South Park: Cupid Ye (2023)
Season 26, Episode 1

No wow factor
10 February 2023
South Park is my number one favorite show regardless of how downhill it's been going since Season 20. That's my opinion, I said it, I'm standing by it! I enjoyed this episode since they are staying somewhat relevant to what's going on in the world. TikTok and Kanye CLASSIC would've been great to see our old pal gay fish. I wish it had more WOW factor for me, everything they talk about and show has been talked about and shown on podcasts. It may be the digital world we're living in that South Park can't be ahead of the game anymore, but I didn't laugh out loud or gasp or thought about it in depth. Excited for more episodes though! More Butters in my life please!

P. S. Can't stand the voice changes of Randy, Cartman and Stan.

P. S. S. I know Tolkien is a running joke, but I miss Token. Doesn't sound right when they say Tolkien. RIP TO AN OG.

The White Lotus: Arrivederci (2022)
Season 2, Episode 7

Better than first season, but disappointing end
14 December 2022
Warning: Spoilers
I liked the different plot lines between each character versus the first season. I hope there really is a third season because this is something new with TV that I really enjoy! It's people being themselves basically. Not apologetic. Albie is a damn fool and got what he deserved. Welcome to the real world! I'm glad Mia and Lucia made it, although out for themselves, I enjoyed their plot line. My favorite plot line was Tanya and Portia, but SPOILER they freakin' killed Tanya off. I was fully convinced the body in the beginning would be Nicolo the mob guy. I know Tanya is a head case, but she seriously couldn't jump off the yacht onto the dingy??? It's a life threatening situation and you don't automatically run and jump? Like at least jump in the water then onto the dingy. Also Portia like you know you have a gut feeling this situation is messed up but you continue to go with Jack. Jack even calls her smart. NO it would've been smart to never go to the hotel and take the damn car. I wish the show gave Tanya more credit by keeping her alive. It would've made more sense to kill off Portia or have her abducted, she's the dumb one here overall. So her and Albie so belong together because they are both gullible and dumb. But hey looking forward to see where this show goes!

Actually enjoyed it except one MAJOR fluke
20 July 2022
Warning: Spoilers
All this chaos could have been avoided if she went looking for her purse once she got back from the hospital. Simple as that. The guy chucked it in the trees, so she still would have had her passport. Yes, he could have made up lies about her real name, but a lot of headache could have been avoided. So stupid.

Love love love but....
4 July 2022
Warning: Spoilers
This show is just too good. Rooting for it so bad for the forth season and the whole forcing the sexuality of characters does not sit well. Steve had a chance with Robin and BOOM gay. Ok I accepted that, but then now Will. This show is based on the 80s in a small Indiana town. No WAY two people are gay in this one group setting. Robin seemed more natural, but why force this way for Will. Not every show has to be diverse, that's not real life. Yes, this is TV and about alternate dimensions, so far from real life lol but for real. Can we please make one tv show or movie that doesn't force this.

Good until it wasnt

The first 30 minutes were so good!! I know this wasn't going to be a blockbuster comedy, but I love any movie involving the 80s, 90s or early 2000s. Then they had to ruin it with how people think 2022 looks like when in reality it's 5% (maybe less) of what actually high school looks like! Where are the REAL high school movies that don't involve tik tok, peoples sexuality, use of PC language and insane wardrobes. Those 5% are the 80% on social media, so people think the world is like that. WRONG!

Inventing Terrible Characters and Plot Holes
18 February 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Neff is the WORST. The most judgmental, critical person that somehow has a boyfriend and a job at a fancy hotel. Yet she defends a con artist?? Like what?

Vivian is slightly less worse. Same goes how do you have a husband and a job? The way she talks to them both it's a shocker! Never heard no in her whole life it looks like.

If Fran and Val were so close why didn't he immediately tell her about Anna and Chase in Paris? So many questions and so much frustration. The story is what brought me in, but this is terrible. Are there people like this in real life? I hope to h3ll not!

The only decent ones are Kacy and Todd.

Had to edit after finished last episode- Todd is insane too. Leaving his family for some snobby girl I highly doubt it in real life.

Yes! We're back baby!

Normalcy!! This is normal life right here and I love it. This episode is a turning stone for this second season. I was about to stop watching after episode 4, but thought might as well finish off the season. I love the creativity of the show, but also enjoy the simplicity of it as well which this episode shows.

All fluff no substance
25 January 2022
Euphoria is probably the most creatively portrayed show out there. They killed it first season and first episode of season two, but now it feels like they are focused on being so "out there" and unique that they forgot about the plot of the series. I like the background on characters and Rue narrating. The rest is dull. These episodes are an hour long, but once it's over I'm like what did I even watch? Barely anything happened? Waste of time now.

Warning: Spoilers
I'm with all the others about the vaccine stuff. Definitely creating a further divide, but also the ending totally ruined this show for me. Love!! You just killed someone and now your doing it again over their personal opinion?! I hope no one buys any of your baked goods you psycho.

I Love You Dave, But....
8 October 2021
Huge fan of his comedy, but in the past few years it has gone from jaw dropping funny to sentimental and white hating. Maybe I am bias because I am white, but isn't this special going to further create a divide by labeling race? Rather than seeing people as people? His show was perfect he laid out all the stereotypes and it was funny but not today. More becoming the victim even tho he's famous and rich? Be a comedian!! Stop with the messages tell and joke and be done.

Sex Education (2019–2023)
6/10
Unrealistic, but informative
20 September 2021
I really do enjoy this show. They highlight what high school fails to teach which is proper sexual education. They portray countless situations and in depth insight. Notes how high schoolers are so self centered and think they are only ones who have "real" issues. This school and these people are so unrealistic though. You are telling me that this one small school has all LGBTQ and more. The fact that these characters are so hell bent on being so progressive, but are total self centered a-holes is why I can't give this show a better rating. I went to a strict private school and you know rules are rules, same as a workplace. It's 8 hours of your day, chill out. It only erks me because this is how teenagers are starting to act like.

One big ad
28 August 2021
We get it young people live on their phones and love tik tok. I feel this was more about popularity than "finding love" or recreating She's All That. Do a dance, speak proper pronouns and conform into one big Gen Z Tik Tok being. Movie is a joke.
