Scoob! (2020)

Better than I expected

I actually really enjoyed this. Shaggy's arc was amazing and his relationship with Scooby is fantastic in this film. I find Fred and Brian quite annoying but they both come round in the end. Overall good film, I recommend it to people who like the show even though it may not be exactly like it.

This film is actually quite good, the story of Shaggy and Scooby is so great in the movie. Fred kind of annoyed me, Velma and Daphne were just as I remembered. Blue Falcon was VERY annoying but in the end he was fine.

Too complicated for me

I can see why other people like this film, it's just that sometimes it got a bit too complicated for me, I understood it in the end but there were times where I was just wondering what is going on. It's a good film overall and I enjoyed it, it's just a little complicated.

Avengers: Endgame (2019)

The Best in the MCU

Infinity War and Endgame are fantastic back to back, they perfectly blend with each other and it is a 2 part story told perfectly. Hawkeye in this film is amazing, he knows he has done wrong and wants to sacrifice himself. Tony and Peter's relationship is great aswell. But the best friendship in this movie is between Tony and Steve, the two share the most screen time and it is the finale to both of their stories. The 2nd last film in the MCU so far, is the best.

Avengers: Infinity War (2018)

Maybe the best Avengers movie

I'm not sure if it's better than Endgame but this film is amazing. Drax and Mantis are hilarious and I love seeing the development of Wanda and Visions relationship in this film. Tony and Peter are the best duo without a doubt and Wakanda's entrance to this movie was flawless. You can really hear the pain in Thor and feel his loss. Rocket and Groot are also great in this movie. Peter's love for Gamora is also really shown in this movie making it one of the more romantic films of the MCU. This film sets up Endgame perfectly and it is great the whole way through.

This is the funniest movie I've watched in ages. I absolutely loved it, the first Edgar Wright movie I've ever watched and it did not disappoint. I loved the ending and the story is great. Overall a fantastic comedy.

Tom Holland's performance in this movie is amazing, he can really pull off having PTSD, the deaths were very sad, and you could really tell how much pain he was in just by looking at his face. The war sequences were great and the narration was also very good. I liked this movie, not loved it, but it was good.

The ending to the Kick-Ass franchise is great. Aaron Taylor Johnson is just amazing in this role, he really seems sad when the character is. Though the film was not as good as the first one, it was still an absolutely fantastic movie

Amazing Concept

The concept of the self-made, inspired hero is so good, and Kick-Ass nails that concept. You have a comic book lover who wants to be a superhero who gets battered and then comes back stronger, and a little girl trained by her dad to be a fighting machine. Reminds me of Black Widow for some reason. I love the cast, especially Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Evan Peters because I love both their performances as Quicksilver. And as always, Nicolas Cage is just amazing. Kick-Ass is a great movie, and I can't wait to watch the sequel

Funniest Film I've watched in a while!

This film is so funny. Simon Pegg and Nick Frost are one of the greatest duos in movies, the plot was great and really fit the comedy theme, and the ending was great. This movie was great, fantastic start to the month

Iron Man 2 (2010)

Not as good as the first one

The action scenes were fantastic. The acting was good as always in the MCU, Don Cheadle and RDJ are amazing of course. Black Widow's introduction is great, posing as someone showing her hidden background. This film isn't bad, and definitely not the worst of the MCU, it's just not as good as some others. The problem with this film and some others, is that the villains are terrible, some people don't even remember them, of course I do because I just love marvel but still, the villain's story really isn't that good, and with Whiplash being a character introduced through the movie, not even die hard marvel fans knew about him at first, they knew about his father, but not him. Overall the film isn't bad, just one of the worst of a great franchise.

Iron Man (2008)

The one that started it all

The first. It still holds up 13 years after release. The I am Iron Man ending is fantastic of course, as is the acting, the plot, and everything else, I don't really have much to say except for the fact that the movie was great

This movie doesn't deserve the hate it gets. It's a good film, and a good one to come out before her appearance in Endgame. The acting was decent, I can't say it was bad, because it wasn't. Samuel L. Jackson is amazing as always, as is Ben Mendelsohn, 2 of my favourite actors. This film is good. Don't listen to the critics saying it's terrible

Captain America: The First Avenger (2011)

Great start for a rewatch

I'm re- watching every film in the MCU, and this was a solid start, i've always preferred chronological order over release order, so this film is the first to watch for me. The acting is good, as is the plot and the ending. The cast is fantastic and the overall film was just great.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2 (2015)

The best in the franchise

This movie made me cry. The acting was so amazing and sad that I cried along with them. Josh Hutcherson's performance was fantastic, absolutely fantastic, as was Jennifer Lawrence's too. As it is in all of these films, the music is astonishing, it comes on when it should, always at the right time. This film was phenomenal. That is really all I have to see

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1 (2014)

Another cliffhanger!

It seems The Hunger Games franchise is obsessed with cliff hangers. Two in a row! It's just mad. The film was good though, the end shocked me . The song was beautiful, with the echoes and harmony perfect. The performances were the best so far in my opinion, with Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, and Liam Hemsworth standing out. Some of the scenes were great, some however were not. I don't get why people say so much that this was a let down, maybe for book readers, but I've never read the books or watched the films before, so I don't have that feeling. It was the worst so far, but still good.

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire (2013)

Better than the first one

I liked the first one and I liked this one as well. The acting was amazing once again. But, I hate cliff hangers, I have to admit, and I'm wondering what will happen next, so far I'm finding the Hunger Games movies to be good, and hopefully neither of the Mockingjay films will break that streak of enjoyment.

X: First Class (2011)

One of the greatest prequels of all time

One of the best prequels of all time. No doubt. This film is amazing, the plot is absolutely fantastic and all the actors put in a great performance, especially James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender and Jennifer Lawrence. The chemistry between Charles and Erik is magnificent, from the moment they met until the moment they died, you could never say they were not friends. Another amazing performance was from Lucas Till, who played Alex Summers, I think he pulled off the anti-social character perfectly. The reason this is such a great prequel is because not many questions are left unanswered, maybe how did Charles lose his hair but that is answered in a later film in the trilogy, it shows the origin of many people from the original movies, while introducing some new characters too, some never to be seen again, such as Banshee, or some that appear in later films, such as Havok. Michael Fassbender's emotion in this film is both great acting, and quite funny, it's a lot like the faces Tobey Maguire makes while pulling the train in Spider-Man 2. Overall this film is fantastic, everyone puts in a good performance, the plot is great, and the character development is brilliant

The Hunger Games (2012)

Great movie

This was my first time watching any of the hunger games movies. I had wanted to for a while, and this film did not disappoint. Rue's death was executed perfectly. It was so sad, after watching her and Katniss quickly build a strong bond, she dies. Katniss and Peeta's bond is amazing, they argue at first, then settle, then argue again, and then they start to really like each other. I expected the film to be great and my expectations were met. Fantastic.

Suicide Squad (2016)

Decent movie

The film was good, that's almost all I have to say. El Diablo's ark was amazing and executed perfectly. All of the actors were amazing, especially Jay Hernandez and Will Smith. The movie had it's bad and cringeworthy moments, but overall it was quite good.

Creed (II) (2015)

Continues the saga very well

Phenomenal. Sad. Relieving. All words I could use to describe this amazing movie. Just the fact that Rocky gets unwell makes it even harder for Adonis. The performances by Michael B. Jordan and Sylvester Stallone were absolutely brilliant, you could tell when they were sad, angry, and even a mix of both. I also like the fact that instead of just being a side character, Bianca is more than that, we get to see her bond grow with Adonis, and even Rocky. This movie is fantastic, if you haven't watched it, then do.

Birds of Prey (2020)

Confusing, yet great

At points during the movie I had no idea what was going on, but then I eventually understood. Margot Robbie is perfect as Harley Quinn, no one could replace her. Overall the movie was very fun and creative. Ewan McGregor is one of my favourite actors so that adds to the reasons why this film was great, his performance as Black Mask was phenomenal

X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014)

This is the greatest X-Men movie in my opinion, without a doubt, the story and the acting are phenomenal, the ending is fantastic, and the effects in this film are amazing. Alongside all of this, the cast is massive and full of great actors, it's sequels may not have been amazing, but this movie paves the way for them nicely

Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007)

This is an over hated movie

I liked this film. I had seen it before but not for a while and I really liked it. I may be a bit biased as I absolutely love marvel but still, this film does not deserve the hate it gets, the character development in this movie is phenomenal. Yes, the film does have it's bad moments, but that is completely normal. I get it people can be sad that things aren't perfectly adapted from comics, but how are the studio supposed to adapt a cosmic sized human in purple armour into film, you tell me.
