Streets of Gold (1986)

Great movie, thats unfortunately pretty unknown

I remember first seeing this movie when I was about 9 years old on HBO way back in 1990. I remember I liked it when I was a kid. about six months ago I tracked it down again, and it is a pretty good film. Its about 2 young boxers being caoched by an older Russian man, who was once a boxer himself. And he trains them to compete in the Olympics. its a good story. and if your a fan of the rocky,and karate kid series, or the original best of the best, idd recommend you check this out. I thought film also had a great score, that is very emotional and uplifting, and fits the film perfectly. This is definitely a feel good action/sports movie. If you can find it, Definitely check it out.

I first saw this movie on HBO or Cinamax back when it came out in 1988...I remember they used to play this all the time.

Its a pretty cool late 80's horror film....it has a pretty cool story....its a about a priest ( Ben Cross) who has to battle the devil and the forces of evil...but, one of the twists in the movie is that the main Demon in the film Disguises itself as a very beautiful and Sexy girl ( played by Nicole Fortier) and let me say she is a major babe....one of my favorite things about the movie actually....haha

This movie is a little hard to find....( I ended up having to get a copy off ebay) but, if your into 80's horror movies...Definitely check this one out...its a good one...with a neat story, decent acting, a cool soundtrack, and with evil hot babes ~

I just watched this on HBO...and, I gotta say, I like it...its a pretty good movie, and fairly entertaining....although the acting was pretty poor in a lot of parts...but, its a good movie.this a movie that i'm sure you can see on lifetime.

This movie is about a mom, and her daughter....and her daughter runs away from home, and then meets the wrong guy, and gets involved in drugs, and prostitution.

if you do see this movie, you will most likely be able to tell that it was made in 1990, by the music, and hair styles, etc.

Fright Night Part 2 (1988)

Fright Night part 2 rocks....I liked the original...but, loved this sequel even better...proboblly cause of how unbeilevebly hot and sexy Julie Camron ( Ragine) is and looked in this...hehe.....she is one of the most hottest wemon alive in this movie....and she is the best part in it....but, the movie itself is great as well,...with some cool spceal effects, and funny lines from charlie, and peter....the dark but extremely erotic mood of this film has not been matched in any other movie ever in my oppinion,....and also, this film has one of the best soundtracks of all time in it...and it fits the films dark and erotic mood, and scenes perfectly...such a great soundtrack......this movie has it all, thrills, gore, comedy, action, a supper sexy babe, and a great soundtrack.....I couldnt ask for much more in a movie. ( :

FREDDY VS JASON was a movie that I had dreamed about seeing for over 10 years....I have been a diehard fan of both Freddy And Jason ever since I was a kid in the 80s....and worshipped all the movies of both series ever since then. When I first heard the news that they were talking about making a Freddy Vs Jason movie back in the late 90s...I was stocked beyond words...from that day forward I searched for any new info, news I could find about the movie. And then came 2003....after my first view of the official Trailer for Freddy Vs Jason....I was more pumped for the movie then ever....and the 2 months until the movies release in August, seemed to be the longest 2 months I could remember. and there I was opening day....in the theater seeing the first showing of the day, of, FREDDY VS JASON,.....and what a spceal day it was for me. the first time I saw the movie I was in complete awe as I looked at the screen and watched the movie I thought I would never see. I was complted satified with the film, and then some.I knew it would be great, but, it was 5 times better than I thought it would be. all my exspections of the movie were surpased. FREDDY VS JASON is a tribute to the glory days of the 80s, and of both series. I was so happy that the makers of the film were so respectful of the story lines, historys, scenery, and ALL trademarks of both series. I loved how they used the theme music from both the big Guys movies in this flick. ( and I also loved the dashes of awesome metal music they used in it right at the perfect moments, as well ! \m/ : ) ) I thought the qaulity of the film was awesome, the gore, and the scares were great....so much blood.....and Jason And Freddys fight scenes were priceless.... ! I am just so glad newline and ronny YU made this movie RIGHT, they could have seriously messed this once in a life time movie up, big time...but, they didnt....it rocked all the way through.....it was so great in fact.....I HAD TO GO SEE IT IN THE THEATERS 10 TIMES !!! ( :

all I can say is.....if you havent seen this movie yet...do it imediatly...you wont regret it.

Sleepaway Camp (1983)

Sleepaway Camp is a pretty cool movie. I really like the totally early 80s vibe is has. it has some good scares. And the ending of the movie is very surprising and uniqe, and also quite disturbing. And as cheezy as I know it is, for some reason, I really like the song that plays during the end credits of the movie...hehe. ( :

Dutch (1991)

Dutch is one of my favorite movies ever. it is so funny, And its always so fun to watch everytime. It never gets old. The things that Dolye and Dutch say to each other are so funny, they always make me laugh. I must say Doyle is a real brat though. Theres so many memorable things in this movie....all the great funny quotes...all of Dutch and Dolye's arguments....the fire works scene...and I really like the scene with the 2 call girl babes :)

This is a great movie that I still watch all the time. I recommend it to anyone who likes to laugh like me ( :

Pumpkin (2002)

I just saw this movie on showtime. it was very good, I liked it. I thought Christina Ricci was really good in it...she is a real babe,...and I thought she was really pretty as a blonde (: The story of this movie I understood very well, because, I myself, spent time working with disabled people, much like the ones in this movie, so I feel I understand them more then some might. And that's one reason why I liked this movie. it is very unique. you dont see alot of movies like this one. the one thing I do have to say about it though, is that, sometimes it seems like a serious Drama film, then, it goes for a more un serious comedy approach. all in all, Pumpkin is a fun film. and I recomend it, epceally to people who can relate to people with dissabilities.

My Dog Skip (2000)

A wonderful heart warming movie

I really like this movie. I've watch it a few times, and I love it every time I watch it. This movie is great to watch, epceally if you have ever had a four legged friend. I related with this movie more than I ever have with most, Because I have had 2 dog animal family members in my life. One of them I had when I was a child, and the other I had when I was a young kid till I was in my early 20s. And I was so close to both of them. Since I have always been an only child, I spent alot more time with my dogs than some people do. I was so close to them. This movie really touched my heart, and I enjoyed it so much because, when I watched it, it was like I was reliving all the fun, fond, great times, and memories I had with my spceal animal friends.

The qaulity of this movie is great, and the acting is good. I thought The soundtrack to this movie was also phenomenal, and I thought it really brought out the emotion in the movie, and made the movie, and the scences in it so much more powerful.

I have to admit that, Everytime I saw this movie I sobbed for 20 minutes afterwards. I never ever do that after I watch a movie, but this is one exception. that alone should tell you how powerful this movie is.

My Dog Skip is really a great movie. I think its proboblly one of the best ever made. And I really think that everyone, no matter what thier age is, should see it at least once.

The First time I remember seeing this movie was back in the late 80s, when it was being played on HBO late one night. I remember at the time I thought the movie was pretty cool. I didnt see the movie again until about a year ago , when I picked up a used copy of it. Since then I have watched the movie a couple times, and I think its pretty awesome. its got some scary sences, and its definately got that old style 80s horror feel to it, which I miss. Its also crazy how similar this movie is to the 1987 masterpeice,A Nightmare on Elm Street 3- Dream Worriors. This movie's main star is Jennifer Ruben, who played Taryn in Nightmare 3...and just like in Nightmare 3, Bad Dreams is about a group of troubled kids who are in a mental institution, being haunted in there dreams by a burned boogeyman. It was cool to see Jennifer Ruben in another horror movie. This, and Nightmare 3, are the only two movies I can remember her in. Check out "Bad Dreams" if you want to see another cool late 80s horror movie.

I just watched this movie on lifetime. I liked it alot. The movie looked liked it was made in the mid/late 80s. it was very sad though. its one of those movie's that leaves you feeling sad when its over. But, I do recomend this movie, if your a fan of lifetime type movies.

Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 is quite possibly my all time favorite movie....I first saw this great film back in 1990 when I was 9 years old....I remember the day my mom took me to the video store and I came home with Chainsaw 2....theres just something I really like about this movies.....its a movie I still watch at least every couple weeks....theres just something spceal about this one to me....its got a great cast....Caroline Williams- man, I have had the hots for this babe since the 4th grade...hehe....Bill Mosley- this dude rocks....some of the greatest, and funniest lines ever ( 'lick my plate you'..... :))....Jim Seidow- a horror icon in my eyes....I am so glad they got him to return for this sequal...if they wouldnt have gotten him back for this one...to me, it would have not been half as great as it turned out ( just like the last few chainsaw movies were, without him)...and Leatherface- this man needs no introduction- the star of the chainsaw movies forever \m/ But anyway...I cant say enough about this great film...I know I will never get tired of it.....this movie has it all- gore, action, commedy, Beutiful women, great memorable, and funny lines, a great cast....this one is very hard to top.....Long live 2 of the greatest movies ever made, Texas Chainsaw Massacre 1, and 2 !!! \m/ ( :
