Terrible
11 April 2020
So dull and depressing. So pale and empty. There was no comedy; only misery and melancholy. I'll never recommend this movie.

What is this movie trying to say?
6 September 2019
After seeing the high rating of this movie and reading that it is based on a true story but with a positive ending I got very excited to watch it. Even the TITLE of the movie draws you in. The movie is very well shot and has nice sceneries. But I was very confused regarding what this movie was about.. it was sooo slooooowww and nothing was happening until the last 20 minutes... Some of the characters were so dull that they didn't exactly add anything to this movie besides runtime. I mean, what exactly was the point of including characters such as Sharon Tate and Polanski? How exactly did they enhance the story? If you completely omit them then this movie is just about the same without them. Why did we have to follow Sharon Tate from the airport all the way home and watch her walking in the street and watching a movie and dancing in her room and going to a restaurant and all that? Honestly, I ADMIRE MARGOT ROBBIE; if not for her, then I would've been bored watching the character she played, but doesn't change the fact that this character was completely useless since she wasn't killed/approached/touched/hurt as in the real story behind this movie. She (and Polanski) didn't even interact with the main characters until the very end of the movie. I did indeed enjoy watching Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt! Their acting is brilliant and the characters they played are well-constructed and developed. I can't submit this review without mentioning the amazing Julia Butters!!! Such a talented, young actress!!!! Her character (Trudi) is probably my favorite in this movie!

Good movie with a cheesy script
6 September 2019
Warning: Spoilers
Watched this with my friend and we both enjoyed it very much! Nice jump scares and keeps you on your toes!! My friend even dreamt of these terrifying alligators after watching the movie! The script, however, was very cheesy.. even some of the characters' decisions were pretty dumb. But there was that one genius move in the shower that makes up for all the mistakes they made! A great watch; I highly recommend this!!

Where's the 'horror'?
24 July 2019
Dull and slow.. was waiting for the horror to come up but it didn't. I wasn't thrilled at all by the story. What a waste of 136 minutes of my life.

Toy Story 4 (2019)

Great for both kids and adults! Highly recommend it!
15 July 2019
Warning: Spoilers
Now of course animation movies are not just for kids, but the reason my title says it's also great for adults is that this movie carries more than just laughs and giggles. You'd have to be mature enough to understand its wisdom and the lessons it protrudes. One of this movie's many wisdoms that stuck with me is learning that love is not superficial. We can see it when Bonnie favors relatively ugly Forky to the other toys. But the prime example is Gabby Gabby. A beautiful doll designed and wishing to be a little girl's partner in afternoon tea, picnics, bedtime and other activities. The little girl she wants to be with is Harmony, but she's too afraid to approach her because she fears rejection due to her damaged voice box. After spending so much time and energy and trying all the tactics, she finally manages to convince Woody to give her his voice box. Now she waits to be picked up by Harmony and when that happens and Harmony pulls the string and hears her 'perfect' voice the little girl seems to admire the doll for a fleeting moment, but ends up throwing her into a box because she's not interested. Having gone so far to attract Harmony and failed, Gabby Gabby is devastated. Later in the movie a lost girl picks her up and feels safer with her and we conclude that Gabby Gabby has finally found someone who loves her. Moral of Gabby Gabby's story is don't despair and cross mountains and oceans for someone who in the end might not pay you the slightest amount of attention and don't distance yourself from the outside world due to grief and fear of not being 'enough'. By locking yourself up and lingering on the past you have no chance at all, but by moving forward you might actually find what works for you. Another wisdom is learnt from Duke Caboom's past. When we see that he was a disappointment for his kid just because he wasn't as perfect as advertised we realize that nobody is actually as perfect as the models in the magazines and the superheroes in movies. We all have flaws and if you expect utter perfection from every person you meet then you'll surely be disappointed. Wisdom put aside, this movie is also a great watch!!!!!!!! Highly recommend it!!!

Not disappointing at all and very nice to watch, but not the best I've seen
15 July 2019
Right now the average rating is 6.1/10, but honestly it deserves more. I highly recommend you watch this movie if you're a horror fan. This movie is really good! Not as good as The Conjuring 1 and 2 but nevertheless it could fuel your nightmares. Enjoyed watching it and I suggest you do so too!

Really great movie! Watched it twice!!
15 July 2019
Normally I don't rewatch movies but this one deserved it! I watched it last year in the theaters and just rewatched it on TV! It will blow your mind off, awe you, have you rooting for the characters and so much more! It combines all the elements of a great movie: the story, the acting, the music, the graphics, the lines and etc. It will fill you with enthusiasm, excitement, curiosity, fear, joy and tears! Really great movie! Can't wait to rewatch it again some time in the future!

Great German series!
20 June 2019
This series is one of the best ones I've ever watched!! I see some people gave it a 9/10 because they weren't satisfied with the dubbing, but honestly, it's much, much better in German with English subtitles! I really enjoyed watching it! It's amazing! I highly recommend it!

Game of Thrones: The Iron Throne (2019)

Worst finale
21 May 2019
So I have just created my account to write a review of how terribly disappointed I am. Frankly, all of my friends are disappointed so let's just say that I'm writing on behalf of myself and everyone I know. Dear (absolutely not) D&D and HBO, what on Earth is your problem? This is the worst finale EVER because not only is it such a shame to Game of Thrones as a series and the fans, but I have never seen any series end so bad. I know we can't get everything, and I know the finale was supposed to be 'bittersweet', but where in the name of the Seven Hells is the 'sweet' part? Say it all you want, but it was a terrible season and an even more terrible, horrendous and hideous finale. Some reviewers are writing 'thank you' in a sarcastic way, but I can't even joke or be sarcastic about how much time I've invested in Game of Thrones. A complete waste of my time. When I was waiting for the final season to come out, I was actually imagining how it would be a great one and how I would recommend this series not only to my friends and acquaintances who haven't watched it yet, but to generations to come (my children and their children). It was so close to becoming a classic, but noooo D&D had to destroy it. The writers damaged this series. The writers defiled this series. The writers killed this series. I am so disappointed. I'm at a loss for words. I know I wrote a pretty long paragraph for someone who's 'lost for words', but frankly speaking, this review doesn't explain or deliver the fire and fury inside. I mean, really, what in the name of the Seven Hells?
