020
I didn't watch this show in its entirety and hence cannot comment on it as a whole. But I must say this, since I haven't seen any of the other reviewers point it out. Meghan Markle is a deplorable actress. This is the first and only performance of hers that I have seen and found it hard to watch. Her lines are recited without any intonation in her voice and no emotion. She just walks in with an exaggerated hip swing, recites some cliched line and walks off with a hairflip. I'm at a loss as to how someone like her with such poor acting skills was kept on and personally for me she was the main reason I just couldn't watch any more of this show. I just knew that every single episode would be about Ross's secret almost being revealed, Harvey and Ross screwing up on numerous occasions (but they're supposed to be the best?) and yet somehow having everything go their way in the end. Everything else about the show like it's unrealistic dialogue, repetitive story lines etc have already been mentioned by other reviewers. I wonder why this show has such great ratings. Watch the Mentalist, White Collar or Person of Interest if you want to see what a really great investigative show looks.

Bear Grylls is fabulous
4 April 2020
This is by far my favourite reality TV show. It's wonderful to see celebrities being so down to earth and such greats sports! (with the exception of Ben Stiller who whined the whole time ). Bear is probably the most charismatic host you can find anywhere and is just so likeable, apart from having super human survival skills. It's great to see how comfortable he makes people feel and the way he gets his guests to share their vulnerabilities. The show itself is edited beautifully. I particularly enjoyed the episodes with Zac Effron, Armie Hammer and Channing Tatum because they were so damn enthusiastic and sporting about everything. Kate Winslet was great. So authentic and just herself. In fact everyone on the show were really genuine, authentic and cool. I can't wait to see which celebrities are going to be on season 6. Please God, let Chris Hemsworth be one of them !

Very bad acting on the part of Butterfield and Purnell
27 March 2020
I enjoyed the movie as it held my interest and was visually appealing. The peculiar children were quite charming and Eva Green was beautiful and excellent in her role. I was however completely put off by how bad the acting of the two main actors apart from Eva was. Butterfield was completely expressionless and wooden and Purnell just isn't a very good actress. Apart from these two everyone else put in a great performance.

19 March 2020
The saddest thing to witness is that of a truly wonderful show turn into the exact opposite of what it used to be. The only silver lining is that it will be easier to see this show end knowing that I'm not going to miss it, which I would have even if it was a tiny bit good. Predictable and downright terrible.

Over bearing mom spoils the show
12 March 2020
I like the show and the characters, hence the 8 stars. The only reason I took away two stars is because I'm just so fed up of the over bearing, control freak mom character which every single one of these shows seem to have. They're just terrible to watch and completely exaggerated. I do like the rest of the characters, all three kids are charming and great actors and so is the dad. I think if the mom was a better, less annoying person, I would give the show ten stars.

Great show
12 March 2020
I love the show, especially the earlier seasons where the boys are young and adorable. The later seasons are good too though. Overall it has maintained its quality. But honestly though I find Jessica's character too much. Being a crazy strict Asian mother is one thing, but she seems to lack basic courtesy and sympathy and is just an awful friend to Honey. I do love the dad as he's just a lovable goof. This show was a great find and I hope it doesn't end anytime soon.

Make it stop
19 February 2020
As a devoted fan of the 911 California, I thought I would give this show a whirl. I cringed through the entire first pilot episode and just stopped mid the second. The makers have managed to cram every cliche under the sun into this show to the point of it being comedic. So the captain is a straight guy who gives speeches about his skin care routine and hair every ten minutes . The rest of the unit consist of a Muslim woman, two gay men, a black transgender man, a south American guy and one white heterosexual dude. Sounds like a joke? It gets worse. Every single thing about this show is predictable. You know exactly who they're going to pair up and what's going to happen. The comedy falls absolutely flat and there is so little care taken on the actual emergencies which this show is supposed to be about. They are just rushed, with no follow up. The script is obviously awful and the acting is wooden. Nobody deserves to have all this agenda driven garbage just rammed down their throats. The makers should be ashamed of themselves for being such sell outs. Please watch the original 911 , you'll know what a real script, real acting and a real show is. What a wasted effort by Rob Lowe and Liv Tyler. Overall this show doesn't deserve even one star and hopefully it gets cancelled soon.

Warning: Spoilers
Is this what this shows been reduced to? Some slapstick, silly comedy of errors which are yet so predictable. Was there anyone who watched this episode and couldn't predict exactly what would happen next. Why has Sofia Vergara suddenly forgotten how to act? And Courtney Cox and Beckham were so out of me place in this episode. It was strange. Overall a strange episode. Like his previous appearance on the show the concierge was lovely and charming. So the one star is for him.

I was just waiting for the episode to end. I'm not sure what emotional reaction they were trying to get out of their audience, but I for one was just irritated. 10 January 2020
It's sad that a great show has gone so downhill. It's seems as though the writers etc just get a list from the network of whatever agendas and stereotypes they're supposed to to push for that episode and the poor guys just try to create whatever horrible plot line they can around those agendas. This is what entertainment has become and modern family is a perfect example of this. Shame on the creators for being such sell outs.
