It's just the same!
31 January 2011
I remember getting quite excited about watching the first Paranormal Acitivty. There was so much hype surrounding it that I really did believe it would be freaky, however I was left utterly disappointed after the film ended up being boring and slow with the best bits happening during the last few minutes of the film.

Paranormal Activity 2 is exactly the same. It's boring and slow until the last 2 minutes of the film which were pretty freaky.

I just can't understand how people find these films to be 'amazing'. I know everybody has different tastes and we all know the world would be a boring place if everybody liked the same things, but I just don't get it. There are cheap scares and predictable moving / falling items so I don't see how either of these films are the 'scariest' people have ever seen? The only reason I gave this a 3 (and not a 1) out of 10 is because I thought the actress who plays Hunter's mum was quite good and because the ending was freaky.

Best one out of the 8 films to see before you die
16 May 2007
This is probably the best of the 8 films to see before you die. The cast was good, the story was good, the effects and the tension was good. Only bad thing (well not bad, but disappointing) was the ending...it was abit over the top and abit tacky, but for me, it didn't spoil the fact that i had enjoyed this movie throughout.

It's basically about 3 people who, after attending their friends funeral, decide to celebrate his life by going to a quiet bar and having afew drinks. It starts getting late so Harris (Dominc Purcell) says he's leaving as he's got work in the morning...but his two friends Kira (Josie Maran) and Sid (Marcus Thomas) tell him to stay and suggest they go to the graveyard where their friend has just been buried.

All 3 of them get absolutely wasted at this graveyard and when Harris and Kira go for a little walk, Sid notices an anonymous card placed on his friends grave and opens it...he quickly goes to find the others and reads aloud the card he has just found....but what none of them are aware of is that he's reading out a spell to raise the spirits of the dead....but only those that have their graves danced on....so what do they do? Innocently dance on 3 peoples graves.

After that night, life would presumably go back to normal right? Well this is where it all goes haywire. Each of them are haunted by the person who they each raised when they danced on their grave. They end up bringing in the professionals...but you seen realise that even if you weren't there that night, dancing on a grave, you are still affected by the hauntings. Anyone who comes in contact with Harris, Kira and Sid, wish they hadn't.

It's a race against time to find out how to stop these spirits from haunting them, and WHY are each of the spirits so vile and terrible? I give this an 8/10...it's the best out of the 8 films to see before you die, and it sure delivers a lot of tension, and can make you jump on numerous occasions!

Alright for a zombie film
14 May 2007
I must get this clear before I right this review, I absolutely cannot stand zombie films, I think they are completely ridiculous and do NOT scare me one bit.

However, saying that, this film, wasn't a typical zombie film with your zombies roaming around making noises with their arms out and their head tilted. No, this film was a little different than that. For starters, the zombies are children who at most must be 8 years old! This film tells the story about a widow and her 2 daughters who are moving up into the mountains to a house she has inherited from her late husband. What strikes me as being "weird" is that, they have just packed up and left their home, to move a house they have NO idea about, in a place they have NO idea about...but anyway, it's just a film. Thye move in, the place is an absolute dump, really dark, dusty and creaky, and situated in the middle of the woods. Woods which shouldn't be visited during the night because thats when the children come out to play.

The youngest daughter soon makes friends with one of "the children" from the woods, and the mother rakes out a whole load of history from the basement of this house, discovering that a massive mine explosion killed a hell of a lot of children who worked as miners many many years ago.

As you can imagine, the children are very sick and very twisted and don't think twice about using a pick axe to gut somebody alive. I won't tell you WHY the children like to go out on mass killing sprees in the night, I'll let you watch and find out for yourself.

The real bad thing about this film, is, well, like I said in my opinion, I don't find zombie films to be particularly thrilling, but the thing that could've been better, is the ending. It just ends like that. No build up really, it just ends.

But watch it anyway, as all of these 8 films to see before you die, are all pretty good in their own way.

The Hitcher (2007)
9/10
Very Very Good
12 May 2007
I haven't seen the original version of this film, however I know people who have and say that this 2007 version compares very well to the older version.

I really enjoyed this film! It delivers excellent scenes of tension and fast paced chases. It also makes you cringe in a lot of places and makes you thank god that you are not in the position of the poor couple the hitcher preys on.

This film is basically about a young couple off on the road to see some friends for spring break. Obviously this starts out to be fairly innocent, until they swerve and miss a guy stood in the middle of the road hitching a lift. Womens instinct tells her boyfriend to keep driving because she doesn't like the idea of picking up a stranger...who wouldn't agree? Well, it all goes downhill from here...the hitch hiker (sean bean) soon finds where there are, picks out their weaknesses and really gives them the fright of their life! They are left running for their lives, hoping he doesn't find them, hoping he doesn't hurt them, or even worse...kill them.

It's advisable you watch this film, it's very good! I haven't seen the original, and i don't think you need to have seen it.

Always remember to NEVER pick up strangers! ;)

Tense, chilling, but could've been better
8 May 2007
I did like this film quite a lot (even though I have only given it 6/10). It's very tense and does send chills up your spine. The acting is very good, the storyline is imaginative but somehow I have this feeling, that it could've been so much better.

It's basically about a young girl who has a phobia of riding in cars (known as Amaxophobia) ever since her parents died tragically in a car accident when she was very young. Now, older, she must go back to where it happened with her psychiatrist to overcome her fears...this is her last step in her "program".

On route to this place, they hit a hitch-hiker and her psychiatrist feels so bad about this she decides to give them a lift, much to Penny's disapproval. They introduce themselves and Penny soon tells the hitch-hiker why they are travelling to the mountains (to overcome her fear of riding in cars).

When the hitch-hiker gets to their destination...thats when things start to go really bad. It's a tense and chilling roller-coaster from this point on and the acting from Penny is brilliant! However, there are times when you think to yourself "get on with it"...but in Penny's situation...you will understand why she doesn't! I would recommend seeing this as it is a good movie. But don't expect much gore, or horror. It's more of a thriller.

Always remember never tell a stranger ANYTHING about yourself ;)

Not as good as I thought
6 May 2007
Honestly, I had high expectations for this movie. It sounds brilliant...5 guys wake up in a warehouse in the middle of a desert, not knowing who they are, how they got there, or why the majority of them are wounded. It's a race against time to try and figure out who they are, and who put them where they are.

Sounds great right? Wrong. It was very slow, and wasn't as 'action packed' as i'd liked it to be. The whole storyline is clever, but it can get confusing, especially since you don't know any of the characters names until you're more than half way through the film. However, the acting was very good, especially from the likes of Peter Stormare (Snakeskin Boots/Stefan Burian). He wasn't a main character and only made more of an appearance towards the end of the film, but his acting is always impeccable.

I have given this movie 5/10. It is a good idea, with a good cast and an overall good outline. But it just didn't quite give the WOW factor.

It's still probably advisable to watch though!

Dark Ride (2006)

Good idea...Just not quite there
23 April 2007
Well, this film had a good idea...a typical idea i will admit...but being trapped inside of a "mega scary" ride...isn't exactly a place you'd like to be...with things constantly jumping out at you, you'd end up with heart problems!

But on a serious note, this film has a good idea, it has an okay cast, and a good setting, but it just didn't quite make it to being brilliant!

It's abit camp, and abit tongue in cheek, but it's quite entertaining to watch.

What i've found so far with these "8 films to see before you die", is that each one has it's own unique story line, and you HAVE to watch it until the end...just so you know what you thought is happening is true or false.

I won't go into too much detail about the story itself, i'll just briefly tell you. It's basically about a group of college students who decide to go on a road trip, but get way-layed and decide to stop off at a funfair to visit "dark ride"...each of them are told the dark past of the ride and why it's been shut for so long...but little do they know that they are gonna have to fight for their lives to get out of there in one piece.

One to watch. But don't set your hopes too high.

Different and Strange
11 April 2007
This is a hard one to describe. I had quite high expectations for this film having heard that nearly all of the 8 films from the horror fest were brilliant. This film is sort of half and half. It does deliver the spooks and the chills, but it's also quite slow, and you kind of just want it to get on with it.

It's basically about a family who appear to be all American, all nice and all harmless. But behind closed doors each of them has a sorta, nasty little secret. The older brother has taken over the fatherly role as their parents are dead. He's really plastic. Very smily and cheesy. Then we have the twins, a brother and a sister who are, shall we say, a little closer than most brothers and sisters. Then we've got the younger brother who is confused about his presence in the house. He feels he doesn't fit in with the rest of his family. But by the end of this film, you realise, he more than fits in.

Finally, we have an unknown being that lives in the basement. This 'thing' has an unknown identity throughout the whole film...it's only when it's the last 5 minutes of the film, you actually see what this thing is.

All in all, this film does keep you guessing and it does drag on for abit and strays away from what i would call, the main point of the film. It's very well done, and I do look forward to watching the other 7 films from the horror fest.

Guitar Hero II (2006 Video Game)
10/10
Fun Fun Fun!
11 April 2007
Well, this certainly is a VERY fun game! If you're tired of your shoot 'em ups, racing, sports or platform games, then give this one a whirl...it's sooo different to anything else out there. The whole idea of using a guitar and NOT the controller is probably the best part. Being a young whipper snapper, I haven't heard of a lot of the songs that are on this game, but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy playing them. Each of these songs have really good solo pieces in them that are so much fun to play...well, if you can play them that is! lol.

There are 4 different difficulty settings for this game; Easy, Medium, Hard and Expert. I am currently trying to complete the Medium difficulty having completed the Easy one with 5/5 stars for all 35 songs. Once you're in Medium, you really do start to see a difference in difficulty. I'm female, so my hands aren't that big, and I do sometimes struggle to hit all the notes, especially when i'm using my little finger and it's moving faster than it ever has done before! I have had a sneaky go at some of the songs on Expert and Hard, and I don;t think i'm going to even attempt to try them. They look impossible, but I suppose if you have the patience, and you're hardcore, then those difficulties are your sort of thing! As a whole, it's a simple game; just hitting notes as they appear on the screen, making the song sound awesome. But believe me, this game is not as easy as it looks...but it as fun as it looks :)

Dark Remains (2005)

Very Very Jumpy!
19 March 2007
Well, this film is a difficult one really. To be straight with you, this film doesn't contain much of a riveting story, nore does it make u 'want' to know how it'll end...but I'll tell you something now...never have I been as tense and jumped up before in my life! This film sure does deliver the jumps and thrills! To be fair, I did watch it at almost midnight so I was kinda sleepy anyway, so maybe that explains why I was jumpy...or maybe it's because this film does deliver in that aspect! It's basically about a couple who lose their child in a tragic event. They decide to move away and rent a cabin looking thing in the mountains...all looks peaceful and calm until they have their first visitors (i think it's it's the sister of the main character, and she brings along her husband)...during the night, the husband hears noises...checks it out, and thats when things start to go really really wrong...they don't stay for another day and tell the couple they should leave asap as something isn't right...to cut a long story short...eventually they find out what has happened in that house in the past few years and decide it needs to be taken care of.

It's not a Hollywood blockbuster, nore does it have a huge budget, but please don't let that put you off. It's creepy, tense and very very jumpy! Just give it a try :)

The Shining (1997)
8/10
I preferred this version...
7 March 2007
Okay, don't get me wrong...Jack Nicholson is brilliant in the original version of this movie...but lets face it Shelly DuValle or whatever her name is, let the film down completely.

I much preferred this version, even though it's pretty lengthy and a lot of the story is getting used to the characters and the surroundings, this version was in my opinion, much better than the Stanley Kubrick version.

I know a lot of people will agree that this version more or less mirrored the book, where as the original tended to stray away from the book.

I love the way Stephen King made this film what he would class as "The Real Shining"...it slowly portrays the badness to the hotel, and how it gradually changes Jack Torrence into this paranoid, alcoholic who gets possessed by the hotel. Rebecca De Mornay (aka Wendy Torrence) is miles better than the original Wendy, she acts out the part of the troubled wife, much better.

This film is a must watch. Mainly to compare it to the original and how different it is. A lot of people have strong views for The Shining...some people love the first version...others, like myself preferred this version. But I guess you get a lot of that when you remake a film.

Be the judge yourself, and take a look at this film. Just make sure you've got 4 hours to spare!

I really really liked this film
7 March 2007
Okay, so I have Texas Chainsaw Massacre on DVD, the one thats supposed to be AFTER this movie...and in comparison, they are both about equal...BRILLIANT! The gore is extreme and can probably make some people feel really sick...I loved it! This film shows you how and why certain things are the way they are in the movie AFTER this one...and boy, did they make things piece together really well! Yeah this film sounds typical...group of 4 young adults are road tripping through a hill billy town in the south of America, until they hit a problem. Then they embark across the oddest, quietest and dirtiest town ever, only to find the most sickest family ever! I'm not going to write about the story because i'd be here all day telling you the ins and outs of everything...I will let you watch the film for yourself, and make a judgement for yourself....but please don't give this one a miss...and when you're done with it...watch the movie that was released afew years ago, and see how things match up!

Saw III (2006)
10/10
Best One!!
7 February 2007
This film kept my eyes glued to the screen, and my bum glued to my seat! What is there to say about Saw 3?! God, where do I start? For starters, I do think you need to have seen the previous Saw movies to understand the background of this film...to understand who is who and what is what. But that doesn't let the film down one bit! I am a HUGE fan of gore, horror movies, suspense in movies and just anything that will keep you glued and shocked! And believe me...this film does just that.

Most "horror" films now-a-days tend to keep the gore at a sort of minor level...meaning, there isn't much of it that makes you cringe. This film puts gore on a major level! I wouldn't say it's gore-filled from start to finish, but it certainly does have it's fair share of extreme blood, guts and torture.

I had heard that here in England, several people passed out in the cinema when watching this film and had to be taken to hospital...to give these people the benefit of the doubt...I can understand why some weak stomachs would be disturbed by more than afew scenes in this movie.

I'm not going to let you in on any part of the story as it's always best to leave it as a surprise for you. But please, I would suggest you watch Saw 1 and Saw 2 so it would just help you understand certain parts in this movie...

If you wanna be hardcore...watch it alone, quietly, in the dark ;)

So this is a film?
2 January 2007
Oh my god. This is a film? This is probably the most pointless, most pathetic attempt at being a gory, scary movie...i've seen more sense in a tin of beans! I actually didn't watch the end of this film...this was a complete waste of time, and it's not very often I give movies a 1 out of 10...but really...this is NOT scary (in my opinion) nor did it make me disturbed. I was simply gobsmacked that this film actually made it to the screen. It's poor, pointless and it tries to hard.

I find it astonishing that this film got more than 5 out of 10 on average on here. I was laughing at it...the acting is terrible, the story is terrible and I would rather sit and watch a toilet flush for an hour and a half.

This film is only good if you like pointless gore. I prefer films with gore that has a little more meaning. Oh, and the torture scenes...pfft...yeah right, if you really wanna call them torture, go ahead, but it's hardly something that leaves you disturbed. Such a false false movie. Rob Zombie, stick to music.

Snow Queen (2002)
9/10
A magical, colourful film
2 January 2007
I really enjoyed this film. I'm not usually one for fairy tales or make believe storeys but this film captured my attention.

I first saw this film on the UK channel Hallmark...which usually shows afew tacky films...but then Snow Queen came along...and I was loving it! I really really admire Bridget Fonda in this movie...she plays the snow queen brilliantly and glamorously.

I won't explain what the story is about as other people have already done so, so there is no point repeating.

I would just suggest that if you want to watch a fun fairy tale journey...get this film...but if you want to purchase it and you live in the UK, you might have a hard time. I've bought it from South Korea brand new (english edition of course).

A lot of people won't like this but...
2 January 2007
I really didn't find this film "thrilling" at all...in fact it bored me so much I ended up nodding off...

This has always been one of these films that always gets good reviews and is always high up in "The top 100 scary moments"...but up until a few weeks ago, I had never watched this film properly all the way through...and now I know why.

I decided to give this film a chance seeing as so many people have such good things to say about it...but quite frankly, I want my 2 hours back. I mean, I won't deny the fact that the acting is brilliant...because it is...the cast is close to perfect...but it's such a shame that the dull, anti-climax story lets them down.

Nothing happens. I can't understand how people are disturbed from this film...it's predictable and it is a complete let down.

I do have maybe one good thing to say about the film itself...and that is that the night vision scene towards the end is abit un-nerving...but thats it. Other than that, I feel like i've been completely mis-lead.

Go ahead and watch it though, as my review is probably in the minority. I'll let you decide for yourself.

Walking Tall (2004)

Once again The Rock has done it!
2 January 2007
Well, yet another good film to come from The Rock (aka Dwayne Johnson). Now, i've been following The Rock's career since his wrestling days, and he was my favourite wrestler when he worked for the WWF/WWE. I've continued to follow his career now he has become an actor. I think he is awesome! He has such an authoritative face he could play anybody! But I think he's best at playing the action hero, with of course comedy thrown in, because thats the way he is...and thats the way he is in this film.

I'm unsure as to which bit is the true part of this movie, seeing as it's based on true events.

But anyway, this film was one of my Christmas presents and I always look forward to watching a film starring The Rock...and he didn't let me down.

The film is about an ex-Sergeant (Rock) who returns to his home town after spending 8 years in the army. A lot of things have changed in 8 years, but he still has his family and his best friend, Ray (Knoxville). A brand new Casino has been built in the town, and it appears that the guy who owns it is The Rocks possible rival. His name is Jay Hamilton (McDonough), and he has a gang of guys working for him to make sure he permanently owns the town...The Sheriff is even as bent as they come.

When The Rock confronts Jay about his disliking of the casino and how much the town has changed for the worse, all hell breaks lose...and as in most of The Rocks films...he performs superbly in the action scenes (and I know he loves to do his own stunts).

You really start to feel for The Rock as he does admittidley fail first time round, but he's back on his feet as soon as he can and ready to win the fight...and you can feel his rage and his passion to get the town back to what it use to be.

This film is very good, and I would suggest that if you're a fan of The Rock, watch it...if you're a fan of action films with a slight hint of humour, watch it....seriously, you won't regret it.

Cube Zero (2004)
8/10
I preferred this one
2 January 2007
Well, after glancing over a few of these comments...there aren't a lot of people who actually like this film. Which I am personally quite surprised at as me and my boyfriend found this film to be the best of the Cube series.

I got the Cube box set for Christmas and I always look forward to watching a good movie. I had already seen Cube 1, so not much shocked me...bearing in mind, the first time I watched it, I was fairly disturbed...putting myself in their position...waking up in a huge cube not knowing how you got there.

Then there was Cube 2, not much happened in this film...I didn't like the fact there weren't any traps as good as the first film.

Then there is Cube Zero...a film that can get very confusing in places, but pieces itself together gradually, and actually explains WHY these people are in the cube, how they got there, and what happens when/if they get out. In Cube Zero, there are 2 guys hired to watch over the people in the Cube...they have files on what looks like everyone who has ever been in the Cube...you ask yourself "why would anyone want to watch over a bunch of people dieing in a cube?"...well you find that out also.

I personally think that the makers of the 'SAW' series got some of their ideas from the Cube series. I mean, when you think about it...strangers waking up in a room, not knowing how they got there at first, having to find a way out of this rooms else they'll die. Pretty similar scenarios if you ask me.

I'm not going to go into too much detail, as I don't really want to confuse people...but it's advised that you definitely must see the first one to make a connection to Cube Zero.

My child-hood movie!
30 November 2006
I have this movie on VHS (yeah that sounds ancient now!), and I've had it since it was released in 1993, so my poor knackered video tape is 13 years old. I recently bought it on DVD as my VHS quality was getting poor (probably because I watched it over and over when I was young!).

My oh my...it bought back some good memories. As sad as this is, I use to remember EVERY single word in this movie when I was a little whipper snapper, and I use to speak along with the cast! This movie sparked up those memories!! It's a classic film for anyone I would say. I love how it still makes me laugh and I love singing along to the classic numbers "I put a spell on you" and "come little children".

An awesome awesome film about 3 witches who come back to life after 300 years of being dead. If I have children when I get abit older, I will Definitely be showing this one to them as this is NOT a film to miss! And I didn't actually realise that the little girl in the movie is Thora Birch (well I did, I just didn't pay attention to the fact). She's a great actress and even then at such a young age! Just go ahead and watch it...doesn't need to be saved for halloween, it's a great film that can be watched all year round :)

This one made me laugh!
30 November 2006
Well, i've seen this movie twice (the second time i made my boyfriend watch it). I forgot how funny it is! This one really tickled me as being a tacky, over the top comedy...but in a good way! There is one particular character who is a classic! If you haven't seen this film, he's the black shiny buff guy...just watch his classic performance...made me cry laughing! I won't bother telling you the story as most people probably already have. All i'll say is...these two brothers (The Wayans Brothers) made me chuckle in 'Scary Movie', and they certainly made me laugh in this film.

If you don't find this movie funny, at all...then where is your sense of humour!? ;)

Just Cause (2006 Video Game)
7/10
I liked it
27 November 2006
Well, I really enjoyed his game, mainly because the scenery is just beautiful and breathtaking at times...parachuting off a cliff and having a stunning view of the ocean and the smaller islands, and the white sands...beautiful :).

You're basically a guy working for two different "gangs" as such. But they are not rival gangs. You eventually work your way up in their ranks to become 'top dog'. There is so much to do in this game, and it's a real change from GTA or Saints Row, which are around streets of America completing missions...I would say Just Cause is much different to those games.

There are countless number of side missions to complete for both gangs, and also secret packages that can be found, some of which can be pretty tricky, and then about 8 races you can complete and get a best time.

The only downfall to this game, is that things are too far apart. What I mean is...if you go to start a side mission, the guy tells you where you need to be, and even if you're travelling by car, it takes you AGES to get to the place you need to be. I'm telling you, this place is huge...there are some things that can take you about 20 minutes to get to your destination! However, I found this to be a nice game to play. Kept me quiet anyway! I managed to 100% this game, and it took me (in total) 38 hours to complete (i haven't calculated that myself, it tells you in your statistics).

This is a good game, to keep you busy. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a change :)

Condemned: Criminal Origins (2005 Video Game)
10/10
This truly scared me!!
24 November 2006
Well, i haven't found a film thats managed to scare the life out of me...so who would've thought a video game would ACTUALLY make me genuinely terrified! I absolutely loved this game, and I completed it 100% (yes, it was abit difficult to find all of the metal pieces and the birds, and pick up and use every weapon - but it's possible).

The first level just gives you a real taste of whats to come...you will jump out of your skin so many times, it will start to hurt...the game is never in light...it's always dark, and you've always got the torch to help guide you. At points in this game, I wouldn't do it alone...I had to have someone in private chat with me (360 owners will know what i mean).

I was so scared, this game really frightened me, but in such a good way! I enjoy being made jump and made to feel terrified when I watch a film or whatever...and I think because you are this person in the game, it just makes it scary...it's you who is there, you are controlling this person...you are making the decisions....it's amazing! Everyone who I spoke to, who has this game, agrees that this is quite disturbing and not for the faint hearted...it was reviewed in the official xbox magazine as being the scariest game ever! beating the likes of resident evil and F.E.A.R etc.

If you want to jump out of your skin...and witness some pleasing and gory scenes...get this! Play it in the dark...it makes it all the more terrifying!

Gears of War (2006 Video Game)
10/10
Yes this truly is breathtaking!
24 November 2006
WOW. Just WOW.

This game caused so much hype for avid 360 gamers like myself...and boy did it live up to it's expectations! I bought the limited edition version and got an extra DVD with it and a small hard back book with pretty pictures and nice words. I haven't watched the DVD yet as I wanted to finish the game first.

I am so impressed with this game. The story is admittedley short, but if you play the story in INSANE mode, it's going to last A lot longer than if you play it in CASUAL mode. However, the story itself is really good...you're working towards getting something (A Resonator) to destroy like a second world. It keeps you involved, and I do think that if they made the sotry any longer than it is, it might start to get abit repetitive...so well done to Eipc Games. Even the online version is very good, very fun. Abit like Halo 2 online, in the sense that, EVERYONE wants either the sniper rifle or the grenade launcher. lol. There isn't any lag either! Well, I didn't experience any.

The co-op is awesome! I played the co-op with my boyfriend, and working together as a proper team is exciting! And I must say...The graphics are unbelievable!!! My dad has a Samsung HDTV and oh my god...talk about take your breath away! Every 360 owner should have this game...if not...WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU! :)

The Punisher (2004)

I liked this one
24 November 2006
I bought this from BlockBuster when it was on offer with other DVD's. I had never heard anything about it before, or even seen a trailer. I just read the back of the DVD and thought "this looks good"...and boy was I right.

The first few scenes are completely necessary...you learn about the main character and his family and his occupation. Within the first 45 minutes, I was so upset and I actually shed afew tears. Yes, an action film made me cry. It is one of the most awful things ever. You feel so much pain for the main character, and I couldn't stop thinking about what had just happened...but i won't say what happened as I don't want to spoil anything.

After this awful scene...thats when the action really starts to happen. You feel his anger, and you feel that he wants revenge so badly....you feel he wants to punish! Sit back and enjoy as this is what I call a good tacky action film (but in a good way)...with afew laughs and afew cringey bits. ENJOY! :)

A robotic Disney story if you ask me
24 November 2006
Yeah, my summary title says it all.

I had heard so many good things about this film...and my boyfriend persuaded me to watch it, because he said it was such a good film. I gave in and decided to watch it. I am always one for giving a film a chance.

I'm not going to bother explaining the long winded story to you, but sum it up in a nutshell, it's a robotic Disney story that created laughter more than sympathy...well for me anyway.

Even my boyfriend said afterwards "okay, it wasn't as good as I remember".

Please, don't waste your time on this slow, boring movie.
